hey what is up this is hella Prada in
this video I want to talk to you about
taking your mind and telling your mind
okay because you know when we're younger
our mind is so fresh with ideas you you
have all these great things you don't
really have a lot of barriers and as we
start to get older we start to put all
these barriers up from all of these
different experiences and all these
different things that we do so when we
go into new environments we go into new
opportunities we start to your mind
starts to tell yourself oh you can't do
that or you can't do this because of
past experiences all these things that
you've done in the past start to come
out come out at at you okay so you know
example if you're trying to get into
marketing online and trying to get your
business up and running a lot of times
you're going run into things like you
you say well I want to do this or I want
to get into this this marketing or I
want to get into this business and then
your mind starts saying oh well you
can't do that because whatever you don't
have the right degrees you don't have
the right the right knowledge you have
the right certificates do all of this
crap that comes up in your mind so every
once while you can tell your mind you
know why just go ahead and sit down I
got this that's all you have to do to
start taking your mind and telling it to
go somewhere else you don't need to help
all right and now your mind your
subconscious mind is really there to
help you if they're to to protect you
but it's almost too protective sometimes
and you have to just not listen to it
alright now there's a few things that I
like to do to help myself kind of get
past all the mind tricks that come about
like you my mind is going to tell me hey
you you know today don't don't make a
video you know it's it's a Sunday don't
make a video go to the beach go have
some fun you don't need to make a video
you could step back and not create any
content but then I got to sit back
though you know what I got to create
some content because I want to help
serve my community help serve my
audience and so I have to you know I
have to say to my mind you know what I'm
not going to listen to you I'm not going
to go and do this one things I want to
do right now until I get the things out
of the way from a business to move
forward you know another thing if you're
constantly trying to write content like
for your blog or you're trying to maybe
get into you
marketing you want to go out and do that
your minds going to say you know what
you're not good enough for that you
don't know how to market well you don't
know how to do copy all these crazy
things come up with with your mind so a
lot of times I'm just going to tell in
mine it will go away I don't need you
right now I got this covered
and sure enough your mind goes away and
then goes and does other things now a
lot of lot of times during the day I'm
going to tell myself you know what
you're a money magnet you attract wealth
you attract success all those things I
start to say to myself when my mind is
telling me you know what you're you
can't do this you don't have the right
background you don't have the right
credentials because those things are
going to creep up to you they're going
to come out at you and you're going to
you're going to see those you're going
to hear those and you're going to be
convinced that your mind is right for
what you need to be doing and it's it's
it's not right it's not helping you
sometimes I wish that mind of yours
would just kind of go away and just say
you know what i'ma let you handle it and
I think what happens is eventually over
time you start to create more content
you start to get better you start to get
more marketing strike get better your
business and then slowly that mind in
the back your head starts to not tell
you things that you shouldn't be doing
more often or maybe you get to the point
where you just tuned it out better which
I tend to start to do now I just tend to
to block out my mind I don't listen to
anymore some of the things that creeps
up that you know I'm trying to do things
and they say well why would you want to
do that because you're you know you
don't have the credentials for that you
don't have the right business skills for
that I'm like why are you talking to me
right this cat-and-mouse business going
back with your mind yourself all this
crazy stuff okay so key things is just
go ahead and tell your mind sit down I
got this covered I'm going to go ahead
and do the things that I want to do it
to advance my business help my business
grow and the other thing is during the
day when negative things start to creep
up in your mind so you start thinking
about all the crap that's going on in
life it's all things that are happening
it just say to yourself you know I'm a
money magnet I attract well I create
success that I want in my life and I
think that's what's going to happen is
you start to get more energized to start
to get more motivated and things really
start to take place in your business
okay so I think that's really key
key points to really be considerate you
really have to keep that mind in check
you got to really keep it going because
when you're building a business and
you're building your business online
it's going to it's going to be there but
you got to learn how to fight it and
tell it to go away
