what's up guys Stefan here from project
life mastery com and I'm on the road
right now as you guys can probably tell
so I got to make sure I pay attention to
the road and won't be able to look into
the camera but I'm on a little trip
right now is in Sedona Arizona for the
last two days rented out a dodge ram
which is what i'm driving right now and
i'm on a trip to flagstaff arizona i'm
gonna drop off the car rental then i'm
taking a shuttle up to the grand canyon
where i'm going to spend five days
hiking and whitewater rafting as part of
an entrepreneur mastermind group time
apart i've called the Brotherhood and
I'm just killing some time right now in
the car I thought I'd turn on the camera
maybe talk to you guys a little bit vlog
a little bit share with you guys what's
been going on with me some of my
thoughts I think there's some good value
and nuggets that I can share to you guys
in this video as well some people want
me to record more vlog style videos
because most of my videos I try to teach
something and provide value in it but
sometimes you got to realize I guess
just sharing your life and just being
transparent and being personal and
sharing your day-to-day stuff a lot of
people receive a lot of value in that
too and enjoy it and they're entertained
by it so I'm going to talk you guys a
little bit in this video um sure if you
guys what's been going on my thoughts
what I'm focusing on what my outcomes
are and maybe you guys get some value
from it so as I mentioned right now on
my way to Flagstaff and I'm going to
Grand Canyon I'm a part of this
mastermind group and I've spoken before
the value of mastermind groups are
incredible um you know I first learned
Thinking roerich from napoleon hill and
he shared how the most successful people
in the world all have mastermind groups
where they surround themselves with
other very successful people and you
know for example Thomas Edison
surrounded himself with you know JP
Morgan and andrew carnegie and you know
these guys they all masterminded
together and you know
when you surround yourself with people
like that that are successful you learn
a lot from them and can really benefit
you so masterminds has changed my life
I've been a part of many third the years
I've created my own 40 years I've got my
own coaching masterminds that help
people as well and I part of i have my
own coaches that coached me and I'm also
part of different mastermind groups and
the one that I'm part of is a very
high-level mastermind and I pay every
year to be a part of the group if you
want to be a part of some really high
level mastermind groups you've got to
pay to be a part of it and there's
certain requirements for you to be able
to join somebody who's mastermind group
so for example the one on the part of
you have to be making at least six
figures you have to be a certain type of
person you've got to be you know to self
development and you know all the sort of
stuff and have certain expertise value
that you can add to the group you got to
be a cool person and just basically a
line with a lot of values because
different groups they're very selective
about who they let in to the group
because you don't want just anybody to
be in a you know your mastermind group
you want to make sure they're aligned
with you they're going to be people that
are givers and not takers a lot of
people they try to join groups and
they're just really in it just for
themselves and try to take and try to
benefit from other people and typically
that's not cool you want to make sure
that when you're a part of different
groups that you're adding more value
than what you're getting from the group
you're being a contributing member of
any group whether that's a Facebook
group or a mastermind group or even a
friendship or relationship whatever it
is so don't be a taker that's the wrong
mentality that's that's not the right
mentality that will make you a very
successful in networking and meeting
other like-minded successful people you
want to make sure that you're a giver um
and this group have been apart for a few
years and we a couple hundred
entrepreneurs all over the world a lot
of Internet entrepreneurs that are part
of this group really amazing people but
we do different trips throughout the
year and this group they plan and
organize everything for you so the
different trips you go on you basically
pay to beat to go on the trip they
organize everything for you and they
have different activities plans they may
really fun and you to spend time with
some amazing people so this trip here um
is to the Grand Canyon everything has
been planned out booked it a few months
ago and basically a the first basically
today taking a shuttle moment with a few
of the guys that we're going to go up to
the South Rim of the Grand Canyon we're
going to spend the night is a game seven
of the NBA final be a conference finals
between Golden State Oklahoma City
tonight's or a few of us are going to
watch it somewhere tomorrow morning
first thing in the morning if you get
4am we got to wake up and get ready and
we're taking another shuttle that's
going to take us to the South Rim of the
Grand Canyon and then we're going to
hike for 10 miles through the Grand
Canyon which would be a lot of fun I've
been to the Grand Canyon years ago when
i went on a trip to las vegas i went to
hoover dam and and checked out the Grand
Canyon so it's pretty amazing place if
you have been there it's one of the
