so the question was for content creators
how do you be unique right how do you
stand out so there's a few things number
one just by who you are is unique you
gotta understand that all of you here
provide you have expertise you have
knowledge about certain things and even
if you don't you can actually you don't
have to create content you can document
you can share your journey you can share
what you're learning
anybody could set a blog and you know
hey I'm not in the best shape but this
is my journey I'm gonna share the things
that I'm learning I'm gonna share my
progress that I'm making and you become
an influencer or an authority just
through that so you don't have to create
you can document you can be transparent
you can share your life share what
you're learning you don't have to be the
expert but will happen as time goes on
you'll become the expert and the
authority in that niche so you're unique
just based on who you are because what
people are following you for is not
necessarily your content but just you
and everyone's gonna relate to someone
different okay some people relate to me
awesome some people don't like me some
people relate to maybe I speak too fast
or I'm too passionate other people they
like this other guy that talks more slow
maybe you know other people maybe
younger people relate more to me but
older people don't maybe more men relate
to me so you know there's there's just
by who you are there's a certain
percentage of people that will relate to
you and your story and your experience
and they'll connect with that right so
understanding just who you are
transparency has a lot of power just
being transparent sharing yourself being
vulnerable vulnerable being open and we
live in a world today this is normal
it's like everyone shares their life on
their Facebook and social media their
Instagram so you know that's just the
direction of what the role is going in
now to transparency and and just yeah I
think it's just caring you know having
that care and wanting to help people I
think if you can put other people first
and focus on how to serve then
everything will come back to you I think
a lot of people they focus on themselves
so much and really the key to wealth and
success is add more value to other
people and that and the money will
follow
you know the money that I make um it's
awesome but what I'm more proud of is
the impact that I make because in order
for people to pay me money it's because
I've provided tremendous amount of value
more value than what they pay me for and
I always try to how can i over deliver
how can I create a raving fan you know
so that they're gonna follow me for many
years to come so if you focus on how you
can add more value to your job your job
if you already have a job how can you
add more value that's how you get a
raise you get a raised by thinking about
how can you help this company make more
money and proving your value and then
they're gonna pay you more right if
you're working with a customer a
business or just giving out free content
you know that that has you know just by
being in the giving mentality like that
you know I stand out just by giving more
being more transparent giving awesome
value to people and hopefully you know
if they benefit from it then that comes
back to me so I you know honestly I
think that's more than enough and then
the only other thing that will stop you
is the mindset the belief and a story
that you might tell yourself that I'm
not unique I can't do this it's not
possible for me maybe it's possible for
him but he's lucky you know maybe my
english isn't good enough I don't have
the time I don't have the money
understand those are all stories those
are all limiting beliefs because if
they're truly committed you always find
the way the number one quality you need
in business and in any actual success is
to be resourceful resourceful means that
you find the way there's a wall the
dabbler hits the wall they give up the
master they hit the wall they find a way
over the wall under the wall around the
wall they break through the wall if they
can't find the way they make the way
it's that resourcefulness that
commitment that you got a half I know
for myself for example I didn't have
money I was in debt I was committed to
going to seminar in New York I couldn't
afford it I decided I was gonna be
resourceful so what I did is I called a
gas station I said hey can I have a car
can I throw a car wash at your gas
station and it'll be great I'll bring in
people they're gonna you know as are
getting the car wash they're gonna get
gas they're gonna buy stuff and so they
agreed to that I got some friends I made
some post posters that said carwash
fundraiser by donation we stood at the
side of the road flagging people down we
had cars come in I approached the
and I said my name's Stefan and this is
a bi fundraiser you can pay whatever you
want but I'm trying to raise money so I
can go to the seminar I want to change
my life I'm committed I'm going to
change people's lives and I had people
gave $10 $20 some people get 50 or $100
one day I raised $800 I flew to New York
went to the seminar and it's just utter
that resourcefulness that commitment I
didn't I didn't have the time that's
awful it says people have but I found
the way to make the time I found a way
to cut back on my sleep or spend less
time on social media on Facebook or
spending time with people you know and
going out partying and having fun I made
those sacrifices which is really a
short-term sacrifice if you're willing
to sacrifice a short during your life
three years you're gonna be able to live
the rest of your life totally free
you'll have more than enough time to
travel the world to have fun you'll be
able to do whatever you want so I always
see it as a very short-term sacrifice
that you might have to make for the
greater benefit that you're really gonna
get from a business like this you know
so make sure that those beliefs you got
to make sure you master that you
overcome whatever inner conflicts or
beliefs are holding you back
