hey there my name is Chris winter and in
this video I'm gonna share with you
eight ways in which you can make passive
income online for this year hey by the
way if you're new to my channel I just
want to say a big welcome I make easy to
follow videos on things like starting
online businesses making money online
affiliate marketing personal finance and
more my goal on this channel is to help
you build multiple streams of passive
income which is something that I've been
fortunate enough to do myself so if

channel but anyway let's start talking
about some of these ways in which you
can make passive income this year
alright so the first way in which I
would recommend that you create passive
income this year is to create a YouTube
making a YouTube channel and you might
have even thought about it before but I
want to show you exactly how I make
passive income and I have over the last
five years with really old videos and
you're able to make thousands of dollars
a week just through YouTube so I
actually have two YouTube channels this
one here is the entrepreneur channel
which you're watching right now it's a
new one only maybe a year old and I've
also got this one here which is a
photography channel and this is really
where I've made a lot of passive income
over the last few years so as you can
see it's a relatively large channel now
but it doesn't get that many views you
know some of these videos here only
getting two thousand views you know
seven thousand views it might sound like
a lot but for four hundred thousand
subscribers it's not actually that much
but what I want to do is show you the
income streams that I've had from these
videos and the reason why I've been able
to make passive income from it which is
because I make videos that people are
watching from years ago that they're
still watching to today so let's take
for example this video here this is a
canon t6 tutorial just a beginner's
guide for people who have bought this
camera and want to know the complete
basics of it you know I filmed this one
one day if it took me about you know 10
minutes to make when I got the camera in
and I was like I'll just make a quick
tutorial and literally it was with one
camera angle I just had a camera over
the top I had the camera it's not even
in focus there and I just showed all of
the buttons and dials and things on this
camera for new people to watch so as you
can see this was made Wow
nearly nearly four years ago and it's
had 1.8 million views
so for just a basic tutorial that anyone
could have done if you know anything
about a DSLR
this is a way in which you could have
done it now 1.8 make 6 million views is
a good amount of you know views but I
made a lot of money from a few different
ways so let's take a look at the
analytics for this video and why you can
actually make passive income from
YouTube this one here it's saying it's
had 1.9 million views and you can see
these spikes here and I'm gonna tell you
exactly why I've had these spikes these
are around Christmas time so when you
know kids and you know husbands and
wives gave this camera to people or they
got it for Christmas I got these spikes
because people were like I got this
camera how do I use it and I kind of
knew people would do that so you can see
Christmas December in 2016 2017 2018 and
it's still the same amount of traffic
consistently coming in this is a really
old camera now as well but still it's
getting that consistent traffic so as
you can see the video I started out
really quite slowly it actually started
a little bit before this but it was only
getting 200 views a day if that but you
can see that it constantly grew and grew
and grew and this is an older video and
what I want to show you is that from
this video which I made it took me 10
minutes to make I actually made $6,400
from it so in Australian dollars it's
over ten thousand dollars and you can
see that again this is just passive
income coming in every single day
starting out it wasn't much passive
income it was only like a dollar a day
but you can see on this Christmas Day I
made twenty-two dollars and then it
slowly started to rise and every day
this one video which took me ten minutes
to make is been making me you know three
dollars a day it's been buying me coffee
every day and then it's going up and
it's now at five dollars a day and here
again we're still hitting five dollars a
day and again on these bigger peak days
this one here's a Black Friday we made
$40 off this one video and then we made
more probably around about $70 I can't
get on the dot there but you can see
that this video has consistently brought
in a lot of money which is really cool
and that to me is the definition of
passive ink
doing a lot of work at the start even
though this wasn't a lot of work it was
like 10 minutes of recording a video and
then getting this passive income every
day now I didn't just make money from
this and this is the second way in which
I want you to do passive income this
year now if you want more videos by the

because I'm gonna be teaching all about
passive income but the second way in
which I've done passive income is
through affiliates now Amazon have an
affiliate program called the Amazon
Associates Program and this is
essentially a way in which you can make
money through referring products so that
can NT 6 video I put a link in the
description box below right under the
video and if anyone clicked that link
and then bought the camera within 24
hours I'd get a 4 percent commission on
that so let's say that that camera is
you know $600 a 4 percent commission on
that is gonna be around about let's just
think that it would be roughly $30 for
everyone buying that camera so all I
needed to do was get people to watch
that video and then make money through
them buying it and a lot of people did
so this is from last year alone with the
Amazon Associates program you can see
that I made nearly 90,000 dollars from
the Amazon Associates program alone
selling a whole lot of cameras and
camera gear so again I'm not actually
keeping any of this stock it's just from
my videos like that tutorial like those
reviews that I make and if you look here
on the earnings tab I can show you this
I'll show you just how many cameras that
I've been able to refer and that you can
do as well if you do this with affiliate
marketing so you can see let's have a
look we've got a canon t6 the one that I
made in that video I ended up refering
to Amazon 97 of them to be sold just
last year and from that I made over one
thousand three hundred dollars in that
video alone I also did the Canon so2 and
I made a tutorial on that I made over
two thousand dollars with that and I
