some of the questions that you guys have
so if you have questions about anything
for me I'm here to support you guys I'm
here to help you guys along a little bit
and whatever way that I can along your
journey to life mastery that could be
your business it can be goals challenges
you might be going through so I'm gonna
spend a bit extra time here today to try
to serve and support you guys with
whatever questions that you guys have
but before we do that and before I kind
of go into some of those things I'm so
excited to share if you guys my newest
book called 67 morning ritual habits for
your mind body and spirit this is a book
that is now available on Amazon and I
want to make sure that you guys get it
and benefit from this book now you guys
know if you follow my content how much I
really emphasized the importance of
morning rituals and by the way he
already got the book I see some people
commented if he did post in the chat I'd
love to hear from you but you guys know
I always emphasize the importance of
rituals in your life this was the single
biggest thing that has changed my life
and continues to every single day when I
started a morning ritual back when I was
17 years old when I was 17 years old
guys I was depressed I was shy I was
incredibly insecure I didn't have
friends I had a lot of negative
self-talk I had a lot of limiting
beliefs I did not know anything and
wasn't doing anything for my health
whatsoever as eating junk food every day
I just had a very disempowering mindset
and the habits that I had in my life is
what contributed to a disempowering
mindset and that disempowering mindset
resulted in a low quality of life you
know there's no wonder I wasn't getting
the results that I wanted in my life
there's no wonder why I felt depressed
Cheyenne why had a lot of social anxiety
and a lot of these challenges because
you've got to look at the habits and
what you're doing every day right all
the little habits you do in the morning
it's right the day they they shape you
into becoming the person that you are
gonna be or going to be in the future so
I started off with the ritual guys and I
first discovered it through Tony Robbins
and many other people as well and I just
started you know when I woke up in the
morning I started to be proactive I
started to make sure that I started to
feed my mind my body my spirit and just
added a few things and at first I spent
15 minutes a day and then I increased it
to an hour a day and I discussed so much
incredible benefit that I've done
rituals today that can last two to three
hours I kid you not
because there are things that are
allowing me to grow in my life and to be
at my best and so you guys know I did a
video many videos on morning rituals
throughout the years back in 2012 I
published a video sharing my morning
ritual here on YouTube that video went
viral I think it's got almost a million
views now and it really changed a lot of
people's lives and I really saw the
impact that rituals could have in other
people's lives as well I went on to
creating a course called morning ritual
mastery which is a seven-day video
training program to help people and
guide them through their rituals and
then I created this book and I created
this book here guys because I was
curious for myself what are all the
things that I can do and insert my
morning that can allow me to be even
better that can allow me to optimize my
day and be the best that I could be and
so I did a lot of research and I even
had my team do research the most
comprehensive list of rituals that can
be found are right here in this book
okay this book that I put together and I
I've done all of these rituals that are
inside this book now I don't do all of
the rituals at once
okay there's 67 of them so no one's
gonna do 67 things every single morning
but I probably do every
in the morning about five to ten of the
rituals there in this book and then I
cycle through them at different times
okay different times I always switch up
and modify my ritual so I want to share
with you guys a little bit today about
this book okay and I want you guys to
check it out as well on Amazon so I put
a link in the description here of the
video or if you go to project life
mastery comm slash morning ritual habits
it's on Amazon as a Kindle book and as a
paper book paperback book okay and I
mean it very inexpensive okay the Kindle
version of it is only $2.99 this
paperback version is only $5.99 so I
wanted to make this accessible to
everybody here okay
I wanted you guys to be able to benefit
from this and this book I made it it's
only about 90 pages and I made it like a
no fluff right to the point very
efficient and easy to read book it's a
type of book where some of the rituals
you probably know and you already
probably do but there's many rituals
here that you've never heard of okay or
that you're not utilizing in your life
that I provide a few paragraphs on for
you to go and I provide information
about it and the benefits of it but it's
something that you can easily insert to
your day easily insert your ritual in
the morning or even in the evening time
as well but it's a very just kind of to
