okay in this video I'm gonna share with
you how I make money through affiliate
marketing so right now I'm on my blog
and like I mentioned my blog is one of
the core foundations to my online
business because on my blog I can make
money being an affiliate by promoting
other things out there other products
other services and I can make a
commission for every sale that I refer
and so for example right now I'm on my
blog and there's a Vitamix review that I
did Vitamix is a high-powered blender a
really amazing blender of love it I use
it every single day in my own personal
life something that I'm passionate about
and so this is a blender that I bought
do a review on this blender and actually
be an affiliate for it and get a
commission for every time I refer a
blender to someone and someone goes
ahead and buys it I think that makes
sense you know I'm sharing something
that's made a difference in my life and
I'm excited about so why not get a
commission by promoting it and Vitamix
will reward me for every sale that I
send them and so you can see here I have
a blog post on it it's called Vitamix
review the Vitamix total Nutrition
Center I did a video blog on it as well
so it's a video of me using the blender
and just kind of making a recipe talking
about the benefits of it and everything
and then if you see here I have a link
that says click here to buy a Vitamix
online and receive free shipping so
basically if somebody watches this video
or goes to this blog post and there's a
few ways they can find this blog post in
this video which I'll share with you
such as the search engines YouTube and
everything but if they go ahead and they
click this link and they use this coupon
code or they just buy one of these
blenders here they click on here and
they buy it then I'm going to get a
commission for every sale that I refer
to them so for example they have
blenders that are seven hundred eight
hundred dollars
six hundred dollars $500 blenders so
they're fairly expensive blenders but
they're top-of-the-line they use it at
Starbucks all the top smoothie and
juicing places and everything so if you
go ahead and you click that link and you
buy this then I get a commission so just
from this blog post here and I'll show
you some other websites that I have set
up for this as well
I'm making a couple hundred dollars a
month just from this and people go here
they're going to read about it all the
benefits that I have here and I have
some other links throughout this blog
post as well and so it's a great quality
review that I did of this product and
one of some of the ways that people find
this blog post or a few ways one is
people go here to Google and if they
type in the keyword Vitamix review
they're going to see here's a bunch of
websites that have reviews of Vitamix
well I have I think here on the second
page my video shows up right here so
basically someone can go ahead click on
this link check out my video watch it
and then I have a link here right in the
description this is by Vitamix at the
cheapest price and there's a link that
links through to the Vitamix website and
it's an affiliate link so the Vitamix
their affiliate program they give you a
unique link that you can use in your
promotions and basically um if anyone
buys through that link you get credit
for it and that link remains valid for
30 days so even if the person doesn't
buy today and they click through in the
lake if they go ahead a week later and
they go ahead and buy it you still get a
credit for that commission which is
really cool so you know this video is
got 11,000 views 106 likes it's got a
lot of great comments and everything I
respond to people's comments about it
but this video basically makes me money
because people enjoy it and they're
interested in Vitamix already because
they're already looking for reviews on
it and they're going to go ahead and buy
it and then I think somewhere here I
think on the third page my blog post
shows up let's see where was it on the
fourth page yeah so right here on the
fourth page that blog post I just showed
you shows up here as well and so when it
comes to setting up a page like this one
of the key things is when you have a
blog and you have quality content or
review you need to be able to rank it in
Google and the search engine so that
people can actually find your content
and click through to it so there's a few
search engine optimization things you
have to
learn in order to do this and to be able
to get traffic to your blog from the
search engines search engines is just
one of the ways you can get traffic to
your blog or to your blog post there's
other ways out there a lot of the other
ways you have to pay for so for example
you can pay for advertising on Google as
Google advertisements or you could for
example if I just type in Vitamix I'll
show you what those are so right here
where it says sponsored these are all
Google advertisements and right here as
well so you can actually pay for these
ads if you wanted to I could actually
put an ad and Google for my blog posts
and have a show up here but that cost
money and a drought much rather have
free traffic to it so yeah being able to
rank your blog post or rank your YouTube
video in Google is a really important
thing there's a lot of strategies to
that which I'll have to teach down the
road but if you can basically put out a
video or a blog post that reviews any
product out there you can be an
affiliate for it and if you can get it
ranked in Google and get traffic to it
then you can actually make money from it
just being an affiliate I'll give you
another example of that too in a little
bit so actually here let me first show
you some other websites that I set up
that are separate from my blog so you
might think hey you know what well you
have this great blog project like
mastery over two years you got thousands
of people that go to your blog every day
I don't have that well what you can also
do and I did this this is probably
something I did three or four years ago
is I set up little websites like this so
here's a website that I have called by
Vitamix net and basically it's just a
Vitamix review website okay so you can
just create a little website low blog
that's just reviewing a specific product
and so I have articles here on Vitamix
reviews and the great thing is I didn't
write these articles I outsource them
just like how I share with you guys how
