though today we're talking about solo

ads now do solo ads actually work still

in 2019 when I first started in this

business one of the first things I was

introduced to was udemy.com which is the

website where all the solo ad providers

hang out and offer their wares there so

but do they actually still work well I

did a test today I went ahead and tested

a funnel that I'm promoting and I just

did it with strictly solo ads okay I

bought one hundred dollars worth of solo

ads today and let's see what the results

are so I purchased this solo ads today

as you can see right here February the

28th and this is the solo I provide our

purchase date and she

delivered it very quickly I bought 200

clicks and she over delivered by 10% and

gave me 220 clicks now you know we're

going to get into how do you select a

sold sole that provider if you're

interested in doing that but let's look

at what the results were okay so I'm

going to go to my a weber account

because i have a funnel set up to where

they opt-in to and using their email

address and their first name now i

haven't refreshed this this is today

today this is all solo ads so i'm going

to refresh this page to see if it's

updated because it's already just

finished so let's see let me hit reload

okay there we go

so i have 55 new subscribers today all

from solo ads okay that's pretty good i

bought 200 clicks for $100 okay you'll

cost me a little over all right out of

hundred dollars and she gave me two

hundred and twenty clicks and 55 of

those people opted in and gave me their

email address because they were

interested in what I had to say or what

I had to offer I'm gonna show you the

actual opt-in page and what I'm actually

promoting okay so the chances of you

converting a sale with just solo ads

depending on your item and depending on

your product it's very slim on the first

look okay and I've always said that my

soul had serve a different purpose also

solo ads help build your list as you can

see I have a total of thirteen hundred

and eight subscribers on my a weber

account okay

fifty-five of them came in today from

this solo ad campaign

I'm testing out okay so I have an

autoresponder setup to start sending

these guys emails and the whole nine

yards but let's go this is what I'm

promoting with my solo ads I'm promoting

legendary marketer okay so legendary

marketer is a huge online website that

provides tools it provides training it's

probably the best Jam ever had I said

this in previous videos that's not what

this video is about so as you and I I

filtered from I customized a date from

yesterday's nigga yep through at least

one day to today's date as you can see

today's July I'm sorry February 27 2019

and of those 55 people that I got to

opt-in with the solo ads three of them

already converted as you can see right

here today's date they are actually

members now of my legendary marketer

system okay and here's I'm probably

going to block out their names and stuff

but as you can see there are these dates

right here and these are the three that

we just got in today so I have 55 people

have opted in and three of those 55

already they have become members of the

product that I'm promoting so just based

on that alone was it worth me spending

the hundred dollars on the solo ads

without anything else and I'm gonna say

at this point yes it was simply because

these three people there is a chance

that they will decide to purchase the

higher level products that are being

offered by legendary marketer and if

they do then I will may be making larger

Commission's not just a small

Commission's for the initial opt-in so

with that said let's go back to udemy

I'm going to tell you how I selected my

solo ad provider and then I'm going to

show you

actually what my offer was so you can

actually see what the landing page and

everything so I came to you to me and I

usually go to if you go to the main page

here and you can as you can see of my

account I bought so that's in the past

okay but you're gonna want to if you're

starting off gonna create a udemy

account a free account I'll leave a link

down below so you can start your free

account on udemy okay you're gonna go

here to find sellers so you're gonna

click on that okay so it's gonna list

dozens and dozens of different sellers

okay of different solo ad providers

now not all solo ad providers or create

created equal now the best way for you

to make a decision on who you're going

to use are gonna be in three different

ways the first way is obviously what's

the price of the actual click or the

solo ad now this guy right here I've

used him before actually 69 cents okay

and the person I use today at home she

was 42 cents now does that mean if I

paid 69 cents for a click that I'm gonna

get more opt-ins and more sales

absolutely not that does not mean that

at all so these people build their

reputation based on how long they've

been doing this based on their success

rate based on uh several things so once

they've been me on here long enough they

can justify raising their prices because

maybe they have a proven track record

already I can filter the way I want to

filter so this is what I do I'm gonna

come over here I'm gonna say the max

price is I want to pay as forty five

cents per click okay so that's gonna

filter all the people that are our over

forty five cents and I always want a

ratings of at least 20 percent or higher

you see this right here alright now what

does that mean so that means that 20

percent of their traffic actually buys

and that's the

feedback that they that we're getting

from the people who have actually

purchased these solo ads because they

leave a review and those reviews are

basically calculating what kind of

success rate that these people have

which is fantastic so I want at least

20% okay so I'm gonna leave that there

that's important okay so now that's

filtered okay so then the next thing you

want to look at is okay so what kind of

what kind of reviews I'm David this

guy's got 646 reviews and only and all

positive nine of them were negative

this guy's got nine hundred and eighty

seven reviews and he's selling them for

forty two cents you can see they're also

similar in price because I filtered it

that way

this was two hundred fifty nine this one

fifteen hundred and thirty seven reviews

three of them negative okay she had

seven hundred and seventeen reviews and

four of them are negative now this is

the person I picked why did I pick her

well I picked her because when I was