the point book because I don't know
about you sometimes I don't enjoy
reading books that are three hundred
four hundred five number pages that are
a lot of love a lot of stories and a lot
of that stuff I just sometimes just want
to get right to the point
scroll through it pick you know pick a
ritual to and like awesome I'm gonna add
that to my morning and others you can
discard but it's a resource guide for
you guys to insert and amplify and
optimized or ritual so that you can be
at your best you can be more productive
you can be more happy you can be more
fulfilled and prove your energy your
health your mindset your belief systems
your spiritual connection
there's so much here for you guys that
you guys can benefit from so check it
out guys the link again is below very
inexpensive and I want you guys to
benefit from it I created it for you
okay I hardly made any I might make like
a dollar or two off your actual purchase
of this book and there's a lot that went
into it and I want you guys to benefit
from it so that's why I made it so
inexpensive for you guys to benefit from
this so with that being said let me
share with you guys and I want to show
you guys actually three rituals here
that I think every morning and I'd be
many different things like I said at
different times but I'll show you guys
three rituals that I do right now that I
love like that have been game changers
for me as part of my ritual so one thing
that I'll share with you guys is every
morning not every morning actually I'd
say about five to six days a week right
now in my morning I do coffee enemas
okay coffee enemas now you guys might
think this sounds crazy but enemas are
not anything new enemas have been
written about thousands of years ago in
the Dead Sea Scrolls and there's a lot
of incredible health benefits to it it
is something of course with anything
that I mentioned here do your own due
diligence do your own research
investigate it for yourself don't just
blindly follow what I tell you to do or
what I'm doing in my life I'm just
sharing what I do I've done my research
I work with professionals and coaches
etc but you guys can dive into what dive
into them more but I do a coffee enema
okay so part of the reason for that
right now is I've been doing a detox for
the last few months to really get rid of
systemic Candida as well as to heal
leaky gut but an enema
okay it sounds crazy I know but you take
coffee and you can do a wheatgrass enema
but you boil the coffee dark roast
coffee on the stove you put it in an
enema kit which is usually like a bucket
you put it in and you lay in your
bathroom and there's a
- that goes up your butt okay and the
distilled water is what you ideally want
to use with the coffee it helps to go
into your colon okay helps to cleanse
the colon a bit but that's not the
biggest benefit the biggest benefit is
that it helps to stimulate glutathione
production in the liver and if you guys
know about glutathione it's the most
powerful antioxidant in our body and it
can actually increase the glutathione
production up to 400% so there's a lot
of great benefits to your liver - an
antioxidant and I've noticed many
amazing benefits to it but that's one
thing that I do that's in this book here
again look into it
you guys I'm at a different I work with
the natural pass and a lot of
professionals when it comes to my
physical health and optimizing it the
best I can be but just like with
anything do your own due diligence and
investigate for yourself so that's one
thing that I do coffee and in mind when
I do it I usually do do it for about 20
to 30 minutes and I'm laying on my back
usually to my right side to more
stimulate the liver and make sure it's
there but I also read okay so I read on
my Kindle I love actually using a Kindle
more than paperback books because I
travel a lot I love books I've been
reading thousands of books since I was
17 years old but I recently got rid of a
lot of paperback and hardcover books
because I travel so much and all my
books were just kind of sitting in boxes
and whatnot and I like to travel light
and so on a kindle device I can have
hundreds or thousands of books with me
and I find it a lot easier to read on a
Kindle you can look up the words in a
dictionary you can you know you there's
just you can take notes directly on your
Kindle that's just a lot of benefits
like down to using a Kindle over a
paperback or hardcover book but I do
like to have like the feel of a physical
book and if you have your own library it
is cool to have the books in your
library and whatnot but for me I like to
use a Kindle and so I read as well while
I'm doing the coffee
okay now let me see if there's another
thing I can share with you guys here
I'll try to share things with you that
you might not know because you guys
already know oh the benefits of
affirmations and asking yourself
empowering questions all things that are
in this book that I do and I've shared a
lot of these things with you guys but
let me try to pick something powerful I
mean you guys know about meditation you
know those those sort of things are here
in this book hmm okay here's a good one
is I'm you guys know I love vision
