today I'm going to teach you how to

develop and master a high income skill

so that you can make a five figure six

figure even a seven figure for your

income so that you can quit your job and

create financial wealth and abundance

now the biggest challenge that a lot of

people face when it comes to making more

money in their lives is that they're

lacking skills they're lacking high

income skills that are in high demand in

the marketplace I want you guys to

understand that you do not get paid for

your time you only get paid for the

value that you're providing to the

market okay so in order to make more

money it means that you must develop

your skills so that you can add more

value whether that's in business by

creating products and services that can

solve other people's problems at a

profit or can meet their needs or serve

the market in some way shape or form in

which case the more value that you add

the more income and revenue that you can

generate in exchange for that or with

your existing employer and job or with

future job opportunities that are out

there because right now whatever amount

of money you're making I want you to

understand it's in direct proportion to

the amount of value that you're bringing

now you might be saying you don't

understand Stefan I'm working extra hard

I'm putting in a lot of hours I put in

40 50 60 hours a week
I'm adding massive

value to my employer and I'm not really

getting paid that much more that might

be true but in the perception in terms

of the demand for the skills and the

value that you're adding you're only

getting paid in proportion to what that

value actually is so if right now you

could work at McDonald's at a fast-food

chain okay you could be working at the

you know the drive-through and it

doesn't matter if you're working 40 50

60 hours a week you might be adding more

value there but there's gonna be a limit

to how much you can make because the

skill of working out working at a

checkout counter the fast food at

McDonald's that's not a high skilled job

right that's a job that they can pull

kids off the street that are 15 16 years

old to come in and do you're not adding

enough value for them to

pay you more money you're only gonna get

paid minimum wage you might get become a

manager or something like that and make

a little bit more money than that but

you're never gonna create wealth and

financial abundance based on those

skills that are involved in that so I'm

gonna walk you through how this works

but I want you to understand that

mindset you got to obsess and focus on

how to develop yourself your skills your

expertise your knowledge your abilities

the more you develop that the more value

that you have to give okay and

understand that there's a perception of

a certain demand of certain skills

certain skills are more valuable than

others certain skills you'll get paid

more money for than other skills and

that it's your job to develop your

skills if you want to make more money

again whether that's in your existing

job future job opportunities or in your

own business or starting a business so

let me walk you guys through some steps

you guys can take some notes write this

down make sure you guys really integrate

this the first step you've got to choose

a high income skill you've got to pick a

skill now here's the thing don't try to

learn too many skills at once big

mistake that a lot of people make this

is called the dabbler mentality a lot of

people they dabble with way too many

things and they never become a master of

anything I'd much rather see you really

master one skill become amazing at it

leverage to the heck out of it make as

much money as you can from that skill

before you go on to master more skills

than them Bruce Lee he had a famous

saying that I love he says I do not fear

the man who's patent who's practiced

10,000 cakes once do not fear that man I

fear the man who's practiced one kick

10,000 times someone who's mastered one

kick he's more afraid of than someone

that's try to dabble with 10,000

different kicks and techniques so that's

the mindset of the mastery mentality

pick one high income skill now as I said

not all skills are equal

some skills are going to be more

valuable now let's I'll give you guys

some examples and let's use the example

of an online business which I know a lot

of you guys that follow me for you want

to build your own online business you

want to develop skills that you can use

that you can either use to grow and

build your existing business or a start

a business or also those skills can be

used to to to get other job

opportunities out there as a freelancer

right you don't necessarily have to

start your own business you could

actually work for other people and get

paid a six-figure or a five figure

income from that by developing the skill

okay so what are all the different

skills that you could develop within an

online business what are all the online

marketing and online business skills

well let me give you guys a few I'll

write down a few for you guys so there's

a skill of copywriting right copywriting

is the ability to be able to turn words

into money

okay writing sales copy writing copy for

landing pages and websites you know for

Amazon listings you know email marketing

right by writing the the the email copy

and using persuasive and and words that

influence other people that can boost

conversion rates that's a very high

paying skill in fact I have friends that

get paid seven figures per year doing

consulting work and work for other

people just as a professional copywriter

so that's one of the most valuable

skills that you could have in an online

business how about this skill

content marketing content marketing so

the internet is made up of content and

you can develop the skill of being able

to create content and market the content

out there content could be articles so

the skill that could kind of fit within

this could be blogging and writing

articles if you got really good at that

guess what you can use that to attract

people to you within your own business

or you could use that skill to offer

that as a service to another company out

there and get paid for that right you

can make an income from that and that

could be a better opportunity for you

than actually having whatever existing

job that you have right now so content

marketing is valuable it could be video

