video I'm going to share with you my top
5 side hustles that you can do pretty
have a whole lot of experience now if
you don't know what a side hustle is
essentially it's a thing you can do on
the side even if you have a full time
job now these might make you fifty
dollars a month might make you five
hundred dollars a month they might even
be able to make you ten thousand to
twenty thousand dollars a month once you
build them up and they're definitely
things that I've been able to do as
having a full time job and then having
these on the side and they actually
ended up turning out to be even bigger
so these are all pretty easy to do
there's lots of tutorials online and
even if you check my channel I'll be
able to give you lots of tips on how to
do these otherwise if you haven't done

alright so coming in at number five is
to become a virtual assistant on
something like upwork.com now if you
haven't heard of upwork.com it's
essentially a website where you can go
and find people who need some jobs done
online so I actually have a few virtual
assistants myself a lot of them are
based in America Australia the
Philippines they speak really good
English over there and essentially what
they will be able to do is help you with
the day-to-day tasks so this is
something that you can do especially if
you're like a stay-at-home mum or
something like that or if you've got a
few hours after your day job so you
might help people with their emails you
might help people with their calendars
you might help people you know maybe
update their social media and things
like that and if you can use a computer
if you can use a phone pretty much
you're going to be totally equipped to
be a ba now the great thing about being
a virgin ba which is a virtual assistant
sorry I didn't say that before is that
you don't need to actually be at an
office in order to do this so you might
you know be at home and you know you've
got kids in the background running
around it doesn't really bother people
as long as you get the work done and you
can get paid hourly doing this you know
some VA is charged ten twenty thirty
dollars an hour to do all those work and
if you're an executive virtual assistant
you can definitely get paid up
fifty dollars an hour no problems with
that and all you really need is a
computer phone and just to be on task or
on time and good at finishing tasks as
well so check out upwork.com it's the
biggest way biggest place in which you
can do it and if you've got any other
skills like if you're able to write or
if you're able to do social media really
well that is definitely a way in which
you can make a fair bit more money being
a virtual assistant so coming in at
number four is to make a YouTube channel
and this is definitely one that I would
recommend anyone doing even if you don't
exactly know how to start one because if
you can do a YouTube channel you can
build a community and from that
community you can make so much more
money doing other things now if you've
been on my channel for a while you
realize that this is definitely
something that I've been doing I've been
doing YouTube for five years I actually
have two channels one is about business
it's one that you're watching and once
also about photography and that
photography channel has made me close to
twenty thousand dollars a month in
passive income for a really long time
the reason is it's not just from the ads
that you get from Google well they're
pretty good you know you can make a few
thousand dollars a month just from
people watching your videos but if you
have a really dedicated community and
mine is of camera fans and photography
fans you can also sell things like
courses digital products merchandise
like t-shirts and hoodies and mugs and
things like that and then you can also
sell lots of other digital products as
well and it's a great way to make
multiple streams of passive income now
what would you make it on well it really
depends on you you know you might be
interested in basketball you could make
basketball tips you might be interested
in arts and crafts and you can make
tutorials on how to make those arts and
crafts you might be interested in
business like I am so I make videos
about how to make money online and
that's just something you can do now a
lot of people might think that YouTube
is a bit of a crowded space you know
it's a little bit saturated I totally
disagree with that it means more people
are coming to YouTube and more eyeballs
that are possibly gonna be on your
channel so definitely give a youtube
channel a go you can do this with five
or ten minutes in a day that's all you
need to record a video if you make you
know one video a week it's a good start
now another great one to make a lot of
money and you can use your YouTube
channel that you just set up through
this is a
Marketing and the best way to probably
get into this is with something like
Amazon Associates which is Amazon coms
affiliate program and essentially the
way that affiliate marketing works is
that if you have your YouTube channel or
you have a blog or you have some friends
on an email list essentially what you
can do is you could review a iPad or
something like this make a review on it
or talk about it and if you put a link
in the description just under this video
and they go to Amazon and buy this
you're going to get a commission of that
so you're going to be getting a
percentage of what it costs so a good
example is with my youtube channel my
photography one cameras cost around
about $1,000 for a DSLR all the way up
to about $5,000 sorry and I make 4%
Commission on that so if someone watches
my review about you know a Canon DSLR
they click on my link and then within 24
hours they buy anything from Amazon I
make four percent Commission's so for a
thousand dollars that would be 40
dollars for a $2,000 $80.00 $3,000
camera it would be 120 dollars so you
can imagine if you had 10 people buying
those cameras every day because I have
you know 100 camera reviews you can make