boards and I've done videos on how to
create a vision board and create that
vision for your life
I created a vision board video and I
watch it in the morning
so I created a video myself I edited it
myself and everything but I just
basically took images a little video
clips of the car that I want to drive
how someone I live in the places I want
to travel to the experience that I want
to have that places I want to experience
throughout my life the contribution the
impact that I want to make and I find I
get more stimulated more by video than
just images and so that's why I should
create a little video and I put it I put
it you know I watch it on my computer in
the morning it's a pretty short video
five minutes long or so but it's also
got some inspiring music and quotes and
things that I can feed my mind with and
just by seeing that every day and
imagining myself and focusing on that it
helps to bring me closer towards actual
izing that vision in my life and turning
that into a reality so that's another
thing that I do in the morning and again
s here in the book vision board you can
you can make a vision board yourself as
well and I'll share one more that's one
of my favorites I'm not doing this right
now but I've got challenges of this in
my life is is making a daily
contribution okay daily contribution as
a part of my morning ritual so you guys
also know the importance that I share
around being a giver adding value in
every aspect of your life your business
or relationship that's just a core
fundamental of I think happiness and
life mastery is being a giver in life
and so one thing that I've done as part
of my ritual for
30-day challenge is I make it a goal at
every single morning before I start my
work before I do anything else is I have
to make it make a contribution to
someone else's life so in some cases how
that would manifest is I would literally
go down go down to the streets walk
around the street and find a homeless
person and give them a dollar give them
a dollar and while I'm walking around
I'll do my gratitude I'll do a lot of my
other rituals that I'll do in other
cases we'll be sending a note or a
message or a text message of
appreciation to someone in my life a
family member a friend or it could be a
voice message as well an email but
showing appreciation sending love and
contributing to someone in my life it
takes you about one minute to do but
it's amazing the impact that it has in
yourself but also in other people's
lives as well so you can give money you
can give your energy you can give your
love
sometimes I've done that online right so
I've gone and every single day you know
I'd find YouTube videos for example
people on YouTube that have no views
like I just do a search and I see
someone that's trying to build our
YouTube channel and they're trying to
build it up but they don't get any views
no subscribers and I go and I leave a
comment and I like their video and it's
a great job keep it up and I try to
support them in some way but that's an
active contribution that I trained in my
life to be a giver to be in that
abundance mentality not just to be
always focused on myself every day that
sometimes you can get caught up with
with your goals and your vision and it's
all about you so I wanted to build the
habit in my life of being a giver and
contributing and being abundant and not
the scarcity mentality and so I'd find
the people on Instagram on YouTube their
blogs and I just leave a positive
message to them because I know for
myself as a youtuber and a content
creator it can mean a lot you know and
especially when you're first getting
started and you're creating content
you're trying to do your best and you
feel like no one's watching you or
paying attention and there's a lot of
negativity out there online too and so
you can be a force for good it can be
that light in someone else's life and
and just those little things of
spreading love and positivity and other
people's lives in the morning that can
really mean a lot for someone else
and and make a difference and that's
something that I've also done as well so
those are three of rituals that I've
done and there's a lot more in here for
the book guys but get the book check it
out
on Amazon again the link is below and I
appreciate your guys's support if you
guys do get the book and do enjoy it I'd

great way to get entries for a chance
the wind is through the book as well and
yeah so let's dive into some questions
you guys have and again just the links
are below so you guys can poke around
there a bit okay so if you have any
questions feel free to post them here in
the chat happy to support you guys like
I said one thing also mentioned too
sometimes you know when you do these
live streams you get you know some some
little crazy people out there you know I
don't think anyone's crazy to be honest
I love and support everybody and we're
all different in our own unique and
beautiful ways but there are some people
that might be a little bit negative bad
apples and if that's you just know that
you're just gonna get removed so let's
try to keep it respectful let's try to
keep it polite let's try to keep it
