is one of those I get all the time and

it's one of those things that I really

want to get now we really want to dig

deep into you and let you understand

that getting to college is not the total

answer okay it's not the answer of just

having to go to college in order to have

success I've been there I was in your

shoes I went to the University of Texas

I was given a track scholarship to run

track there and I spent a few years in

college and I realized this is such a

waste of time but yet there was so much

pressure there was so much pressure from

schooling I had to go through high

school and I wanted my parents to be

proud of when my friends to be proud of

what the college Society says that

you're no good unless you go to college

and it's just not true it's not true at

all so when I spent a few years I

realized this is not for me and all

we're getting through college but these

kids are getting is they're going

through four years they get out they got

a piece of paper and they got a $80,000

debt that they can never pay they can

you know never just bankrupt that or

just not pay it off okay so I want to

make sure you youyou understand fully

that college is not the answer don't get

me wrong if you want to go in and become

a doctor boom you got to go to college

if you want to be a lawyer you got to go

to college but if you're just going to

college because you're pleased and your

family and your friends don't do it it's

not gonna it won't it won't end well and

what I want to do is I want to show you

how you can really become the college

instead of going to college and just go

in there because you need to and you

think you have to is becoming the

college go out there and become the

college become the university they make

billions of dollars why not become what

they're doing that's worse I believe

this is where the world is going right

now I think that one day we're gonna be

limited on colleges it's colleges are

gonna be very specialized on certain

just certain things and people are gonna

go there just because they want to get

that specific training I don't think

we're gonna have these massive colleges

anymore where kids just you know feel

like they got to go to school to get

debt I don't want you to do that so what

I want you to do is we're going to go to

my computer and I'm going to show you

some things that it's really going to

help you I think it's really going to

help you

kind of turn the tides a little bit on

what you're thinking about going to

college and I want to show you how you

they don't care about a piece of paper

they don't care where what college you

went to it doesn't matter to them so

is is it's a course creation platform

okay now this is something that you want

to first get started in but I got

something even better than this and I'll

show you how that works but what you

deme is is this is your you become the

university you become the college you

create a course and you put it into

udemy and let you Demi go out there and

market your course for you and then you

can earn that income some people on here

are absolutely crushing it I mean you

look at some of these right here you get

like 11 dollars it's that's huge now

these are just reviews that doesn't mean

they all bottom but usually if you are

giving you a review you've pretty much

taken the course and you're giving your

review on the course obviously you've

bought the course okay so all of these

you just have to create your course

they'll teach you how to create it

they'll teach you how to you

use a your iPhone they'll teach you how

to use your iPhone and create a mini

course put it into udemy and then you're

off and running okay and what this is

gonna do is they're gonna go promote

your course for you and then you're

gonna start earning some income for for

yourself this is where you can create

income for yourself all right so I want

to do okay so eww it doesn't really

matter you can get up and get running

and you can get started with them okay

but this is just a jumping start this is

where you kind of want to get your feet

wet getting your course up and running

what you ultimately want to do it and

this is really where the big money comes

in this is where you become the college

and this is where you become the

university and this is where you become

the professor make that big-time money

you want to go to a website called

teachable you know what teachable is is

you create your course just like you did

you dummy but you put your course up

into teachable they handle all of it for

you but you're going to get a pretty

much 90% of the payment on this and you

can create your course and put any price

you want now I recommend to anybody if

you create a course you've got to start

your course at $97 to get started or to

get into your course $97 is the minimum

if you do anything less you're just

cheating yourself okay so $97 getting in

and getting your your stuff going I have

courses that range anywhere from twenty

seven dollars all the way up to nine

hundred ninety seven dollars so I have

all kinds of courses in between that I

you know that I promote that I have out

there that people can take they can

learn everything they want to know about

building businesses online and so

anywhere it ranges from you know like

twenty seven thirty seven all the way to

nine nine ninety seven most of mizar

aren't going to be two ninety seven 997

that you can get started with and you

can get up your course running but like