searching for a solo ad provider she

happened to be online

she is currently not online but do you

see this guy right here see where it

says he's online right now and so is

this guy she's not online right now but

she was when I bought the solo back

butter because I wanted to see how

quickly she would actually get the solo

ads and get my offer two in front of her

audience she did it pretty darn quickly

within 30 minutes

she was already sending my offer to her

leads okay so I was really happy about

that

she actually finished from with the

actual order that I placed with her

within an hour and ten minutes so I was

really happy about how quickly the offer

was presented to her

I've had solo ad providers where they

take three or four days of processing it

and that's okay I'm just I was just

happy and surprised that I was able to

get this done in one day so that's kind

of hot my strategy the other thing is

when you go and select somebody let's

let's select her again okay here here's

here's my recommendation also once

you've made a decision on your provider

and this is who I want to use okay what

you're going to do is you're going to

select how many visitors you want or how

many you know how many clicks do you

want

I selected 200 right here knows $87

right but I also selected this and to me

this is very important top tier only so

that means I'm only going to get the my

ad presented to people who live in

United States in the United Kingdom

Canada Australia New Zealand and

Singapore these are the top tier

countries that have money to spend on

these type of things I had nothing

against the other countries but I'm

trying to make my offer as profitable

and get as many opt-ins and conversions

as possible and the best way to do that

is to present it to the countries that

have money to spend so I'm gonna click

on top tier right here alright that's

what made it go to a hundred and seven

dollars if I unclick that it's eighty

seven dollars but if you click on top

tier it's an additional ten cents per

click which I think is well worth it so

I paid one hundred and seven dollars

today for the offer okay and going back

to my legendary marketer I have three

new opt-ins today okay and three new

members of my group and legendary

marketer if I go back to my a weber

account i got the two hundred i bought i

got fifty five opt-ins now why is that

and is it worth doing the solo ads even

if I did not get a sale today the three

opt-ins let's say I didn't get those

members today I would have had 55

subscribers added to my list now once

you're added to my list they are gonna

get a say seer a follow-up series that I

have set up already and let me go to my

legacy follow-up series here and yeah

here it is they're gonna get a series of

about 25 emails that are already set up

it's a matter of fact they've already

gotten this first one right here okay

and then from for every day from for the

next 25 days they're gonna be getting an

email from me talking about the

promotion that they opted in on and gave

me their information because they seem

interested and that is gonna allow me to

get more sales because that is the magic

of follow-up because I'm creating a

relationship with the customer or with

the audience and what's gonna happen is

when they see the offering enough

because their statistics that say most

people aren't going to buy the first

time they see something that's why if

you get two or three to begin with

you're already a winner okay

what they need to see it three four

seven eight nine times before they make

a buying decision and if I if my name is

on their tongue because the emails I'm

sending them and my name and my email is

on their mind because they're hoping

hopefully they're reading through my

emails then they're probably gonna opt

in with my link to go back to legendary

marketer you see that's the beauty so I

I am going to probably get some future

sales out of the hundred dollar

that I invested with the solo ads

because I got 55 people that seemed

interested in what I had to offer they

weren't ready to pull the trigger maybe

they need the more information but guess

what that's what I'm gonna provide them

with the emails follow-ups that I'm

gonna be sending them on a daily basis

so do I think solo ads are worth it in

2019 I absolutely do but you've got to

pick the right solo ad provider and I

would honestly recommend that usage you

do a test like I did a hundred dollars

if you don't have a hundred budget do

fifty dollars do a hundred clicks just

to see what kind of conversions you get

and if you don't like the percentage of

conversion you're getting try a

different provider by you filtering like

I showed you and then see if you can get

a better conversion now when I send an

offer okay and I'm going to show you the

work for specific particular offers yes

best traffic you can get to any one of

your offers is organic traffic and

organic traffic comes from YouTube and I

truly believe that I am currently

building my YouTube channel

I'm growing it and the majority of the

success that I've had with sales and

promoting offers have come from or has

come from organic traffic from my

youtube channel because people that

opt-in and subscribe to your channel and

watch your videos and comment and like

you are building a relationship with

those people like I'm trying to

unbuilding one with you right now

because what I'm trying to do is create

a bond and a trust so so that I can

build my channel so I get more

subscribers so I can get more views and

if I recommend something it's not being

recommended by some strange sales guy

that you just met it is somebody that

you currently kind of have a

relationship with a YouTube relationship

with we kind of you know me already and

the people that I follow that I've opted

in and bought products with I created

they create a relationship with me as

well so I think that's the key

I believe so lads have a place in

affiliate marketing for 2019 I believe

they will work as you can see they are

working even with a test I did today and

I believe that they're gonna be around

for a while but you have to choose your

solo ad providers you have to you have

to be if the filter all the BS and all

the bad

because there are a lot of them out

there and go with reputable ones even if

they pay a little bit more for it it's

gonna be worth it

so yes I believe that solo ads are a key

asset to your affiliate marketing

business depending on the offer so I