positive let's try to make sure that you
know we're respectful from everybody
here and considerate of everybody here
and you know if you're gonna be a
negative or bad apple just leave go
somewhere else this is not the place for
that
okay so someone who says hi Stefan does
meditation play a crucial role and your
ability to focus great question
yes it does especially as someone who is
an entrepreneur especially as someone
that has a pretty complex and vast paced
and kind of crazy lifestyle my lifestyle
is a little bit different than most
people it's very different than what it
used to be five or ten years ago I have
a lifestyle where you know especially as
an entrepreneur I have so many ideas so
many thoughts so many opportunities so
many things that are competing for my
attention the world of social media that
we live in today where there's just so
many messages and other things that are
going on there's there's a lot you know
and I believe that meditation is the
antidote to that I don't know how
someone can survive today without
meditation to be honest because the
world is just so much more hectic today
than ever before and a lot of people
they're getting like ADHD you know they
have attention deficit disorder and they
can't focus and it's more concerning for
kids today
kids that are growing up with technology
because you kind of get to a point where
you just can't be comfortable with
yourself and in silence and calm your
mind thinking social media the internet
all these things are addictions most
often thinking can be an addiction and
often is a way of distraction and escape
because people are uncomfortable just
being alone and doing nothing and I
think that's why meditation is even more
important because if you're always
looking for something to distract
yourself with whether it's food
technology social media alcohol
pornography shopping gossiping there's a
million things that people use to
distract themselves then it's kind of
like a band-aid they're putting over or
something and you're not dealing with
something internal within yourself and
meditation and calming the mind allows
you to to experience the present moment
rather than mind oftentimes is in the
past or in the future it's not most
often in the present so being in the
present moment is what meditation allows
you to do it allows you to decondition
all of the negative effects from social
media technology and all these things
they have on our lives it allows you to
strengthen the prefrontal cortex it
allows you to get more pleasure out of
life's experiences because these days
when you're on technology for example on
Instagram or YouTube there's constant
dopamine hits that are happening and
it's kind of wearing out your dopamine
receptors and so you don't get the same
pleasure out of things out of you know
that you should get pleasure out of I
think it actually causes a lot of
depression and anxiety to be honest and
a lot of people because we're our brains
are overly stimulated so for me what
I've found through meditation and
calming the mind it allows me to get
more happy - some joy out of little
things in life getting happiness and joy
out of a sunset out of a smile out of a
conversation you know it just allows me
to connect with things more in my life
versus the the social media life in the
world
today is just over stimulating our
brains and I found myself at a point
where I just always you know at any
moment that I was bored I'd take up my
phone you know there wasn't enough to
have my phone out I'd be scrolling
through something and have YouTube
playing on the background and I'd you
know have like multiple things going on
is overloading my brain because it
wasn't enough just to be in there
silence and it wasn't enough just to sit
there and read or sit there and just
like look out of you and enjoy like
these little things in life that you
know I think that meditation is so
valuable guys so I'm not a master of
meditation but I do it at almost every
day one of my goals this year is a
30-day meditation challenge I didn't
want last year and I loved it I think
it's just so important I'm also a fan of
Buddhism I study all the different
religions out there and try to
appreciate different aspects of every
single one but I like some of the
Buddhist philosophies on meditation and
non-attachment and non judgment and
observing your thoughts there's a lot of
great principles there from Buddhism
that I find valuable okay great question
okay so someone says hi Steph and I
think I have ADHD what can I do to fix
it meditation is one thing the other
thing I look into is biofeedback or
neurofeedback so what this is is you're
gonna have to go to a clinic usually a
psychologist and what they'll do is
they'll attach a brain map they'll do a
brain map around your head and they
attach these different electrodes to
your to your brain and they're able to
identify where your brain is overactive
okay if your brain is more overactive at
the bag at the front different brain
waves that you most commonly access and
what they do is they work with you
through neurofeedback to be able to calm
the mind and have less of that active