I outsource my Kindle books why I also
outsource these articles here with my
blog I write these myself but these
little blog blogs here you can just
outsource and have writers write them
for you and it can be very inexpensive
you can see you've got a link here to
Vitamix I've got a few pages of content
so you can see here a bunch of different
content articles that I have and I
basically rank these different articles
for
keywords as well so for example I've got
one here on Blendtec vs Vitamix I got
the keyword purchased Vitamix blender
best Vitamix deals Vitamix reviews
Vitamix sale online buy Vitamix blender
Vitamix review the pros and cons exposed
okay so I even get set up little
facebook fan pages for them as well
which is great and I've got another one
here for another blender I'm an
affiliate of called Blendtec and it's
exact same thing because I just create
these little websites like this um so
this is a Blendtec blender review that I
have they have an affiliate program
here's one on Fitbit and I did a video
blog on that on my blog here as well but
you know here's a pedometer that I use
and I can be an affiliate for them as
well and I make commission from every
sale I think I make a couple hundred
bucks a month just from these guys
promoting their their prop their product
which is a great product that I use and
everything and so so there's kind of
different ways that you could do it you
know you can create a little blog like
this you don't even have to know
anything about it
you can outsource all the content he's
going to know some search engine
optimization so that you can basically
get your blog or your website ranked and
Google and get it out there or you know
videos if you want to do that you can
even just create a video you don't even
need a blog you know just this video
alone I can just put videos out there
and just have them a link in the
description for it and that could be a
way to make money that can be a lot
easier than just creating a blog because
when it comes to YouTube videos they
generally rank a lot better in Google
then brand new blogs or websites do
because when you create a brand new blog
or website you have to develop what is
called the PageRank for it and you have
to build it up to it until it's like an
established trustworthy site in Google
where as YouTube videos is already at
YouTube's already a trusted website
YouTube is Google and they love and they
try to rank their videos fairly high in
their search engine so affiliate
marketing is another great way you can
make money online um I make a lot of
money affiliate marketing and one of the
ways like I said is this through my blog
is probably the biggest way because I
have established an audience I've
established a lot of trust and a big
following of people and one another way
that I promote and make money as an
affiliate is
on my email list if there's maybe a
certain course that I've been through
it's helped me or anything has helped me
in my life if I want to share that with
other people by sharing that and if
other people go ahead and buy that I get
a commission from it as well so sending
out things assists in my email list is
really powerful way to make money I've
literally made thousands of dollars just
by sending on an email to my followers
maybe promoting a course so even like
related to Kindle maybe there's like a
Kindle software or something that can
help people with Kindle that I could be
an affiliate for and promote and I get a
commission if people go ahead and buy
that through me so building up the list
and everything is key but my my blog is
it just goes back to that as being one
of the foundational things has helped me
make money being an affiliate as well
now I did mention using Kindle books as
being an affiliate as well and I
absolutely do that and that's one of the
reasons why I love Kindle because Kindle
books first of all can promote your blog
so if you're want to try to build a blog
you can have all your Kindle books have
links to your blog in your Kindle books
but also in your Kindle books you can be
an affiliate for things you can be an
affiliate for Amazon for example they
have their own affiliate program you can
make Commission by promoting different
products on Amazon in Jurg in your
Kindle book so for example let's say you
had a Kindle book on you know home
remedies for acne or something like that
and then maybe you went to Amazon and
you found some home remedy products like
I'll type in right now just acne cream
or so like that so these products here I
could be an affiliate for I can actually
promote these and Amazon will give me a
commission for it's called Amazon
Associates so in my Kindle book I can
have a section of my book called
resources or something like that and I
can promote other products out there
that are that can help people and
they're related to to acne if I had
enact a book on acne or something like
that so that's an example you can be an
affiliate for your Kindle books and you
can also use your Kindle books to build
your email list so I use my Kindle books
to build my email list here and then
once I have people on my email list and
it allows me to send out content to them
and be an affiliate and promote other
products to them as well so I feel a
marketing is a really powerful way to
make money it's easier than creating
your own course or product it's not as
easy as
is Kindle publishing is I like to always
recommend people to start with Kindle
publishing because I use my Kindle books
like I said to funnel my blog to funnel
my email list the funnel my affiliate
marketing and even the funnel my course
and consulting as well so but they all
kind of go together and they can all
help each other so I have to do more
content on affiliate marketing and some
great courses that I can recommend is
well that got me started into it and
taught me how to do all this taught me
how to do search engine optimization and
everything that I can recommend for you
of course if I recommend it to you I'm
going to be an affiliate for it as well
so that's just an example of affiliate
marketing right there that if just by me
sharing this with you guys and sharing
with you how to make money as an
affiliate well if there's a great course
that I know that I've been through and
there are a few and if I recommend them
to you buy them from me then I make
money doing it so that's just kind of me
be an example of what I'm trying to