wonders of the world pretty spectacular
but I haven't been there in a few years
I've never been you know through the
Grand Canyon hiking it so that should be
a lot of fun um I've been preparing I
just yesterday went to Flagstaff and I
went to like an outdoor store and I
bought all the gear that i need and I've
been traveling as you guys know for the
last four months around the world and
I've just been living out in a suitcase
so I didn't have all the things that I
need for this trip so I bought you know
a backpack and the right sandals and I
bought you know quick dry in shirts and
pants and shorts and water bottles and
you know basically everything that I
need for this five-day trip the biggest
challenge I think of this trip is going
to be the heat because when you're you
know here in Arizona it's really hot but
when you go through the canyon and
you're spending that much time at the
Sun it's pretty brutal is pretty intense
so you got to make sure you're hydrated
I'm going to make sure that you take
breaks I think it's like that the
10-mile hike is like four to six hours
but you can fin take breaks and make
sure you know you're hydrated
electrolytes having some simple sugars
and carbs to help replenish your energy
the glycogen that you burn off and you
got to make sure to take breaks in the
shade because you don't want your body
to overheat so that should be fun
intense and then we're going to do for
four days is white water rafting for the
gate Grand Canyon so our white water
rafting I think 130 mot 130 miles
probably miles because the u.s. they do
miles Canada they do kilometers but I
went whitewater rafting once it was in
Chiang Mai in Thailand and it was a lot
of fun but this should be pretty because
I never whitewater rafted for four days
and that long of a distance so should be
pretty cool we're also camping and got
tents and sleeping bags the company that
we're going with you actually have all
this stuff for us so they have
everything waiting for us which is cool
so we don't have to lug around sleeping
bags tents
um now on this trip um one thing I was
thinking about as I'm driving up one
question I always ask myself is what is
my outcome and I was asking myself this
question before this trip because I
think in order to really maximize your
experience out of anything in life it's
always important to go into it knowing
what your outcome is knowing what you
want to get from it because if you don't
know what you want if you don't know
what you want to get for something then
how are you gonna how are you gonna get
it so um I asked myself this question
when I start my day throughout the day I
asked myself this question before I
create a video before I you know created
this video right now before I coached
someone before I have a meeting or go to
an event or a seminar asked myself you
know what's my outcome what do I want to
really get from this what I want to take
away from this experience and if i want
to ask myself these questions it really
helps focus me and get specific on what
i want and when you have a target you
have a higher chance of achieving it and
you guys should know this and i talked
about goal setting a lot of big on goal
setting obviously my monthly goals
reports but um I was thinking about this
and I you know my outcome for this trip
I get a few different outcomes number
one is to deepen my relationships with
these amazing people and you know one of
the challenges that I have and I think
everybody has when you become more
successful is when you grow in your life
sometimes the other keep on your life
your friends and family they're not
going to grow with you you know they
have different goals in their life they
have different values that you might
have and I know for myself as I've grown
throughout the years a lot of my friends
and family members you know this they've
decided to stay where they're at and
there's nothing wrong with that that's
their life that's what they decide but
when you grow you have a harder time
relating to people that were at a you
know different you know they haven't
grown as well you know as you for
example if all your friends have jobs
and their employees and then you become
an entrepreneur you become very
successful well it's a little bit
challenging now to relate to your
friends that are still employees in that
mindset and I'm not saying that there's
anything right or wrong I think
everybody's equal as human beings but
it's a little bit harder to relate to
people based on how they live their
lives and so when you grow um you kind
of outgrow certain people and you need
to surround yourself with people they're
more like minded that are on a similar
path then you are that are also
successful or fit healthy have great
relationships that are happy whatever
might be that you're looking for you got
to find people like that and it can be
challenging because people that are
living life at the peak they're the
minority you know they're the one
percent 99% of people are not like that
and you need to find people that are in
that one percent which can be
challenging and one of the best ways
I've found to do that is to join
mastermind groups to pay to be a part of
different groups to get that value of my
life to meet and network those people to
go to seminars to go to meetup events
etc and business events and meet people
that way and that that's what I've done
and you know so this group it's the one
percent is people that are successful