I said I always like to get people to

get their feet wet with udemy get in

there get your course once you learn the

right into the buy I didn't get a chance

to see what was I guess it was on that

one page but right here 99.1 for you to

handle all of it payments all that good

called stripe and stripe is kind of like

connected to your teachable account if

somebody buys it stripe send you the

payments to your bank account just about

there's it's unlimited as far as

creating course now you might want to

say you might think to yourself well

who's gonna really buy my course and

that's the last thing you want to think

about because there's people out there

that need skills and they need training

and if you have a course that you're

gonna teach them somebody a skill a

particular thing that they can do they

can take the course and they can go

learn it and they don't have to spend

four years out of University wasting

their time going to classes of stuff

that they don't need right maybe in high

school we all had to do that and there's

lots of classes in high school that we

took that was just like stupid we never

use it again I know there's tons of

things in high school I took that I

never used and I went to college and I

was taken all these other courses that I

was like these are useless courses why

am i why am I sitting here why am i

continued to waste my time in in here

when I could be out there learning I

could be out there learning a skill I

could be out there getting my feet wet

in something now back then I didn't have

any opportunities like you guys have

right now I mean you have so many

opportunities right now it's

unbelievable the stuff that that you

have at your fingertips you know I

didn't have a teachable course to put my

course online and sell it then you know

I do now I'm take advantage of it right

so I always think that there's always

something out there that somebody wants

always something that you you have that

that you can teach and you can put up

here just don't limit yourself on what

it is that you can teach if I sat down

with you for 10 minutes I could figure

out something that's interesting that

you know that you could teach me and

then I would paying you to teach me on

that and then you would create the

course you could put it right here and

teachable okay so teachable is the great

way to get up and get your course

running so again you want to head over

to udemy it's a great place to get your

feet wet get your course up and see what

works see what people like see if

somebody's gonna really buy your course

and then you can shift from and you can

change around a little bit maybe you

throw it all away and you start a new

course totally up to you just be

creative and think about things that you

want to do and you want to put in here

alright just don't limit yourself to

think of it oh I don't I don't know

anything or I don't this is not

something for me don't just say oh I

want to you know go to college and think

I'm gonna get a job jobs aren't hiring

people out of school okay I want to make

sure you understand that they're not

hiring people out of school you need to

get a skill online you got

get something going online you got to

get income coming online you got to go

to the places like udemy create a course

put it online get it going get get it

out there okay let it let it get into

the marketplace let you Demi promote

your course for you that's why I liked

iti tell people to go udemy first right

go to udemy.com first create your course

because you Demi has a marketplace and

they will they will promote your course

for you okay so they'll promote your

course and then obviously it's not gonna

you can't really charge ninety seven

dollars with udemy but you can go take

your course roll it into teachable and

that teachable you can put whatever

price you want you can put 297 you can

put 997 you can put ten thousand dollars

for your course if you want to and if

that's what you think your your course

is worth boom hit it but I suggest you

start at $97 you can have you know two

or three people a day buying your course

you just got to get it out there and get

people liking it and they will go to

your course alright I just want to make

sure you understand that we're at in

college okay it's like like I said I'd

go on and on about this and I wish that

I could just get into somebody's head

when they're in their 18 19 years old

and I just want to just reach in there

and say look don't go to college because

your parents would want you to - don't

go to college because you think society

thinks that you should go to college

Society doesn't have a clue what is best

for you society doesn't know crap

society is is still stuck in the 1950s

okay so what you want to do is get

yourself online get a course make it

happen

put it together and start marketing in

and start marketing your course online

and let people buy it and then start

getting that money coming in like I said

if you're in college you can have some

extra money coming in you could do it on

the side because if you get this rolling

you're gonna start seeing way more money

you ever will see if you go through four

years of college and get out and get

some some junky job that's never gonna

pay you what you're worth

put your worth on to place like

teachable or udemy and let them decide

let the market decide what you're worth

if they think your course is $97 they'll

buy it all day long so put it out there