busy mind ADHD going on
i I've done neurofeedback sessions in
Vancouver dr. Swingle as Swingle clinic
in Vancouver's where I went there is a
waiting list that can take a few months
to get in but they probably have that
where you live
just google and look up neurofeedback or
biofeedback but they work with you to
help to read Riya Riya Lyon I guess
these different brain waves and how your
brain is functioning and I was more
going to it just optimize my brain
function my cognitive function because I
don't wait for something is wrong with
me to improve it I'm always looking to
improve and be proactive and a lot of
kids go to this that I remember going
into clinics a lot of kids that have
ADHD they go and their parents bring
them in because the kids these days are
overly active in some cases because I
mean if you think about it for kids and
just even as adults as well think about
how fast-paced the internet is okay
how fast-paced it is on your phone on
your iPad on the computer there's so
much you got multiple tabs multiple
videos multiple banners the images and
graphics and then imagine you're living
in this fast paced world but then you
gotta go and sit there in a classroom in
the slow paced environment when your
brain has been conditioned now to be
overly active how can you expect a kid
to focus in a classroom setting with the
teacher with one teacher to be able to
engage with all these kids that are
suffering from ADHD oftentimes because
of this lifestyle and because of
technology and even some factors of food
and sugar and all you know there's a
variety of other things too that I think
contribute to it and so it is crazy it's
crazy guys but neurofeedback or
biofeedback that's worth looking into
how can I do 67 things everyday in the
morning the number gives me anxiety so
as I said you are not supposed to do all
67 of them this book guys is a menu ok
shows you 67 habits and then you pick
from the menu right you pick like if you
go to a restaurant and there's a menu of
67 meals you're not going to eat all 67
of those meals you might take an
appetizer
might pick the main-course a might pick
a drink you might pick a dessert right
and that's your meal and it's the same
thing guys for your morning you don't do
all 67 of them you pick 3 4 5 10 of them
right and you add them to your morning
and you do them for a while I think you
can always switch it up to so you don't
do all of them in a single day okay
so someone says I want I've never read a
book but I want to start reading books
what can I do so that I can be motivated
well I would say pick books that
interests you certain topics that you'll
be engaged by and make sure that it's a
good quality book one from someone that
you enjoy their content or that you know
you resonate with who they are their
message I know I've read books that I
just didn't really resonate with me you
know I just kind of got bored throughout
I try to force myself through the book
and it created a negative experience of
reading and when you have that negative
experience from reading which I think a
lot of us do when your kids and your
teachers and your parents make you read
books that you don't want to read you
don't care about you have no motivation
for you link pain to reading and then
therefore you're not going to continue
reading so pick topics and books and
authors of books that you want to read
areas of your life that you're excited
to learn more about and be curious have
an open mind a curiosity for me it is
one of my favorite qualities in myself
and in others if you're always curious
then there's you're never bored there's
no shortage of learning and things that
you can discover and try and experiment
with in your life so I'm always very
curious I always ask myself any
questions about things and try to
embrace and find the answers for them
but also I'd say when it comes to books
you know just start small you know pick
one book build the habit of reading
maybe 10 pages a day or even if there's
one page a day if you just read ten
pages every day and you did that for 30
days that's 300 pages in a month that's
three that's essentially one book a
month if you did that
a whole year that's twelve books a year
that you can read so just pick a number
of pages and break it down in that way
so it's easy and bite-sized chunks so
that you can easily get through a book
excuse me okay so another question let's
dive into is do you have any tips when
doing the learning phase of the day of
the knowing doing living method your
note-taking weighs order notes as you
learn things learn that structure that
you follow okay so I think what you're
asking is any tips or device just on
learning things so I'm always feeding my
mind every day
okay I'm feeding with positivity of
beating it with valuable information
knowledge other people's experiences and
by the way that's one of the beautiful
things about books or videos is that
you're compressing time they're learning
from other people's experiences rather
than your own you don't often want to
learn from your own experience you will
learn from your own experience but
that's not the most ideal way you want
to learn and leverage other people's
