industry and I'm talking about these

pictures you could see sales statistics
of Shopify stores and before I explain
how it possibly can be the biggest lie
of Shopify drop shipping let me present
you two typical scenarios that you can
see on the Internet the first one
Facebook group dedicated to Shopify drop
shipping imagine you are a member of
this group and what you usually see on
daily basis is how people are trying to
figure out how Shopify dropshipping
works how to run Facebook ads so that it
brings sales and make you profit test a
lot of different products and asking a
lot of questions how to set up the store
how to make conversions how to make
sales wood products to test what
Facebook ads and to run and how to set
them up and the majority the vast
majority of people are actually
struggling to succeed and then all of a
sudden a new member joins the group and
opposed to this kind of screenshots of
how much money they make in one day in a
week in a month or over the last few
months and for the majority of members
of the group these kind of screenshots
is shockingly exciting because they most
probably by then already wasted quite a
bit of money on Facebook as successfully
they still haven't found a winning
product and now they see a screenshot
how somebody succeeded and this whole
situation creates a crazy level of
interest of the whole Facebook group
towards that new successful member of
the group now scenario number two all of
a sudden you start seeing and you social
media personality that teaches
dropshipping and sells an insanely
expensive course how to do Shopify drop
shipping and as it proved that the
course works and deliver results they
using the same type of screenshots from
sales statistics of Shopify now you may
ask what's wrong with all this if
someone succeeded with Shopify
dropshipping found a winning product
found the right way how to run Facebook
Ads to deliver results to sell these
products from the way how to scale the
right way and found the working way how
to build ecommerce business based on
dropshipping how is it alive the answer
is the following on this screenshot you
can see the total amount of money that
you received from your clients but how
much Facebook has cost you to make this
much money how much product cost you to
make these sales here is a little short
story to illustrate what I'm talking
about when I was all about dropshipping
myself I was part of a closed mastermind
group in Skype and one of the members
who were struggling for a few weeks with
Shopify dropshipping finally reached a
thousand dollars a day in sales so he
was so happy so excited he shared what
kind of product he was selling what kind
of ads he was running and so on and so
forth and then I asked him a question
and what is the profit how much money he
actually keeps in his pocket after
paying for Facebook Ads after paying for
the product after paying for shipment
and his answer was he's breaking even so
he's literally was making zero dollars
in profit which means he was making
$1000 a day in sales and this full
amount he was spending on Facebook ads
to make the sales and own product and
delivery to send this product to a
client in the end he was keeping zero
dollars in his pocket yes of course some
of you who have experience with drop
shipping or online marketing in general
can say that you make money in the
backend and not in the front end which
means that even if you're breaking even
you're collecting leads you're
collecting emails of these clients and
then you can upsell down sell cross sell
offer all sorts of promotions offer more
products or retarget or create
look-alike audience and come up with all
sorts of things to actually make profit
and I totally agree with this 100%
however for the majority of beginners
front end game is already challenging
and back endgame is the whole other
story

ask what is the profit and how much they
actually spend on the product and
Facebook ads now guys for those of you
who want to make money with drop
