we're gonna talk about transformation
and what transformation means the seven
levels of transformation so as I said I
want everybody here to experience the
transformation the first level of
transformation it's right there so first
first level transformation is any change
in your belief or your mindset
when you haven't a new change in your
beliefs it kanna-chan your entire life a
new distinction a new idea a new insight
a new way of looking at things because
when you change the way you look at
things the things that you look at
change one little idea can change it all
for you for me that the first time that
I discovered self-development I had a
change in my beliefs that I could
actually improve myself I could be
whatever I want to be before then I
didn't believe that was possible I
didn't believe that you could change I
didn't believe that you could grow I
just believe that this is who you are
you're born this way you're stopped but
that shift changed my entire life that
was a transformation the moment that
maybe you maybe you eat me too then all
of a sudden you watch a documentary and
you realize that oh my god maybe eating
meat it's not good for you or you go to
a slaughterhouse that changes your
belief your mindset that little moments
right then and there or the moment that
I discovered that you can make passive
income online I saw this book called the
4-hour workweek a nuzzle what and that
just just looking at that title changed
my belief my mindset escaped the 9 to 5
and I was like that was just a totally
different mentality and that that shift
in your mindset your belief can change
it all okay right now in this moment
there might be something right I might
say or do you might get an insight you
might read something in the book and
just by hearing something or some of my
city you might look you might look at
things in a different way that could
have a huge effect of your entire life
that's why I believe that you always
have to be in a state a positive
anticipation positive expectancy because
in any moment you never know when it's
gonna happen but something new might
trigger you that's why you might read
the same seminar but all of a sudden it
might be something that you missed the
first time that you hear it you're like
boom paradigm shift anybody have a
moment like that before by the way yeah
and maybe it's you know you watched a
video of mine I said something like but
ritual and you're like wow like it
totally made you change your mindset
your mentality maybe it was a shift
around the dabbler versus the master the
three levels of mastery
just hearing that that was a little
for you now understanding mastery can
change her entire life moving forward
okay so that's level one transformation
okay and each level goes deeper because
you can have a change in a belief or
your mindset but you but it can be
fragile and not unless you back it up
with action so it's like you have this
different belief but level two is next
little transformation is when you make a
decision or a commitment a decision or a
commitment you know you could read oh my
god the 4-hour workweek but it's not
until you decide hey you know what I'm
gonna start a business I'm gonna go for
it I'm gonna change my body right I'm
gonna become a vegetarian I'm gonna you
know change my life I'm gonna get into
self-development when you make that
decision you commit to something a
decision can change your entire life one
little decision as small as it might be
can have a huge impact on your life long
term okay so level one change your
belief in mindset level two you got to
decide you've got to make a commitment
level three is you have to back that up
with action because you can decide that
you're gonna change your life but not do
anything about it
you can decide that you're gonna change
your body but not step foot in the gym
you can decide yeah you know I'm gonna
I'm gonna build a business I'm gonna be
financially free but not take any action
towards it okay so it's not until you
take action your transformation goes
deeper which leads to level four results
when you take action every action you
take leads to results every cause has an
effect okay as little as it is that's
going to lead to some result now of
course little actions might lead to
little results the bigger actions might
lead to bigger results but when you take
action you're gonna get a results and
when you get results a lot can change
I'll give you guys an example I'll give
you guys a few examples I remember for
me I just
covered you could build an online
business I was like wow this is amazing
I remember going to a seminar and
talking about passive income and I was
like it was just so different than what
you learn in school right because in
school you're taught get good grades go
to university get a good job work till
you're 65 and then you can retire right
so that was like what's program to us at
a young age from your parents society
school and then almost I had this shift
that I was like wow you can build an
online business you could you can make
money online you can make money while
you sleep you can make passive income
you could retire early different
mentality I made a decision that I had
to build an online business right I made
a decision that I was gonna do whatever
took I was gonna learn I can invest in
programs whatever it was then I took
action to start taking action led to
results I remember the result that I got
that changed my life was when I made one
dollar online one dollar changed my life
because what that did is when you get
that result it actually reinforces your
beliefs even more it's like your mindset
even strengthens because I remember
achieving that goal and I was like wow
this is real it validated that this
actually works and even though it was
such a small amount of money the concept
of someone somewhere in the world who I
have no idea who it is
decided to buy my product or buy through
me and then I was gonna get paid for
that and I it happened you know without
having to actually call the person or
sell the person who's just a website
that did all the work for me that
changed my life but you can take action
you can get results but not have that
transformation sustains which leads to
level 5 which is consistency and
consistency is really consistent action
plus consistent results
so if you take action you get a result
great but not unless you keep taking
action you know and your consistent with
that will it lead to more results and
when you're getting consistent results
what happens is it leads to level six
which is a change in your identity now
your identity is who you are it's a
series of beliefs about how you define
yourself and so what happens is you