six-figure seven-figure eight-figure
owners that are very successful at what
they do that are like-minded people and
you know my outcome essentially is I
want to build better relationships
because these are the people that I want
in my life these are the people that are
like are like minded that are similar to
myself that are amazing people doing
amazing things and
you know I find want to continue to grow
in my life I need to find people more
like that whereas sometimes you spend
time with people that already you know
different level whatever sometimes they
can hold you back and I see that happen
a lot with relationships even is the
outgrowth our partner or relationships
that people grow in different directions
and you always going to make sure you're
aligned with your partner they're
growing with you because otherwise you
know you're going to grow them and
they're going to be holding you back so
growth is very important and other
people that have that growth mindset is
very very important so that's one of my
outcomes to deepen better relationships
is that people I want to develop deeper
friendships with it and there's no
better way developing friendships and
spending five days with people you know
I network with people may go for lunch
meetings or dinner or hang out with
people here and there but it's when you
go from lunch with someone you're not
really getting to know them they're
still like a level of discomfort that's
there whereas when you spend five days
with someone camping with people and
stuff you really get to know people and
the guards everything comes down and you
know you really build a powerful bond
and connection that can last a lifetime
so that's one thing that I really get
from this
the networking another great thing is
when we do these mastermind groups we're
not only you know hiking and whitewater
rafting and doing fun activities but
we're also doing network activities as
well so some of these guys I know on
this trip because I've been on other
trips some of you guys might know last
year I went on a trip to New Jersey
where we raced a mustang gts at a
racetrack and that was part of a mass
from st. mastermind and so I met a lot
of people that way and a few other guys
that I'd known known for a few years but
there's a lot of guys I don't know and
so meeting those new people is great so
we network and we do some games and
activities where you got to meet each
person you could ask a certain question
and share certain things about yourself
and so that's really cool um so meeting
new people will be a lot of fun as well
as strengthening those relationships
another outcome um it is to really get
advice and feedback on the biggest
challenges that I'm facing you know
everyone you're always facing challenges
in life you always have problems if you
don't have problems or challenges that
are not growing because when you grow
what comes with growth of problems or
becomes of growth our problems are
challenges that arise and so you always
need to surround yourself with people
that are more successful than you that
have already been where you want to go
that can share with you the solutions
and save you time you can press decades
in two days so one thing that we do in
these masterminds is if we do a circle
mastermind there'll be 30 of us all in a
circle and each person will get a chance
to ask a question of the group
and you know when you ask the question
you'll get 10 minutes and other people
will get to answer the question and and
basically you know provide their answers
and solutions and stuff that can help
you and I found this 10 minutes that you
get is invaluable because you're getting
you know you have a problem or channel
if you have 10 yep a great you know
rumah people that are they're focused on
helping you solve it and you get some
some easing insights from that which is
really powerful and I've gotten a lot
from doing these over the years then
also other people share their challenges
you can relate and you hear their
answers and you help other people out as
well and it's just a really powerful
dynamic where there's 30 minds all
coming together to help solve solve
problems and challenges the synergy is
just incredible so that would be a lot
of fun some of the challenges I'm facing
um that I'm still kind of debating key
what am I going to ask because I want to
prepare to make sure that get the most
value as possible from this one question
I might ask is um any advice or feedback
from the group on how I can you know
better reach more people with my
affiliate marketing mastery course and
as you guys know launching this course
in Jude a no set date yet although
possibly june twenty third is what i'm
aiming for but I don't want to set that
for sure right now because things always
change but i'm planning on launching in
june and i want to you know help as many
people as possible reach or not you know
build their online business and have
success in their lives and i want to be
able to effectively market and promote
this program to as many people as
possible and so I might ask for some
help with that maybe there's some ideas
or insights or strategies that I didn't
know before that I can get from that
that's one thing um another thing which
I might ask there's been a more ongoing
challenge and I've asked this question
before amongst other very successful
entrepreneurs is really scaling up my
business more but also automating my
business bore and building more of a
