here with another video and today I want
to cover whether or not computer glasses
money on so for as long as I can
remember I've always had issues staring
at a computer screen
for too long and you may be in the same
boat as me where you'd say a computer
screen and you start to get headaches
you get eye strain might have trouble
sleeping at night and a lot of this has
to do with the blue light that your
computer screen or phone is emitting so
blue light can pose some very serious
consequences on your eyes especially
over long periods of time and before I
bought computer glasses I read a bunch
of news articles from scientific studies
and I realized how harmful computer
screens can really be to your eyes
especially over long periods of time I
feel bad for the older people who've
been standing on computers all their
lives who are you know maybe like in
their 40s or 50s and they've just been
looking at computer screens especially
those really old ones but either way
it's not good to look at computer
screens for that long time with all that
blue light on your eyes very bad so I
went ahead and I bought this pair of
computer glasses and I bought these on
amazon.com

description below they were only they
were $11.49 and I bought these about a
month ago and I'm not sure if you can
see them perfectly but overall they're
they definitely get the job done and
these these aren't magnified this
specific one is not magnified but you
can get them from this exact company
from zero to four point no magnification
so that's pretty neat but they obviously
don't look super cool I don't know what
looks cool but uh you know they get the
job done and that's all that matters to
me and they are very well built as well
so I really just have no complaints
about this it helped my eye so much as
soon as I put them on I could just feel
my eyes we're more relaxed if that makes
any sense to you but there's definitely
just wait way less strain on your eyes
when you
and I've been wearing them for months
now and I've definitely seen the results
