hey everyone this is stefan from
projectlifemastery.com today I'm excited
to be joined by my brother andreas Paul
Erdos and we're gonna talk a little bit
software that we developed called Cade
optimizer and we're actually just
relaunching it right now as key
optimizer 2.0 because we recently
revamped a software added many new
features to it and we're focused heavily
on the development of it so that we can
help Kindle publishers like you be able
to grow and scale up your publishing
business so andreas you want to maybe
sure with people you know you've been
handling the development side of k
optimizer do you want to share a little
bit about what it can help publishers
with and the main benefits and features
of it
yeah so the first version was designed
for what we realize now was for larger
publishers where if you had maybe 15 or
more books you can organize your books
in one portfolio and gather information
you know in regards to your ranking your
paid ranking if you have a potion your
free ranking ma during your review
average monitoring your reviews negative
reviews that come in your main keyword
in your title you know all the things
that when I was in the business or in
the business going through and
development of my books and growing my
portfolio it was time consuming for me
to go to Amazon and to search for that
information so I wanted that all
together in regards to that so you know
that's what we did with our first
launching and I wanted to be able to set
it up where I could I can monitor it
like with alerts and and certain key
points and try to find a way that would
be very quick for me that if I could go
to my portfolio I can see changes that
occur from one day to another and so
what we did is we launched that and we
found it you know that was great we got
most of the large publishers in the
business and subscribing to it because
they saw the value in that but if you
really help the people that were smaller
scale the ones that were just starting
out the business or maybe have
portfolios of five or ten or maybe even
15 they just didn't
valuing them so you know I'm going to
continue to develop products okay in
regards to the K optimizer I really
enjoy I want the Kate optimizer in its
long-term plan to be a centralized
software that handles everything for you
from organizing your portfolio to
marketing your products to doing your
research to put in your book together
and and because that makes my business
easier right and and gives me the
freedom to handle my portfolio a lot
easier and while doing that I have we we
have to constantly think about that
people are not in the same boat as me so
we want to make sure that we're going to
provide value for people that are cooler
skin you know their or maybe not as
serious as me and so we decided to do
the upgrade on Kay optimizer 2.0
focusing on the more general people more
general everybody publishing that they
can have its tool that would help them
go through the process that everybody
goes through in this business and that's
promoting their book with submissions
free directors currently most people
hire be ace and to submit to 50 plus
directories would take them an hour
maybe more and they would outsource that
to be ace for anywhere from three bucks
to six bucks so you can see that if you
have more than three books that you
might be promoting or four books and
maybe you don't want to have a VA maybe
it allows you the freedom of not having
that BA and save that money where we I
wanted to focus on creating an upgraded
version that would allow us to submit to
all directories and press releases
because I think that's gonna what we
have to do now we have to take another
step in marketing to get more networking
more exposure of our products so I
wanted to create a software that would
allow us to do that but really quickly
right and and very easily so that's what
what I focused on on the upgrade and
that allowed now every
who's in this business if they don't
want to do that part of the business
anymore themselves or they don't want to
pay their be ace to do it anymore in
regards to submitting the manually where
now you can pay them maybe a dollar and
it can go into your que optimizer and
submit your books so a new feature that
we're adding where we're giving people
more access inside became optimizer and
and and so that's what we focused on I
mean we have some bells and whistles in
there that we've added like tracking the
success of your of your free books so
that's something that we don't have now
we aren't able to go back and look at
the success rate graphically on our free
record like how did we do how well did
we do on our last promotion and in
regards to that so keeping that
information it allows us to to be able
to do that and to make you know be maybe
look at that research and make better
decisions moving for in regards to
promoting your new books so that's what
we that's what I've been focused on the
last couple months building that up
trying to increase the speed of the
software so we've done that and in
regards to that you know so basically
the mean that the promotion there's
actually two parts of it right there's
the submitting basically key optimizer
with only two click of a few buttons
while allowing you to submit your Kindle
book to I think there's only 30
different three websites that will miss
your book and promote it during when
your books on a free promotion so you
get more downloads more reviews for the
glocal rank that are on Amazon but we
also created that the press release tool
yeah so another powerful way of
promoting your book is by submitting
press releases and there's a I think 30
plus websites we have there as well that
will basically list your book on their
website and will help you know drive
more sales more commotion and stuff to
that as well so you know how many
website says P optimizer submits you
right now and you know you know what's
that process like how exactly there's a
work that it just submits to these
websites so it submits to 68
free websites seven-day 24-hour
directories and press releases you have
the option to click one button and you
can choose all the press releases and
another button and you select all the
seven-day 24 hours so you don't have to
do a press release if you know it's just
a click of one life it retrieves all the
data so basically when you upload your
book into the K optimizer in the
submission tool section it'll go on to a
drop down menu all the list of your
books and you just click on it up and it
will retrieve all fill in blanks from
Amazon the only thing that you would