team I've really expanded my business
over the last year hiring employees and
managers and people that can run and
operate different parts of my business
but I want to continue to build a team
in my business and get to a point where
I have someone that's a CEO of my
business that runs my business for me
one thing that I've learned and I'm
going to Tony Robbins business mastery
in August and I learned this from Tony
already but I'm gonna learn it again and
really focus on implementing more one
thing that Tony Robbins shares teaches
is that we all have a certain nature in
a business and there's three nature's
that we all have either you're the
artist in your business meeting you're
the person that as the artist the person
that is the business the person that you
know mikey is the person behind the
camera the person that's the brand
person that records the videos and
produces the content you know you have a
very unique skill set that's one part
the other nature is the entrepreneur the
person that enjoys taking risk that can
build businesses and startups and you
know that whole sort of thing create all
the systems and then the third area is a
manager leader and that's a person that
really leads and runs the organization
manages it etc that's that's the CEO of
the business um when you first start a
business you really gotta do all three
not unless you partner with people I can
compliment you but in my case I've done
and cultivated all three skills that
artists in my business i'm also the
entrepreneur and i'm also that the
leader manager but if you if i were to
really look at my nature my nature is
the artist
the one that you know what I enjoy the
most is helping people and teaching and
training people and tote coaching and
getting in front of the camera and
helping people directly creating
training programs for people and stuff
that's that's what I enjoy that's what
lights me up the most that's what
excites me exactly what I'm doing right
now just sharing with people being
transparent sharing my life you know
that that's my unique gift to give to
the world and that's what I enjoy and I
can I'm also great as an entrepreneur I
have a lot of entrepreneurial
entrepreneurial qualities and skills and
i love it but it's not my nature because
i don't enjoy the risk being an
entrepreneur and even though i can do it
I'd much rather have a you know someone
else that can do that for me and the
same thing goes with a manager leader I
can manage a team I can hire people a
sore ass stuff but that's not that's not
my nature I don't enjoy that that much
I'd much rather have someone manage the
team and all that and so for me that's
one of my challenges is how can I bring
in a CEO somebody that can run my
business for me all the operations the
team everything in place and I can be in
a position where all I do all day every
day and all I focus on is just recording
content and creating training programs
and you know being on snapchat and
social media engaging with people and
stuff because you know that's a
full-time job and even you know as I get
to the point where I do a lot of public
speaking etc is all I travel involved in
that and also just have a more freedom
in your life as well and so I want to
focus on doing what I enjoy the most
what my strengths are what my gifts are
and so that's my you know one of my
biggest focuses and so that's something
I could always use help with getting
help with from other people have already
done it I've got a friend of mine Todd
hermit who actually the last master
month as a part of his very successful
entrepreneur
one thing you said to me actually really
i thought a lot about i still think
about to this day he said to me that if
you have to spend more than 30 minutes a
day front of the computer in your
business then you have automated your
business and that really i thought about
that a lot and basically what he's
saying is that you need to build your
business to a point where you're not
spending any time from the computer in
your 30 minutes a day you have other
people doing everything else for you for
the computer and i realize a lot of what
i'm sharing with you is maybe you know
way down the road for some of you guys
if you're brand new starting an online
business some of the stuff i'm sharing
with you is just might be way over your
head but these are some of the
challenges of focuses that I have right
now in my stage of business but one
thing is sure to be said that you know
if I want to tweet something on Twitter
said I don't tweet it myself you know I
tell my assistant and maybe I you know
records a voice message he sends to his
assistant he says I want you to tweet
this quote for me or I want you to look
up a quote on this or that or whatever
and tweet that to my followers and when
you look at the most successful people
with you know example that I have off
the top of my head is Donald Trump he
does a lot of his own Twitter but also a
lot of it he doesn't do he has a team in
place that does and operates everything
for him the same thing with Tony Robbins
you know 20 Robbins he doesn't Twitter
and he does certain things in his
business but he is not the one that's
publishing his youtube videos on social
media you know pretty much the emails
that go out and stuff like that you know
he is based in a position where he's
spending most of his time in his
business doing interviews public
speaking coaching people creating
content videos etc and he has a CEO the
