comm I'm in Brazil right now and I want
to answer a question I received from
someone on how to get out of the rat
race
I learned from Robin Kiyosaki in the
book Rich Dad Poor Dad and he's got a
lot of great resources by the way on
just financial education you know em
read Rich Dad Poor Dad and definitely
start with that I didn't read a book
called cashflow quadrant and he's also
got a great game now in a reference
called called cashflow 101 okay it's a
word game and it's an online game as
well you can play and it's educate
people with their finances and
everything
now whatever from Robert Kiyosaki
especially in the book cashflow quadrant
is that there's four quadrants that
people are basically in okay the first
one out making money is through your job
and being employed alright
the next way of making money is being
self-employed
which is also face book a job as well
okay because you're working in the
business the same thing going with
probably a job you're working in the job
now the third way is business okay
business our business is different to be
cellphone because a business what it
business really is is this something
that runs without working in you're
working on working on the business not
in the business so that's another way
another quantity and the last way is
through investments such as real estate
stocks mutual funds just different
investments okay now what he says is
that when people are stuck in the rat
race they're basically stuck in the
quadrants of having a job okay of
exchanging their time for money or being
a self-employed which is also having a
job but you're again exchanging your
time for money the only way out of the
rat race is by building passive income
because first I want to mention that
when you are in the rat race you never
it's very challenging to get out of it
because the more that you're exchanging
your time
money is stuck in this loo that doesn't
allow you to use your time to create
more passive income more of a business
and a lot of people that work with that
I coach and everything they come to me
when they have a job and people that in
that position is often challenging for
them to make passive income and get out
of that job because they need their job
to make a certain amount of money to pay
their expenses to pay their bills and so
if they'd only have a bit of time the
evenings are on the weekends
that they can focus on pulling a passive
income stream to mention get out of it
okay whereas the people from the
beginning like I did I sense having a
job let me make passive income from the
start and become financially free first
which I have a video blog on but become
financially free first then you've now
put yourself in position where you don't
have to exchange you're spending your
time one time to create something and
then that source of income is now
automated as consistent income that's
happening every single month for four
hours a day seven days a week on
autopilot making money okay you're not
exchanging your time for it right now
I'm in Brazil and I'm making money right
now while sitting on the beach and you
know because I built passive income I
built systems that allow me to make
money while I'm here in Brazil right now
people are buying my course right now
people buying my kilo homes right now
for signing effort for different things
that I have two products I sell
everything I know just people that are
watching my videos my blog and
everything so it is happening right now
because every video that I put out every
blog post that I've known something that
I spend one-time income age and it's on
internet forever on there and I don't
have to do anything to maintain or
sustain it it's all praying passive
income for me it's all automated so
that's get out of the rat race is you
find ways to make pasta bake find ways
to leverage yourself and automate things
so that you're not working in it as much
and you're taking yourself out of it
you're working on the business not in it
and you get out of the rat race like
that and you're making passive income
and you're on what is called the fast
track and you know the fast track is
when you can really pursue
their dreams great example of this is
the board game cashflow 101 because
everybody starts in the rat race when
you play the game and all the way the
game works as everybody gets a certain
career you know somebody here a doctor
or your taxi driver your mechanic your
assistant
everyone has a career that you start out
with and you know each card see our
doctor you make a certain amount of
money you also have a certain number of
expenses and then there's a cash flow of
what you have of what you're left left
over with after your expenses deducted
from your income so you're a doctor
maybe you're left with I don't know a
thousand two thousand a couple thousand
dollars a month you know if your
expenses aren't too high and maybe you
have some debt everything may be how the
car payments or a mortgage or so like
that basically with that cash flow you
take that cash flow and you invest it
into a passive income stream you invest
it into you know either stocks or real
estate or something they can produce a
positive cash flow a passive income
every month or it could be an online
business or any business for that matter
that can produce a positive cash flow
and the more that you build up your
passive income okay so you take the
money you have left over invest at the
right ways and you serve generating
passive income your possible positive
income exceeds her expenses that's when
you're free you're financially free get
to that point again that's when you're
out of the rat race and you get on the
fast track in the game and it's a fun
point because in the game that's what
allows or Sue whatever it is that you
really want to do with your life whether
it's volunteering whether it's a blog
like in my case these videos or as well
because you can do that when you don't
have to worry about money as much and
you're financially free so that's
basically what I was share with you guys
today just about how to get learned the
rat-race training financial freedom I
know I've talked about passive income a