thousands of dollars a day through
Amazon Associates it's a great way to do
it the commission rates vary depending
on what niche you are in so electronics
is about 4% for musical instruments for
example its 7% HomeGoods it can be up to
8% so it can be a really good way to
make a little bit of extra money and the
great thing with this side hustle is
that it's passive income so you make
your review you know I've made a reviews
four or five years ago and I still get
paid out every day with people buying
that product so another one that you
could possibly do is to sell your
photography now you're probably saying
well Chris I don't really know how to do
photography work very well well it
doesn't really matter because you can
always make money through a few
different ways with your photography all
you need to do is know how to you know
take a good photo do some good lighting
and there are plenty of tutorials on
YouTube on how you can do this as well
you can sell your photos on stock photo
websites like iStockphoto so essentially
you could take a photo of say a you know
a famous monument or something like that
and people will need to buy that photo
so they might pay $4 for that photo and
that might not sound like a lot of money
but if you get
thousand people over a year buying that
photo because they want to have that
photo for their website or for a video
or something like that you've made four
thousand dollars and if you end up
having 100 photos in your stock photo
website or a thousand you can see that
it actually makes a fair bit more you
can also take photos of a lot of people
like getting photos taken of their
babies or pets of families and if you
get a even pick up a cheap DSLR like a
canon t6 or something like that it's
only going to cost you about $300 you
can easily charge a hundred and fifty
dollars up to five hundred dollars for a
family shoot just need to know the
basics and people are always going to be
happy to do that and that's something
you can do on the weekends even at night
time as well so coming in at number one
as a side hustle is to start a
print-on-demand business and what is
print-on-demand well it's essentially a
way in which you will have a website and
you can sell your own t-shirts hoodies
mugs cups all of that kind of stuff and
someone else does all the work for you
it sounds pretty good right oh it is
pretty sweet
so essentially you can go to a website
like Shopify and then use an app like
printful and printful what they will do
is you'll upload your logo or a logo of
something that you know people might
want to buy and then they will do the
sourcing of the t-shirt blanks they will
print the t-shirt
they'll package it and they'll also post
it for you and essentially after that's
all done all you do is get the profit
which is pretty great so let's say you
sell a t-shirt for $25 with printful
it's going to cost you around about
eight dollars to have that t-shirt
printed and sent off so that's going to
be a profit of around about seventeen
dollars which just goes straight into
your PayPal account or into your stripe
account so it's really quite easy and
it's definitely something that you can
do now how do you get a logo done you
might not know how to do illustration or
whatever you can go to something like
fiber comm and get someone to make a
logo for you for five or ten dollars and
they are you know that's their full-time
job so you can pretty much get it a logo
done for ten dollars set up the printful
app on Shopify and then just promote it
to your friends and family or even on
your YouTube channel that you might be
making as well and then you're good to
go

have you been using Shopify for oh I've
been using Shopify for probably five or
six years now back in the day I used to
use WordPress a lot and I still like
WordPress but I find that these days you
know you're getting a lot more kind of
NCS setups with things like Shopify and
it's just all-in-one and really easy to
use pretty much you can just set it and
forget it and if even if you don't know
a lot about coding in that Shopify it
really does work well what I also like
about it is kind of just the uptime of
Shopify you don't really have to worry
about you know your store being down you
don't really have to worry about payment
processors if they're going to be dodgy
or not if it's not going to work
generally with Shopify because it is
such a big platform now and you pay a
little bit for it but it does work
really well so yeah it's been five or
six years since I used it and actually
when I originally is chop a fight it
wasn't as good as it was
as it is now but I'm really happy with
how it's worked and I still think it's
the number one ecommerce platform for
sure how do you make money online I'm
guessing that's a question directed at
me how do I make money online I think
I've made a few videos about this but
generally a lot of these do come out
through my main channel which is my
photography channel so on there I'm
going to be making money through Adsense
which is YouTube ads through affiliate
marketing so mainly Amazon and and then
sponsorships so with you know brand
deals which I do you through companies
like Squarespace or Skillshare or
videoblocks
and then you can also do I also make
money through courses and and digital
downloads would sure like presets and
things like that and then on this
channel I've also you know got another
Adsense account which makes money
through this entrepreneur channel and
then I do affiliates as well for things
like Shopify so there's like lots of
different kind of sources of income
coming in and but the main thing is that
it all starts with kind of this YouTube
there's personal brand which is kind of
Chris winter on this channel it's kind
of the money mentor and yeah it's kind
of branches out through there but
there's I mean any kind of way of making
money I think you can pretty much do it
as long as you've got that kind of hub
which kind of drives the traffic to it