whole team in place as doing everything
else for him so that's the ultimate
place to get you obviously as a process
getting beer finding the right person
around your best
uh you know a positive cash flow and
your business the profit to hire a note
source that stuff and you need obviously
someone that's more than qualified and
you have to pay a good salary for that
person to do that because you're
duplicating herself in a sense but
that's that's another outcome of mine
getting help with that I find that it's
always really valuable and then I think
another thing I need to focus on a
little bit more in my life it's been a
bit of a challenge it's more so because
i haven't trout I've been travelling for
the last four months is really
socializing more and I spend top of my
girlfriend when we're traveling and I've
been travelling round a lot but I
haven't been spending as much time with
my friends and my friends you know
they're back in vancouver and I got
friends all over the world and stuff but
you know I like to do more regular skype
calls and connect with my friends in
different ways and that's something that
I could definitely improve upon so
that's kind of that's a challenge it's
probably not someone would probably ask
the group of though but that is a
challenge that I need to put more focus
into and I know whatever whatever you
put focus into it grows in it expands
and I've been putting more focus into
affiliate marketing mastery and a number
of other things as I've been focused on
certain goals for the year
so those are my main outcomes my me know
comes I you know deeper relationships
connect North people meet new people get
some value and help have my one of my
challenges solved by the group have fun
that's another important outcome have
fun you always wanna have fun as always
no gum that I have have a good time
pretty magic moments never is that I'll
never forget come be able to improve
myself that I can grow and be able to
share and share more with you guys and
add more value to you guys and the more
that I grow the more that I can give to
other people and so this is also an
investment myself learning some new
things and becoming a better person so
that I can add more value to the world
but two main things that I'm focused on
so it's pretty much it guys of what else
do I have to share a few today not much
still been working hard on the affiliate
marketing mastery right now I've got my
team that's working on it editing the
videos together the website so most of
the contents already created for that is
still a few more things I gotta do but
right now it's in the hands of a number
of other people before I can move on to
the next step been recording some some
great YouTube videos for you guys I was
in Miami and I shot a bunch of videos
and hopefully you guys follow me on
snapchat up in love and snapchat sharing
a lot of my day-to-day life and what I'm
reading and learning I read a really
awesome book about the the story of
Nikola Tesla and and I was really
inspirational and I love reading
biographies I want to read more
biographies I she bought a lot of
biographies on my Kindle of you know
famous successful people throughout
history whether it's Mahatma Gandhi or
mother Teresa or Nelson Mandela or
Andrew Carnegie Thomas Edison is all
people you know Abraham Lincoln people
that we should all learn from and aspire
to adopt some of their philosophies and
qualities and you know I want to
definitely read a lot more and study
them a lot more because I'm I just get
really engaged by really great stories
and I get really inspired by it as well
so
I videsh some video sharing some of the
books that I've been reading and also
shared a snapchat snapchat assured a lot
of the stuff from that book and I share
what I'm reading and why don't you know
different gold nuggets and stuff like
that so make sure you guys are following

awesome so one might probably my
favorite social media tool right now you
know I find it's you know you to buy I
share videos that are alone like this
one that are deeper you don't get more
deeper experience but if you're looking
just for short clips day-to-day stuff
little gold nuggets here and there then
I think a snapchat is much better for
that because you're limited only 10
seconds per video so i would love with
that got a lot of people follow me right
now on snapchat to you which is cool so
a lot of people enjoyed it and i got a
lot of value from what I've been sharing
so I want to keep that up could I be
probably shooting some videos and clips
on my trip here the grand key in a bot
at the airport one of those portable
chargers for your phone so basically you
know I could plug in my phone and
recharge it so I want to make sure that
my video my phone is fresh on this trip
for the next five days and i can record
some videos and some snaps and pictures
and things like that so i'll probably
sheriff you guys a lot of stuff on this
trip but that's it for this guy's i want
to ramble on too much but that's what
I've been focused on that's what I'm
working on right now is my outcome
that's what I'm up to make sure that you
take trips mastermind groups surround
yourself people that are successful
like-minded people and it'll change your
life so I'm going to get back to my
little road trip here I want to make
sure I don't get lost I'm gonna chicka
take it take a look at the GPS but I
should be in Flagstaff soon and no I'll
be shared more with you guys on snapchat