sold 91 of them and for example a lens a
Canon 50 millimeter lens I was able to
make her a review on that and a tutorial
I sold over two hundred and seventy nine
through Amazon and you know brought in
thirty four thousand dollars for Amazon
and I pocketed
$1,300 this video here this canon 50
millimeter one I made in 2015 this 24
millimeter one I made in 2015 that t6
one we saw was made in 2016 this so2 was
made in 2017 but this Nikon d 3400 we
sold 54 of those cameras through Amazon
that made 850 dollars that was made
again in 2015 or 16 so you can see that
you can make a whole lot of money over
ten or nearly ten thousand dollars a
month just through affiliate marketing
so that's another way in which you can
do passive income because all of these
videos will made a whole long time ago
there are about 10 minutes each to make
and they consistently brought in you
know if I look at even this month we can
take a quick look at how much I was
making I'm currently making on Amazon
through passive income you know it's
$200 a day yeah 200 847 that day this
day here is 318 it's a really good way
of making some passive income now
another way in which you can make
passive income and I do myself is
through print-on-demand
now what is print-on-demand well it's
essentially where you create a logo or a
design for a t-shirt a cap a mug or
something like this and then you let
someone else do all of the other work
which and then they will print it send
it off package it and do all of the work
so the best option to do this is through
printful and printful is essentially an
app for Shopify which is a way in which
you can sell these things so printful
are great and like II like I said before
you can do pretty much everything so you
can have embroidered hats you can have
t-shirts you can have fanny packs phone
cases tote bags this is just a few of
their kind of things that they do you
can even do like canvases and swimwear
that there is absolutely so much that
you can do and the great thing with
printful is they do all of the work so
you don't have to have a printing
machine you don't have to have a large
small medium t-shirt in pink they have
that all you don't have to do any of it
all you have to do is have your little
logo design like this which you can get
someone to do on fire
calm and they will be the ones who
created it for you and then you upload
it and then whenever you get an order
print printful will print it for you
package it up send it off give them the
tracking details and you just get the
profit so for example for a t-shirt for
example a t-shirt is gonna cost you
around about $8 or the doing maintenance
on their website of course a t-shirt is
gonna cost around about eight dollars on
printful and if you sell your t-shirt
for $30 for example you're going to make
a $22 profit so I'll just show you I set
up this website if you use or last year
essentially just to test this out so I
could show you every one this is called
entrepreneur t-shirts Co if you want to
get one of these t-shirts totally cool I
created this website in Shopify it took
me like half a day and then I just came
up with these different designs to sell
with printful so let's take a look at
one of these so this is a hustle t-shirt
this here is actually not me I didn't I
didn't take this photo but that's my
logo on them and then I got this awesome
kind of mock-up taken with these photos
and you can see it looks really legit
and then if someone was to buy this they
could choose it in black or they can
choose it in white they can choose it in
medium they'll add it to their cart and
then if they end up buying this what's
going to happen is printful will get
that order and then they will
immediately start printing it and then
send it off to them without ever knowing
that I just created this website so I
even have a an email from it so you can
see this is from printful this is what
you're gonna be getting they send you
this kind of thing it's been
successfully submitted the details it's
only going to cost me seven dollars 95
to make this t-shirt but I know that I
ordered that I got paid you know thirty
dollars for these t-shirts and then if
you go back you can see what happens
when this gets sent out
so with printful they're like your
orders been sent out they give you the
tracking details who it's been sent with
when it's estimated to be delivered it
picked it for me they've printed it pack
it packaged it and shipped it it's
amazing this is the total idea of
passive income you set up that website
and then every day I get one of these
orders coming from coming in I get a
PayPal payment and it's as simple as
that and I've never actually even you
know had to send out anything or do
anything so it's print-on-demand is
awesome if you want me to make more

description box below another great way
of making money in a passive way is to
sell online courses and this one here is
a huge way in which you can make money
through passive income because it's
essentially you set up a video course
which you could make it doesn't have to
be a video course it could be a written
course what I recommend is doing a video
course and then what you do is you
launch that course it's all pre done and
made and then when everyone comes and
buys that course you just get you know
fifty dollars in your bank account you
get a hundred dollars in bank account
five hundred dollars in your bank
account a thousand dollars in your bank
account and every day someone comes in
all they're doing is watching your old
video and you're making passive income
teachable is probably who I would
recommend doing this through that the
number one online course creating
company they have free trials so it's
super easy just put your email address
in here to get started but they're
absolutely fantastic they've got a
hundred and eighty six thousand courses
and some of these people are making so
much money through this through these
old courses that they've created I know
some people who are making over a
hundred thousand dollars a month through
teachable and I'm sure that there are
probably people making over a million
dollars a month through teachable as
well so I wanted to share with you a few
of these different courses some examples
so you can kind of get an idea of how
this would work so this one here is
Jessica sprog what she does is teach
people how to create you know Photoshop
courses for example so she's teaching
this course here for $29 it's a digital
project life course 2019 edition this
one here is teaching people how to do a
digital art journal $49 and she's got so
many different courses a digital
scrapbooking class so imagine this
imagine if she's selling a course for 50
and she gets a hundred people in it so