marketing it could be you know social

media marketing right these are all

different forms of content marketing and

these are all skills that are in high

demand right because the Internet's not

going away the internet is going like

this and there's more and more companies

that need people that have these skills

and want to pay people that have these

skills a high amount of money in order

for them to provide these skills for

them so content marketing is one of the

most valuable ones out there so there's

content marketing write down a few more

for you guys there's SEO which is search

engine optimization so developing the

high income skill of being able to

optimize websites and content so that it

can rank higher in the search engines

you know that's a very high-income skill

that a lot of websites and companies

need help with so becoming great at that

how about paid advertising pay-per-click

advertising PPC that could be Facebook

Ads becoming amazing at using Facebook

ads or Instagram ads or Google Ads

or YouTube ads or P P view PPV

pay-per-view ads there's all these

different types of advertising platforms

that you can learn and master develop

the skills for and you could either use

that as a skill to build your business

or again you can offer that to other

companies and get paid a high amount of

money for that there's so many other

ones I'll list a few more

okay so here's a few other great skills

smelled that wrong publish it right a

lot of people you know I've got a

publishing course that teaches people

how to publish books on Amazon that's a

high income skill because if you know

how to publish on Amazon well guess how

many authors and writers out there that

would love to publish their own book but

they just don't know how right they

would love to learn how to publish the

book and get it out there and market it

so that's a skill that you could develop

and you can use the publishing skill to

publish your own books or again work

with other authors or writers and you

work out a deal with them where they pay

you or you work out a percentage split

where you get paid on publishing the

book and marketing it for them they

write it they take care of that that's

what they're good at and you do the

publishing and marketing for them

product development

right whether that's helping people

develop physical products that can be

sold on Amazon the packaging of the

product or research or the product or

maybe it's digital products that could

also you know fit within you know web

design funnel creation marketing

strategy affiliate marketing be able to

promote other people's products or set

up affiliate campaigns for their

business as an additional income stream

there are so many skills video editing

blogging and writing social media

marketing these are all high-paying

skills now some of the skills you got to

keep in mind the demand for them so for

example let's say customer support

customer support there's a skill to that

however it's not really a high paying

skill customer support is something

you're never really gonna make really a

six-figure income from or beyond that

because it's a skill kind of like going

back to the McDonald's McDonald's

example you can bring people in that are

really just good at that but it's not

something that's really gonna produce a

lot of revenue skills that bring in

revenue and make money money making

skills like some of the ones here that

bring in traffic increase sales boost

conversions those sort of things that

make companies more money

those are always gonna be the highest

paying skills out there that you want to

focus on developing now like I said guys

don't try to do it all

pick one one skill okay decide what that

is right now you can change your mind

later it's okay

but take something to start with okay

that's the first key pick something it

could be an alignment with your existing

business right now great or it could be

something you know if you don't already

have a business pick pick something that

you want to go deep with something that

aligns with you that you have an

interest in learning more about pick

that and learn as much as you can and

I'll share with you some of the other

steps to do that okay so this is the

first step choose the high income skill

I'll share see guys real quick my high

income skills that I started with when I

was 21 years old my first high income

skill was coaching I was actually a

dating and social skills coach that was

a big challenge in my life I focused on

mastering that for years before then

since I was 17 years old there is a

demand for it other people in Vancouver

Canada wanted to learn from me I started

doing public speaking and people were

asking me for coaching and so that

became a skill that I was able to

develop and earn earn a good amount of

income from just by doing coaching for

people that eventually led to life

coaching and helping people with

business coaching and other aspects of

their life and business as well

from there I also developed the skill of

copywriting right content marketing and

I'd say today I have a lot of high

income skills but the biggest one that I

focus on today that I love the most

that's in the most alignment with what I

do has been video I loved a great video

I've got my youtube channel I put in my

10,000 hours here I love it and so for

me I invest a lot into that I invest a

lot until learning about how to create

better videos how to speak how to

communicate how to improve my voice my

presence my body language everything so

that I can reach and impact more people

and by development developing this skill

further it allows me to add more value

but also earn more money from that but

content marketing in general from

Instagram and Facebook and and social

media and podcasting these are all

skills that I've developed through going

through building my business the journey

of that search engine optimization that

was an early skill that I also

focused on developing as well learning

how search engine optimization works

paid ads for me to be honest has been a

weak skill for me I'm not great at it so

I I know and recognize that then I won't

have to master everything I can hire

other people and I have people on my

team that that's their high income skill

and I hire them for that and I paid them

well and they add that value to me in

which I paid them for right and even now

