and in this video we're gonna look at
the results that I've created with 120
YouTube videos published in 120 days
this is the culmination of my hundred
and twenty day kind of marketing
experiment and the results are
absolutely fantastic so we're gonna look
in the analytics of my YouTube channel
we're also gonna look inside the
analytics of my blog but before we do
that I want to kind of mention a couple
of quick things number one I have done
this for two specific reasons the first
is obviously to teach what I know my day
job if you will that I'm going back to
after this video full-time instead of
making videos every day my real job is
working on my wife and my membership
know we've got thousand plus members and
we get over five hundred fifty thousand
visits a month to our website and people
we meet along the way are like wow how
did you ever do this I could never do
that you're so far I could never do that
and I wanted to show that anyone my
channel had zero views zero videos zero
attention zero love up until I started
this and I wanted to show that anyone
could do this it takes hustle I don't
think most people and maybe it's you
don't have the the chutzpah the the
wherewithal the the guts the the kind of
inner strength needed to really push
through and do that daily activity to
turn the television off every day to
turn off YouTube and create to go from
being a consumer to a creator so I'm
challenging you right now I think it's
important for you to get and shift into
creator mode if you haven't already
number two I wanted to give you the
guides I wanted to not only show you
through my actions through creating
these videos but I also wanted to give
you all of the knowledge you need about
funnels Facebook advertising organic
traffic mindset all of it is here in my
channel yeah it's not perfectly
organized but that's okay it's got a
search function find what you need to
get through the next step go back to
taking action on your own and taking
those steps
one other note here this was a ninety
day challenge that I over followed
through on by 30 days right in the
marketing world there's this concept of
under-promise over-deliver well guess
what I challenge you to ohh
deliver for yourself if you say I'm
gonna put an hour of work in on my
business every single night seven days a
week and I'm gonna get nine weeks worth
of work done in the next year I
challenge you to double that up just to
give more to yourself you deserve to
give yourself more it's so vitally
important
you know we expect other websites to
give us guarantees Oh is there a
guarantee for this product give yourself
a guarantee that no matter what you're
gonna do this you're gonna figure this
out grind it out it's totally possible
so let's jump in and look what is
possible right let's let's get some
actual statistics going here and I'll
get off my soapbox for a second so here
on the channel
we have 471 subscribers in that's just
absolutely astounding started with zero
and over ten thousand views now you'll
notice down here this video at nine
hundred and forty-one views is
definitely the fastest growing video
this one is catching up quick and what
has happened since I've been a extreme
content contributor to YouTube with
keyword specific video titles and video
talks right I'm getting rewarded with
high rankings in the youtube search
engine and the Google search engine so
if you go Google affiliate marketing
funnel odds are you gonna see me sitting
in the number-two spot now that is
absolutely amazing this is a valuable
spot to be in and the video is able to
rank my website cannot rank for that I'm
not I don't have a strong enough website
and you'll notice we got wikiHow down
here that's a super challenging site to
outrank SlideShare Quora
niche hacks these guys definitely know
what they're doing I'm like a 120-day
hack at this the funniest part to me
these people are actually paying money
every click to be on this page and I am
sucking up somewhere between one to
three hundred video one to three hundred
clicks a day for absolute free it took
some effort right yep I put some time in
but it's not costing me anything for the
results there's a really good chance
this video is going to sit here and
generate thousands upon thousands tens
of thousands of clicks over the next few
years so that's what's possible with it
we'll go to the analytics there in a
second I want to show you a couple more
things here in YouTube because this is
really exciting so on the video manager
you can see
119 videos I'm recording number 120
right now with you I started this in
about August 21st 22nd and it is now
December 21st I did cross the
International Dateline in this time and
you can see in the last 28 days I've had
35,000 minutes watched but let's stretch
this thing out to the whole year you're
gonna notice it's absolutely flat lined
up until August until I put my first
video up first video got five views
after day one I had literally five
people and I'm pretty sure it was my
wife me my mom my dad and my sister and
that's it right like I'm confident
that's all the people but now in my best
day it's literally been somewhere in the
2000 view range was at 2200 minutes
viewed in one day that's one and a half
days worth of time spent watching my
videos recently that's astounding
so 51,000 minutes viewed we've got 4 and
3/4 minutes viewed on average which is
awesome with over 10,000 views but
what's really cool is the momentum I
built and this is why I followed through
and did that extra kind of work someone
do the last 30 days versus the previous
period so the blue line is days 61
through 90 and the orange line is days
excuse me the orange line is days 61
through 90 and the blue line is days 91
through 120 and the difference between
these is astounding right I triggered
something in the last 30 days on
