How To Be Aware Of Your Biggest Challenges


you know one great skill that all
achievers have is they have the ability
to be able to be aware of themselves and
self-identify certain habits beliefs
behaviors thoughts anything that's
holding them back from their life and I
know for myself I'm always aware I'm
always assessing and aware of something
that might be holding me back something
that might be preventing me from living
the life that I want or achieving this
goal or that goal so being self
reflective is a very important powerful
skill and you know I found it the people
that aren't aware of their weaknesses
they're not aware of their challenges or
you know anything like that those are
the people that always stay stuck and
you don't want to be that way you don't
want to be stuck all the time you want
to be able to identify okay this is
what's stopping me this is what's
getting in the way and quickly be able
to solve that problem quickly be able to
find a mentor or a resource or model
from someone else how you can overcome
them you know so really being aware of
that it is key I remember one powerful
process that I learned from Tony Robbins
and years ago it's called a Wheel of
Life and basically how it works is he's
identified there's four six or seven
areas of life
you know there's your body your health
and physical body
there's your finances is your emotions
as a career or business
there's your time there's your
relationships or social life and there's
your spiritual life and you know the
real life is basically a process where
you know every week or every month or
every year you decide how often we want
to measure it but you basically measure
where you're at my scale from is there a
10 in each area of your life and I found
that to be a very powerful process for
me because by measuring and checking in
it allows you to improve and so I know
for myself I remember one at one point
every week I would do an assessment of
each area of my life and I really be
able to identify the weakest point of my
life and ask myself what are some small
and big things that I can do to change
that to you know if my health is a seven
out of ten what can I do to bring into
an either a nine of a ten and I'm always
just focusing on having a big round you
know circle of life wheel of life that
can support me in
bored in my life and having more balance
so I want to encourage you guys to
really you know take it a deep look at
your life and you know be able to assess
what's stopping you what's holding you
back what do you need help with and you
know I'm here to help you guys as much
as possible and add as much value to you
that's my whole focus you know even
before this session I was just
meditating and focusing on how I can
really serve at the highest level hey
