not a lot of experience you just have to
be able to be ready for them at the time
they're looking for your service so I'm
gonna start with number 10 I'm gonna
work my way all the way down to number
one so just stick around for that and
you'll see exactly what which one might
be right for you
okay so the first one is going to be
working solutions calm okay now working
solution is going to be the top ten
right now and what it is is going to be
a place for a lot of communication this
is going to be maybe you're going to be
communicating with customers and
different businesses that bring you the
customers customer support things like
that so working solutions and all you
have to do is click on the work at home
you can click on apply and you can get
started with this company okay so this
company is ranked number ten right now
and you can come in here to the jobs
they have available and you can see
what's available in your area by putting
your name
go through the process and you'll be
able to get started with them and get
started with them quickly okay so
working solutions comm so the next one's
gonna be Dell computer if you're not
familiar with Dell they're one of the
biggest computer manufacturers in the
world and they've been around for a long
time and they're always looking for
virtual help people that can take
customer support tickets cake you know
take people in for you know take calls
in for people that bought the products
and need a little help okay so they're
always looking for virtual jobs so right
down here at the bottom the careers tab
where to go did I go to Dell I got to go
back to Dell okay so I'm going to delcom
just go to Dell comm and then you come
down here to careers right here at the
bottom and then it'll talk to you about
what is what they have available and
they do have places all over the world
but there are work from home type you
know flexible jobs right here and if you
come down here to do you flexible work
opportunities you click on that and
it'll tell you exactly what they need
for working from home now a lot of these
companies are they're going to virtual
people at home so this is a good
opportunity for you if you have you know
your PC your Mac or your you know your
microphone if you're gonna need it to
you know take calls in okay so you gotta
have a headset with a mic and that will
be able to handle a lot of these
customer support questions that come in

careers ok the next one's gonna be skies
ok skies is going to be a another you
know another company is going to help
out big corporations ok they're gonna
take they allow you to to customers are
going to be calling in about products
about services and then what they're
going to do is take you as a virtual
customer support person you're gonna be
able to handle incoming calls and you
can you know get started with them so
you first of all websites gonna be skies
calm and you're gonna say careers over
here ok at the top here so just go to
careers and they're gonna tell you
exactly what they what they're looking
for now they do have a lot of different
areas throughout the world so if you're
in a different part of the country you
want to find that find out you know what
country that you're in Philippines India
Australia just find the available jobs
that are in that area
a lot of these companies like skies are
looking for people that speak native
languages so whatever your language is
these companies want to use you because
they're going to have people that are
customers that will be calling in that
need to have that language that you will
be able to provide so if you have a
different language Spanish French
whatever you got you be able to handle
incoming calls of people that know that
language ok the next one's going to be
language line solutions okay so you just
got to go language line comm and there's
gonna be a careers tab up here okay so
you click on careers
okay now what language line is going to
be where you're going to be call centers
and you're going to be able to have a
just like skies where you're gonna be
able to have your language so whatever
your local language is they're gonna
need people that know that language so
they can take inbound calls from people
that know your local language whether
it's oh if you're in France and you know
French there's gonna be French customers
that need to call in and get you know
get advice and get just get information
about the products maybe the service
maybe get some help
okay so go to language line solutions
now remember these are the top ten that
have been ranked so all of these
companies have been around for a long
time and you just have to pick one
that's gonna be right for you apply to
them and find out which one is really
gonna work I recommend you going through
all of them okay and seeing you know
there might be something that you could
jump into whether it be customer support
language you just gotta don't just pick
one and go with it try to do all of them
and then see which one's going to work
for you alright the next one is going to
be tea text so you got to go tea tech

ops this has been around a long time
ok so live op is another customer
support agent type of business you can
see a lot of these are a lot of virtual
customer support which is good because
that's where companies are going they're
going virtual they're not having these
big offices anymore they're dumping the
offices they're getting people at home
which is good for you because you can
you can you know create a career out of
this you can have your home you know
your home could be your new career so
it's really good it's going that's why
virtual customer support is always going
to be in demand because people going to
buy products and they need help so you
just got to go to become an agent

be basically be the evaluator of