today I have someone that does search

engine optimization for my business

someone that has copywriting for my

business as well someone that does the

web development and things that

originally I was trying to do myself but

again once you learn that you don't have

to do it all you can make enough money

from one valuable skill once you make

the money from that you can then

outsource some of these other things

right you don't have to do and master at

all sometimes again become a master of

one or two things or master one move on

to the next then the next but eventually

there's only so much you can master you

want to bring in the help and support

along the way so I've developed many of

these skills publishing and affiliate

marketing and some of them a much better

that than others because I focus on some

every single day others I've kind of

removed myself from because I don't need

to do it anymore

and in some cases it actually holds me

back from the primary skills I should

focus on that I love the most and brings

in the most amount of revenue so bottom

line pick one focus on it next piece I'm

gonna give you guys a prescription here

okay an action plan because I don't want

to just give you theory here I want you

guys to take action and actually

implement what I'm sharing with you I

want you to focus

let me write it out for you guys first

focus I'm going to focus two hours a day

two hours a day guys developing your

high income skill two hours a day and

here's what I'd recommend one hour a day

whatever you decide the skill is one

hour a day learning about it okay so

that could be reading books about it so

let's say for example you decide that

you want to master content marketing you

spend an hour a day learning about

content marketing you'd be reading books

about it that could be through videos

that can be through podcasts that could

be through courses training programs but

you got to build a daily habit about

learning this going deep not dabbling

and trying to consume all this

information about things that aren't

relevant to that one skill focus your

energy your attention on that one skill

learning about it every single day and

then the other hour you're gonna spend

actually practicing and applying that

high-income skill because you're always

going to learn more by doing then you

will just by sitting there and learning

and watching videos okay if you want to

get great at basketball you're gonna

learn so much more by actually getting

on the court bouncing the ball shooting

the ball playing the game then you ever

will just by sitting there spending

hours and hours and from the computer or

reading books watching people play

basketball the best way to learn is to

get into action and and practice and

develop the skill that goes with any

skill out there whether it's learning a

language or a sports or a musical

instruments whatever it is you've got to

practice it daily okay there's no

there's no way around them so again if

it's content marketing an hour a day

watching videos learning studying taking

notes going deep buying programs

learning as much as you can one hour a

day at least and then an hour an hour a

day practicing okay that may be might be

in an hour a day turning on a camera

taking out your phone you know and just

practicing hey guys this is Stefan I'm

gonna create a video today I'm going to

share with you some things I learned

today about content marketing here's

three tips that can help you tip number

one tip number two tip number three

practice speaking communicating applying

what you're learning that could also be

if it's not video then maybe

practice writing for an hour a day you

create your own blog you take out a pen

and paper or whatever it is you open up

Evernote Microsoft Word and you write an

hour a day improving your writing

developing this skill okay

but you're actually applying it and

practicing it so that you're getting

better every single day that's how you

develop the skill okay so I really want

you guys to understand you got to make

it a daily practice you got to go deep

with it you got to make the time for it

you got to prioritize it I recommend

first thing in the morning if you can

before your job before anything else

because you got to make sure that this

is your future this is what's gonna

allow you to be able to create the

wealth that you want so you got to make

it more important than anything else

this is your ticket to freedom in your

life now I recommend if you actually

have a business or a job you're working

for where you get to practice the skill

every day

the better let because let's say for

example you have this skill you're

developing content marketing or SEO and

you can actually get paid eight hours a

day forty hours a week just to do this

skill and practice it and learn it all

week every single day then you're gonna

accelerate your learning curve that much

more you're gonna get you're getting

paid to now develop and cultivate that

skill versus if you're working at

McDonald's 40 hours a week and then

you've got your two hours a day to do

this as well

well I'd much rather see you get paid

and work those 40 hours a week

practicing the skill because man you're

gonna get so much further ahead with

that and be able to make more money

doing it that way but for if you're not

in that situation just start here before

you can get to a point where this

becomes your full-time job or your

business but again if you're building a

business now great pick the skill that

can help you grow the business and apply

it on your business right so now you're

practicing and getting better at it as

you're applying it to your business

which is gonna make you more money with

your business so it's always best when

you can use it to actually generate

income and revenue now also what's

happening here you're gaining experience

you might be getting some results from

this too and the results and the

experience you've gained is gonna allow

you to make more money with it because

what makes someone that gets paid five

figures

here from copywriting to six figures and

seven figures it's going to come down

into experience and results the person

is getting paid seven figures for a

media skills that's because they're

getting paid for that because they

produce a lot more results than the

person that has a mediocre skill set of

