How To Get More Time In Your Life



hey guys quick video here today I want
to share a few guys how you can have
more time in your life you know I see so
many people say I don't have enough time
and they use that truthfully as a story
because the truth is we all have the
same amount of time we all we're all
given 24 hours in a day you know time is
the only thing that's equal but it's how
we use our time how we spend it that
really matters and so if you ever catch
yourself using the excuse or saying the
story of I don't have a time understand
that's all it really is it's a story
it's a disempowering story that you're
using to hold on to as a way to prevent
yourself from failing and we all have a
fear of failure we all have a fear of
not being enough and not being loved and
so we use a story of I don't have the
time that prevents us from really
maximizing their lives and really going
for it now the truth is a more
empowering belief is that you always
make the time for whatever it is that
you're committed to if you're committed
enough to something you'll always make
the time for it listen do you think
people that workout every day and
they're an amazing physical shape they
just have more time than everyone else
do you think people that have an
extraordinary relationship where they're
passionate and they have an incredible
love affair they have more time than
everyone else or do you think someone
that's really successful more successful
in you that has an incredible business
or they're adding value or whatever it
is they have more time than everyone
else no they don't they have the same
amount of time as you but they've just
chosen to live at a higher standard
they've chosen to allocate and use their
time in more optimal more efficient ways
and one of the quick strategy will -
I'll give you real quick is number one
learn how to manage your time invest in
some sort of time management system or
look at the hours that you're spending
your time you know 24 hours a day how
much time are you spending sleeping how
much time are you spending watching TV
on Facebook doing this net commuting to
work each day you know doing things that
are disempowering you or maybe there are
certain things that you're doing that
are empowering you but you can use that
time in more efficient ways higher
leverage ways you know for example for
me the higher leverage use of my time is
creating his video blogs because by
creating a video blog I can reach
thousands of people I can do a video and
reach potentially millions of people
with it over the next
100 years you know it's a better use of
my time than responding to people
one-on-one or Facebook or emails and
stuff and so that's why I've kind of
slowly eliminated that from my life
because I used to spend hours a day
responding to each individual person
trying to heat help each individual
person and there's only so many people
that can help in a day so I decided that
I was gonna take a step back and
leverage myself because in that amount
of time that I'm spending to respond to
ten people I could do a video for you
guys and reach thousands or millions of
people over a hundred years so
leveraging yourself managing your time
is crucial looking at your life how
you're spending your time using it more
efficient ways another last piece I'll
give you two is with sleep how would you
like to have an extra 30 days worth of
time every single year well if you
eliminate or sleep one hour less every
single day for an entire year 365 days
by sleeping one hour less it will give
you an extra 12 hour days extra 30 12
hour days every single year okay I'll
say that again so if you sleep one hour
less each day for an entire year will
give you 30 extra 12-hour days every
single year and most people sleep too
much most people value sleep too much
and I totally think sleep is important
but you know I sleep 16 hours and I'm
doing hardcore physical activity and I'd
probably sleep a lot less too if I
didn't you know wasn't working out as
hard as I am for my fitness stuff
because for me sleep is important for
recovery and releasing growth hormone
but sleeping less one hour less maybe
you could sleep six hours a night and if
you really take care of your diet you're
eating your health then you can
definitely sleep a lot less because your
body will be more efficient you won't
have to digest and use as much energy
digesting because a lot of people they
sleep eight hours and they're still
tired they need a coffee to start the
day after they've been sleeping to eight
hours which is insane the biggest
expenditure of energy is digestion if
you're eating before you go to bed or
eating heavy meals you're not eating
greens vegetables all that sort of stuff
to cleanse your body your body's gonna
use a lot of energy to digest it so
that's why you sleeping at hours you
wake up you're still tired because your
body was working hard to digest that
food and expending energy
you know so there's a lot of things you
can do to optimize that as well but I
just want to share with you guys those
quick tips is well one you know
understand it's a story you're telling
yourself it doesn't empower you in any
way only the truth
the fact that you can make the time for
whatever you're committed to look at
your life look at the time how you're
spending it use it more efficient ways
leverage yourself and find out your way
to sleep less an hour less if you want
if you want to really optimize your life
and your time because again you're
giving the same amount of time it's not
I don't have a time that's preventing
you it's you if you step up and you
raise our standards you can go to the
next level in your life and be able to
create everything it is that you want so
