going to share with you the benefits of
CLA also known as conjugated linoleic
acid now CLA is a fat loss supplement
that a lot of bodybuilders fitness
fat they typically take it because it
works by taking CLA every day it's gonna
help your body increase its metabolism
which means gonna burn a lot more
calories throughout the day it's been a
lot of studies a lot of research that

from my own personal experience I've

you're eating a lot more food a lot more
calories and one of the risks of that is
your body could end up storing body fat
well by taking CLA every day it's going
to help your body prevent body fat store
in the same way for example if you're
eating cheat meals or cheat days or you
have accidental cheat days then by
taking CLA it can help you again prevent
body fat storage so I it's a product a