successes and failures and that's why we
read books because you know I think one
of the coolest places to go to is the
library which is one of the most
underrated places that exists because
you get access to all of this
information that other people have
created and provided for us that we can
benefit from you can read in a book a
whole you know someone's secrets to life
or what they've learned over a whole
lifetime and you can go through that
read that in a matter of days weeks or
months that's a pretty amazing thing
that's about leverage leveraging other
people as much as possible but I feed my
mind but I've learned that the state
that I'm in is very important when I'm
learning so what creates memories for us
is emotion being attached to information
so the state that you're in when you're
learning is going to get attached to the
information and can form a long term
memory so for me I actually prove I
avoid learning what I'm tired because
when you're tired is actually one of the
your brain doesn't retain the
information so usually if I'm reading
the evening time it's not a nonfiction
book as maybe it's maybe more biography
or something that I don't really need to
memorize as much or I don't want to
integrate as much but in the morning
I like to feed my mind because I have a
more alert a more awake and I'm in a
better state because part of my ritual
is I elicit these powerful emotional
states of happiness and gratitude and
confidence and certainty and passion in
my life and then those emotions get
linked to what I'm learning okay they
get associated to it so that's been a
big piece for me I also capture the
information I take notes I think about
how I can apply it to my life so I'm not
just in the knowing stage but I can
apply it some in the doing stage and I
know that by consistently applying it
I'll integrate it to myself my life
it'll become part of who I am so there's
a variety of a number of other things
that I do
I've been if I've been very fascinating
and really studying memory memory
learning strategies I have a whole
training actually on this inside my life
mastery accelerator program not sure if
any of you guys are a member of that but
life mastery accelerator comm it's by my
best quality most in-depth training on
the best of the best of what I've
learned when it comes to life mastery
and there's a training in there that's
all about learning and memory and how to
optimize it because there's no point
kind of putting in more information if
you're not keeping it there you know and
I noticed that for a lot of people
including myself I was like reading all
these great books going to seminars I
was investing a lot to myself but I
didn't have strategies to retain that
information and actually integrate with
my life and so I felt in some ways is
kind of wasting my time you know it's
kind of a waste if you don't actually
get anything from it so making sure you
can memorize and learn it the right way
is important
and I take notes on Evernote so usually
Evernote I take it on my my phone or my
computer but also I use a Kindle like I
said - so I do kind of highlight things
and take notes through that as well so
what is better to buy a course or a book
so every resource has different benefits
so I've shared this before that there's
a hierarchy that I believe like if you
imagine like a pyramid or a triangle
there's a hierarchy of information that
some are gonna get more benefit from the
notes so for me always at the bottom of
it is actually the free content that's
out there YouTube and podcasts and
articles and blogs it's more usually
most cases the information that you find
out there online is as more shallow
information it's not that in-depth and
it's not as concrete or applicable but
there's still tremendous value from it
the next level is buying books or
investing in audiobooks books there's a
lot more that goes into actually
creating a book it's a lot more in-depth
the the value that you get from it is
often a lot better from the free stuff
out there and then also just the active
you actually paying something for
information you value it more and the
more that you pay the more that you pay
attention the more that you actually
apply it and move on just from knowing
to doing and living right so there's a
value in paying for something as well
because they're more likely to apply it
I found that people that just get caught
up and I've been guilty of this is all
the free and being a freebie seeker
looking all the free stuff you're not
applying any of that because you don't
value it right and it oftentimes can
confuse you and create information
overload and analysis paralysis where
all this informations in your head you
don't know how to apply it so you've got
to be careful in too much learning of
done videos warning people of this many
times be careful of too much information
going in it's not the information you
need it's moving on from the knowing to
the doing to the living right going deep
rather than dabble committing yourself
to mastery from there
is the courses the training programs
courses and training programs or more a
complete step-by-step structure there's
