work you trade time for money that's
active income passive income is income
that comes in to you whether you're
actively involved in the business or not
or whether you are even there but the
money still comes in so that's passive
income so in this video I'm gonna walk
you through some passive income ideas
that you can get started right here
today that'll help you bring in some
extra money for yourself help you bring
in some extra side income now Before we

if you know what a bank is okay Bank is
nothing more than a lending platform

lend out now the great thing about the
Internet is allows you to become kind of
like the bank and you're able to lend
out money so if you go to a website
called Lending Club and if you go to
invest and you'll see right here
individuals you can actually take money
lend it out and actually earn money
coming back in so this is a great way
for you to take your money invest it and
then earn passive income because that
money just starts coming back into you
because people are using your money
they're going out there and they're
investing it and then
they're paying you an interest on that
money through using this Lending Club so
it's very passive it's very you know
hands off you don't have to really do
much of anything so the next one's gonna
be build a smartphone app so if you
build a smartphone app let's say you
build a smartphone app that has the
ability to maybe charge somebody to buy
the app or if you have in store like
in-app purchases if you if you can build
a smartphone app and you can put it out
there on to the iPhones or the iTunes
you know I I owe s device have platform
the marketplace inside of Apple or the
Google Play Store which is the Android
version if you put the apps there then
they just get downloaded all the time
whether you're there or not people get
into the apps they buy stuff that's
inside of the app now how do you do that
though you can use a website called Appy
pie com it's a great way to build an app
you don't have to know any coding you
don't have to know any any type of
experience you know programming type for
apps you can create the app you can
charge people for the app if you want
you're gonna have inch you know in like
in-app purchases which we you know
you're probably seen that if you
download apps before and then that just
keeps coming in so it's totally passive
its hands off once you build the app you
put it into these stores and then they
promote the app for you
it gets promoted and you get more people
downloading them all the time so just go
to app or Appy pie calm alright the next
one is let me sell your digital products
one of my favorites I love selling
digital products because it allows me to
create something that helps you know
somebody online and I can create that
product sell it people get some training
or whatever the digital product that I
create people get total value from that
now it's pretty easy to setup a digital
product you can do videos you can do
PDFs you can do all kinds of different
things to sell that digital product
online now a great place to go and sell
your products is going to be at JB's ooh
so you go to jvzoo.com you could take
your digital product you can put it into
the marketplace there and then you can
get other people to actually promote
your digital product now once it's in
the marketplace and in
affiliates are able to promote that it's
passive income that comes into you all
the time you don't have to you don't
have to be there all the time for that
it's it's in the marketplace and it's
generating income for you once that
digital product is created and put into
the marketplace okay so the next one's
gonna be invest in real estate now you
probably think an invest in real estate
what the heck's going on with that well
if you did a bit invest in real estate
you're gonna get passive income but just
like with the Lending Club it might take
a ton of money or experience to get into
real estate you could go to a website
called how Realty shares and what you do
with this is you actually kind of invest
into a realty investing company so what
they're gonna do is they're gonna go
take that take your money go out and
invest it into real estate and then as
the real estate is bought and sold then
you earn a percentage on that so this is
another great passive income source for
just you know putting your money into
this being able to invest into real
estate without kind of buying the
properties and out you know going into
all that because you know that can be a
big stretch for a lot of people buying
an actual home or a property or you know
and like a you know apartment buildings
and getting that passive income coming
in it can be a stretch so if you use a
company called REIT Realty shares it
allows anybody to jump in and become a
real estate investor so just go to that
realtor shares calm and the next one's
gonna be by a blog now you know a lot of
my videos I talk about may be blogging
and setting up a blog and creating a
blog but what if you just bought a blog
that's already out there has tons of
articles as tons of traffic already on
there you can do that and once you do
that then you have a you can have a
passive income coming in to you pretty
much every day so what you can do is you
can go to a website called flippa.com
and on Flippa you'll be able to find
blogs that maybe people have had that
they've I don't know they wanna they
maybe they don't want to use anymore and
they want to get rid of it or they want
to sell it whatever they want to do but
you could take over that blog and then
you can start to create more content and
build upon that but it'll already have a
built in
traffic source it may have a built in
you know way to earn an income on that
and it vary when you have a blog that's
growing and growing growing it's a total
passive income source because the income
just keeps coming in every day for you
so there you go though there's some
passive income ideas find one of these
jump on them start you know investing in
yourself and start making this happen