essentially she's just made you know
$5,000 with that but what if she's got
ten different courses well then if she's
going to be doing that she could be
making you know $50,000 every month
which is absolutely amazing and all you
have to do is do that work upfront with
the camera you can use just a phone or a
screen recording software a free screen
recording software like I'm using right
now and you can do that another one is
this one this is a really nice design
with teachable this is called rocket
with watercolor so essentially this is
teaching you how to do watercolor
paintings and drawings and things like
this and I know that this girl here is
making a whole lot of money with her
courses let's take a look at what she's
got this is the course here and you can
see she's got these videos here it's
just an eight minute video
a six minute video three minute video so
these are really short videos that she
would have done once and then to enroll
in this one it's two hundred and forty
seven dollars so all you need is to get
five people to enroll in this one and
you've made a thousand dollars or
actually even more you've made $1,250
but imagine if you've end up getting a
hundred people to enroll you can really
make a lot of money now one more guy who
I know is making a killing and we're
talking millions of dollars a year here
is keno buddy
Sookie nobody guy called Greg o
Gallagher is a youtuber a Fitness
youtuber and he has these courses here
which are just selling so much so he's
got a great guide program he's got a
worry shredding program an aggressive
fat loss program and these are all 86
dollars each now I know that probably
ten thousand people have taken each of
these courses probably even more I think
he said he had something like sixty
thousand people who have taken these
courses and he's got a whole lot of
upsells as well so those old videos
which he filmed maybe three or four
years ago if he's selling 86 and let's
say let's just be a very conservative
estimate of 10,000 people he's made
eight hundred and sixty thousand dollars
from each of these courses
I know it's actually going to be a lot
more than ten thousand people but these
are just basic video courses which he
made years ago that people still come to
get
now we're just going to quickly touch on
this one if you have a house that you
are going away on holiday or if you've
got a spare house or something not that
many people have a spare house but a
spare room for example you can
definitely rent out a room with Airbnb
now I know so many people who do this
they just have you know they have a
three-bedroom house and it's just
sitting there you know as in spare room
or an office if you make that room
relatively nice you know put a nice bed
in there maybe put up a few pictures you
can rent out that room for $50 a night
all the way up to like $200 a night if
you're in a really good location Airbnb
is a fantastic way to do it what I would
recommend is doing Airbnb on the part
time because if you want to do it
full-time you either need to rent out
your whole house and you really need to
make sure you know what you're doing but
if you just want to quickly you know
make an extra fifty bucks a night
through one of your rooms up on Airbnb
you can make money doing that the next
one is to create an e-book and sell this
so an e-book is similar to how we're
going to do that selling that online
course you spend you know an hour riding
up this ebook or a day writing up for
this ebook and then you can get
something like this which converts your
word document into a beautiful ebook so
this one here is called designer I'm not
paid by them or anything but I saw this
and I got these ads for this recently
essentially what it's going to do is you
just write your your your word document
and they will automatically turn it into
an e-book which you can sell so ebooks
can sell for like $19 $29 and you end up
selling thousands of them
every day you can get like a $19 payment
coming into your thing you know $29
payment all you need to do is write
something that you're passionate about
you know something that people might
want to know so I could write an e-book
about the best ways to make passive
income sell it to you for $19 and every
day I get a PayPal payment coming in for
$19 and as you can see this is super
easy even if you don't know how to
design things this will design it for
you so I'll put a link in the
description if you want to check out
designer but like I said I'm not being
paid by this or anything but it's a
really good way if you
have any design skills to create an
e-book I just wanted to quickly show you
again this is a way in which this go
here made ten thousand dollars in one
week from her eBook I'll put a link to
this one in the description box below if
you want to read about it but yeah this
is a definitely a way in which you can
make a decent amount of money and
another way in which you can make money
is through your selling your own
merchandise now we talked about making
doing print on demand but this is going
to be a little bit different this is
going to be selling merchandise for your
own kind of brand rather than creating
it for you know a different kind of
print on demand way so if you have a
idea for you know a logo that you've got
or something like that you can sell it
through a a website called teespring or
you could also do it through spread shop
like Spreadshirt do it and these are
super easy ways in which you can make a
decent amount of cash again it all of it
is done through them so you just come up
with the design so you would come up
with you know this nope thing or animals
are not ingredients I mean anyone could
design that even there in just using
something like canva you just upload
this this girl here Lucy Watson has done
this and the way that it would be
working is that she's selling this for
22 euros let's say that it's gonna cost
her about 7 euros or 8 euros to get this
done all she's done is upload this very
very basic thing logo here and she will
be able to be making you know roughly 15
euros every single time someone orders
this and she doesn't have to do anything
at all and as you can see Lucy Watson
whoever she is has done a ton of these
different designs just coming out with
basic things that you know you could you
could do this in Photoshop around canva
in about two minutes upload that never
even have to have any of these t-shirts
or hoodies or anything
she's like they've literally just got
this feminist shirt here which is just
text which you can actually just do in
the create at logo credit that they have
on here and then you just get profit
from it every single time now make sure