start getting results consistent action
and then how you view yourself shifts
your entire perception about who you are
it's like all of a sudden you went from
this concept that you could make money
online to your successful person because
you're consistently getting those
results you're an internet entrepreneur
at first you're a want rapprochement
entrepreneur and that's their identity
now it's like you define yourself you
tell people they're like oh what do you
do I'm an entrepreneur right before at
this point you can't really say that
you're an entrepreneur you're just
someone that's just looking to start a
business but when you get the results
consistently that changes how you view
yourself but the challenge is you can
change your identity by getting the
results but you got to sustain it and
that leads to level 7 and level 7 is
mastery which really is I can sort of be
conditioning and reinforcement
because the master that identity you
have to when you first build that
identity you have to keep doing the
actions and the results necessary to
reinforce that so we grow so get
stronger and a lot of people will they
they they you can get to a certain point
but if you stop taking action you're
stop being consistent with that then
you're gonna go back to where you start
you're gonna regress in their
transformation okay so let me give you
guys a few examples self developments
okay I discover self development I was
seventeen years old
discover Tony Robbins discovered this
whole world total shift in mentality I
made a decision
I was I was no longer gonna settle in my
life I was in the commit to mastery I
got rid of my video games my TV all
those things that weren't enhanced and
improving my life I started reading
books so I started taking action once I
started reading books and learning and
improving and doing rituals I got
results the results was my confidence
increased my self-esteem I felt better
about myself happier I started setting
new goals and eventually I was able to
you know attract better people in my
life and everything so I got results the
next level was consistency because at
first I was like doing things here and
there I did my ritual once every few
weeks and I wasn't consistent with it
and so that's kind of stuck until I was
consistent
once I was consistently doing those
things and consistently getting those
results then it shifted my identity
all the sudden who I was was I was this
inspirational person right I was this
motivational person I was a guy that was
in this self-development and how I
viewed myself and other other people
responded me to me as well because other
people were reinforced her identity
they'll be like wow you know you're so
inspirational you're so motivational you
know so much right so to reinforce that
and then I kept it going to mastery by
always learning always growing always
conditioning myself through those same
actions to strengthen this identity of
who I am ok makes sense I'll give you
another example in 2012 2011 2012 I made
a decision to change my body and I used
to be bi as an example
my body is fluctuated from as low as to
be 100
thirty pounds to up to 185 pounds so I
was always very very skinny and I was
always like played soccer and more
endurance types of things but I wanted
to change my body and gain muscle I was
able to gain some muscle went through a
journey with that but what changed for
me is I actually discovered a mentor and
he really shifted my beliefs in mindset
because one thing that he said is that
if you want to change your body you have
to have an event in the future that
makes today accountable so you said if
you want to change your body then set a
commitment 90 days from now they're
gonna run a marathon because when you
commit to that you sign up for that
marathon now you have 90 days today
becomes important and valuable because
because today is 190th of a piece of a
puzzle that if you mess up today that's
that's 190th of 90 days that you can't
get back and so he made me believe that
I needed to do a fitness competition now
I had lemony beliefs around that I'm not
a muscular person or anything like that
but I was more so wanting to do it for
myself you know to be my absolute best
not to compete with anyone else just for
me to be the best that I could be
physically so he shifted my mindset I
made the decision I was gonna in 2012
while I was gonna do was called the WBFF
which is a fitness modeling event that
they have all over the world and they
have different it's not like
bodybuilding it's more about being lean
and aesthetic and everything so I
committed to that I signed up I started
taking action I got a coach I started
working out consistently I started
changing my diet and then what happened
it was I got some results once I started
getting results then I was consistent
with it then what happened was the
results that I got got better so it's
like at first you know you start working
out but you don't really see much change
but when you're consistent with it then
what happens is you start to get leaner
you know your face changes you start to
see some vascularity sort of some
definition your muscle you see some
results on the scale you're taking
pictures of yourself you're seeing that
progress or body fat and everything that
shifted my identity and when I got the
ultimate result which was I actually got
up on stage in 2012 and I had to be in
front of this audience that people
called my name and I'd to walk out there
and do this look and I had to do this
pose you know in front of people and I
had my thirty seconds up there all of a
sudden my identity shifted all of a
sudden I was a fitness model all of a
sudden I was this fit person that other
people aspired to have the results that
I was after right so my whole identity
of who I was shifted my whole set of
beliefs about myself I started feeling
so confident about myself and you know
every morning it's like an addiction
because every morning you look in the
mirror and you want to see if you got a
you know how your abs look and and
things like that so my identity shifted
but the challenge was after the fitness
competition I didn't commit to mastery
right once I went through that process
you know I still working out and I was
eating well but I wasn't tracking my
calories I wasn't working with a coach I
didn't have that same level of standard
for myself so this identity weakened and
I started to lose some of the results
that I had because I stopped taking as
much action as my standards dropped and
then I I lost it identity so that's an
example of you go through this process
but unless you continuously condition
that and keep your standards high your
transformation can regress