it so the more skilled you get and the

better results you can produce with it

the more money you can make now the last

piece here

kind of mentioned

is I want you to generate results in

revenue from this skill so let's say

that you develop the skill okay you've

been doing this for let's say 30 60 90

days okay you've developed maybe more of

an intermediate intermediate skill set

now with this now I want you to start to

make money with this how do you do that

well one simple way that you can do it

is you have a skill let's say it's let's

say it's search engine optimization okay

what I want you to do is find companies

out there

okay online businesses or local

businesses that are in a certain niche

and let's say it's the niche of you pick

dentists okay you look for dentists

online and you see how their search

engine presences already you know what

it is okay and you see okay you know

this is where they're ranking right now

for these keywords this is how much

traffic that they're getting you kind of

do an audit of it and kind of see and

then what you're gonna do is you're

gonna approach these businesses and

you're gonna offer to them your high

income skill so one of my favorite ways

to do that and I have people that do

this for me all the time in my business

is create a little video that's just

adding value to that business so what

you do is you would do like a screen

capture video or some sort of video on

your computer let's say and you would

you would make the video a personalized

video to that business owner and you'd

say hi you know hi

you know dentist whatever the dentist

name is my name is so-and-so I am a

search engine consultant and marketer

and I was looking at your website and I

saw a lot of things that that you can

improve and they can do better and in

this video I just want to offer some

value to you and share with you some

suggestions and so here are some things

that I've noticed here's where your

website's ranking right now here's some

tips that you can implement and do that

would boost the rankings I'd recommend

you create a blog and create some

content around this here's what your

competitors are doing and you actually

show them that and show what your what

their competitors are doing so it kind

of creates that like wow you know I need

to learn this I need to do this right so

you you create value for them in this

video but by the end of the

video and it could be like a five or ten

minute video you then say I'd love to

hop on a call with you and see how I can

further help you you know if you're

interested in working together I could

do this myself or you we could work

something else but here's some just

value that I wanted to give if you don't

want to call me back or whatever that's

totally fine too

but if so let me know I'd love to help

you grow your business so you're

providing value in that way which is

amazing for them but you're also kind of

pointing out and showing them this

opportunity and what you can further do

for them because you've already

demonstrated credibility by showing them

the things that they're doing wrong and

what they could do better your developer

you're demonstrating your authority and

expertise and it becomes a no brainer

they're gonna buy of course I'm gonna

hire this person because they're not

gonna do it themselves

they're not gonna go out there and try

to find and hire someone then much

rather you know you're right there in

front of them showing them what you can

do for them and how it can benefit them

it's a no brainer for them to hire you

for that and you have the skill that you

could then offer to them and then you

get them on the phone you work out a

deal and then of course the more results

you produce for that company or other

companies you reach out to you the more

money you're gonna be able to make and

you build up your portfolio and now

you're a freelancer you're a contractor

you can make as much money as you want

just based on that model alone okay now

the other way again is through your own

business your own business is really

what's going to produce the the higher

amounts of money the more the freedom

because that's gonna create passive

income for you where this model it's

better than having probably the existing

job that a lot of people have now but

you're still trading your time for money

so if you really want to create

financial freedom then it's it's

starting your own business and and using

this skill to make a certain amount of

money but as her as you're making more

money then it's outsourcing and

delegating and cream products and

services that don't require your time so

there you have it guys that's how you

develop a high income skill and make as

much money as you want from it either in

your business or from adding more value

to your job to your employer so that you

can make more money from it so here's

in yourself and that it could be

engineering it could be art it could be

music it could be anything okay what is

deep and go through the process to work

hard to practice every single day become

great at something ok which one are you

gonna be because I understand not

everyone's gonna do this not everyone's

gonna be willin to you're gonna have

your stories your excuses

but in life what I've learned is that

you either have reasons or results okay

and what it comes down to is just doing

it making it a priority in your life and

understanding this is one of the most

important things most important

investments you can make in yourself

your life and your future that's what I

did a long time ago with coaching with

with search engine optimization and

copywriting and all these skills I've

developed that have allowed me to make

the money that I make and I can take

those skills with me and everything that

I pursue and another business

opportunity I want to pursue I could you

know if I wanted to not even have a

business I could use my skills to make a

seven-figure income working for other

people and and providing services or

consulting for them so the sky is the

limit when you have these skills you can

make as much money as you want from it

but again it comes down to practicing

and learning every day not dabbling not

getting the shiny object syndrome

learning and going deep on that that's

what's gonna give you the results and

you're gonna get rewarded for it okay

and then generate the results Gus okay