youtubes algorithm plus all my first
videos are still getting views right so
my video number one but video number two
those videos are getting views and video
98 99 100 are all getting views but
Google and YouTube they own the same
company right so my alphabet they
realize that hey this guy's giving
really good really powerful content and
we need to reward him with good we need
to reward him with good rankings if you
notice what happened there I got a light
standing behind my laptop and I just
tipped it over and had to catch it I
apologize for that so this is what this
was the reward for going the extra mile
for myself for over delivering for
myself and giving myself
a 30-day extra guarantee that's the
reward it's literally 5x more than 5x
the traffic in the last 30 days this is
going to continue it's astounding and if
you look at it my actually average view
duration has gone up massively in the
last month and the number of views is up
five times four times five times what it
was so it's not just the fact that I'm
publishing a video every day it's the
fact that all my videos are getting
views all my view videos are getting
recommended by YouTube I'm doing keyword
research for every video every videos on
a very specific topic that I think will
be helpful and I'm just triggering their
algorithm and you can do this too you
can build an audience in traffic so
where did this traffic go right that's
on YouTube that's exciting this is
traffic to my website to my personal
website that was very neglected back
before I started this you can see I've
had 1,300 views to my website in the
last 30 days from 655 users a total of
2,800 pageviews that is astounding so
I'm gonna do a couple of comparisons
here let's compare this to the past so
just in the 30 days before this 30 days
right days again 61 and 90 versus ninety
one two one twenty three hundred and
fifty percent increase in traffic to my
website that is absolutely massive what
I've started doing is transcribing my
blog my video content and adding them as
blog posts and creating kind of matching
blog post and that's what I'm gonna
carry on doing here once I let go of
this daily video thing which today is
the last day of doing that these numbers
are literally outstanding and pretty
crazy if you ask me so I'm gonna do
another comparison I'm gonna compare to
the 30 days before I started the
challenge so that was July 19th through
August 18th we're gonna apply so this is
before I started the challenge I have 64
visits a month I had two people a day
visiting my two visits a day not even
two people for 30 now I have 1,300
that's a 2,000 percent increase
in sessions that's astounding I can't I
mean the value of that traffic right if
you were to go out and buy 2,000 percent
more traffic next month if you were to
go out by 1300 clicks it would be a
noteworthy amount now if you have money
to buy the traffic and to build the
funnels go that way go paid traffic it's
faster it doesn't take four months you
could do effectively what I did here in
a couple of weeks but really I wanted to
show in case you don't have any money or
you think oh well you know it takes
money to do that I mean I'm on my my
laptop's little kind of built in camera
right I've used my cell phone video for
every single other video like there has
been no actual monetary investment I got
some lights and a $30 microphone because
I didn't like how tinny I sounded
totally optional and I got this headset
that I've had for years that I'm using
right now so it's so possible for you to
do this and I feel like I've made my
point right so these videos I've been
I've been with them I've been
encouraging I've been detailed I've been
meticulous about showing you all the
steps now it's time to go out and take
action if you're just encountering me
and this is your first video thank you
for finding me and know I am gonna be
putting out videos in the future but I'm
not gonna be on this one video add a
treadmill anymore I'm only gonna put
them up when I feel inspired or I'm only
gonna put them up when I feel like I've
got something new to share a new tweak
or something that I've covered in the
past changes and the reason is it's two
reasons number one I have no desire to
build a business here I don't want to
enter the make money online niche I
don't want to create products in this
niche I have a very healthy business I
don't even want to build a list right I
teach you to build a list
I'm the cobbler and the cobblers got
holes in his shoes I get that I'm being
totally clear and transparent about that
but I wanted to give you everything you
need I want you to see it firsthand not
just hear it in a video of this is
what's possible but you can literally go
back you can go through every video you
can see the topics I covered you can see
how it worked and now you know the
results it's massive what I've got going
here is the budding of a business and I
could if I didn't have another web-based
business
I could easily ride this momentum off
into the year and within three to six
months I could be generating easily 3 to
5 grand a month no questions no
questions at all and that's what's
possible for you right now my other
business this
for seven years that gets a half million
visits a month and has 90,000 people on
the email list happens to be a little
bit more lucrative than starting over
from scratch and I know and what I'm
sharing with you now is the power of
focus right we talked about shiny object
syndrome in some past videos here this
building a miles Beckler platform
building a product around me and
building myself up it's an ego trip it's
it's totally a shiny object and it
doesn't have to happen the informations
out there now I got to get back to work
and run some more split tests some more
ads build some new funnels I am
absolutely stoked about it I think that