have to add is the date of the promotion
if you are going to add any file for
instance and of course your press
release information and then you just
hit enter and less than a minute it will
store that guy on our server and and
then submit it to to the directories
according to their deadlines so then you
don't have to worry about it so
technically you could probably in one
day if you coordinate your KDP account
and all your in your your submissions
you can technically in one day submit
all your books for the month right so
that makes it much easier now the
feedbacks been fantastic from the beta
testers that I had and then we've opened
it up to all the existing users and and
feedback has been great so far they
managed to save so much time we've also
added a feature of our contracting so
KDP with ebooks they give you a kitty
piece allow that contracting and what
that is from the time of your
publication or the time you commit to
KDP select they give you 90 days and in
that 90 days you can either do a Kindle
countdown or a free promotion we're
gonna track that so you're gonna enter
those dates in the K optimizer so that
it will let you know when your next time
you're eligible for doing a promotion so
that kind of little thing helps people
you know keep track of their their books
when the next time upcoming
she's coming and we have alert for that
in regards to that so and then we have a
nice little graphical chart like I said
on each book that's going to keep track
of your data from paid addict free since
the moment you upload and that's
valuable because we want to make sure
that you can track and measure the
results of your promotions or marketing
and all that so they know the chart will
basically tell you you know your
bestseller ranking how well your book is
doing how its fluctuating and all that
which i think is a little key now I
guess one more thing to go over you know
one of the most original features we
added with the optimizer was the ability
to insert your book and then Kay
optimized will pull the data for the
book and you can set up alerts and
they'll just allow you to track manage
and optimize you know your books keyword
ranking your books number of reviews the
review a bridge you know the page
rankings all that sort of stuff why why
you believe managing all that
information is so important for
long-term success of your book well in
large part I think and this is where
we'll keep involving the can't optimize
it because I think that data spread over
time allows us to publish better books
and allow us to see maybe you know when
you're an experienced publisher after a
year for instance you haven't gotten a
breaks it down from month to month
you're going to be able to know what I
know in the sense that you know August
is not a good time to publish books
because people aren't reading books and
a lot of people don't know how to gather
that information and having that there
where we're tracking that information
you're gonna see that you have a bit
during that period you're going to be
better prepared for the next office ok
so if you're in this business long term
ok optimizer is going to continue to
evolve the next software upgrade that I
work on will continue to evolve in the
sense that you know this is long term so
if you're in this business long term ok
optimizer is going to continue to get
better to make your process easier to
publish and to continue to gather that
information ok not just the day to day
like a submitter tool but to be able to
gather that information and make bad
decisions in which markets to publishing
when to publish you know maybe you
experimenting with the K automatic
keeping track of your paint your free
rankings maybe the five days Sunday to
Thursday the norm that's been in this
business maybe your lawyer realized
because it's so easy to submit maybe
going in Sunday Monday and then Sunday
Monday the following week and etc etc is
gonna have more success for you you're
gonna have the freedom to be able to do
that a lot easier when you start
gathering that information so what are
some of the new upcoming features and
what people can expect on K optimizer
yeah so the K optimizer the next
software that I'm working on the next
upgrade is going to continue to provide
tools such as press releases or
descriptions or anything that's going to
make your process easier so you don't
have to outsource it so we're going to
continue to add features like that in
there we're going to continue to improve
keyword searches so that would probably
be a next one that we're going to be
working on helping people monitor and
track more than one keyword that
currently BK optimizer dust where you
can monitor ten possibly and giving you
ideas on keywords where you punch in one
and it gives you options to others so
you know the good thing is you and I in
this business for software is that you
know we don't have a sense of urgency
that we've got to beat the homerun on
this product for us we were about $5
we're about putting a product out that
are getting feedback from the consumers
and trying to make it better and I think
a lot of software is what the mistake
they do is they try to get a home run on
the big product and they give too much
too fast and what they've done is
they've given away their secrets and
give it away ideas to the next one to do
a better job I'm in this business long
term you're in this business long term
so to me you know having success I'm
looking at it as a long term back in the
end my end goal is to it's how every can
remember have
member and everybody outside want to go
to one web-based software where they can
do all their marketing
they can do all their put the rhetoric
or put their book together or whether
that's organizing in format in your own
book whether you know you got your
scription to later press to ship
everything is there and you can imagine
how easy that process will be the
publish and to manage your portfolio
where you don't need to go to Amazon
anymore you don't need to do your
research there you don't need to go
source the fiber and maybe one day we'll
be able to create where you can you can
render a look in that software and it'll
be much easier so that's sort of where
you and I are in the same agreement why
we do this because we're looking at it
long term and then we'll create value
continuously and and you know let the
feedback that I've got from the
subscribers that have been a chaos'
subscriber since we launched it and are
still subscribe today is that they're
confident that we're going to continue
to make a better and better product
continuously and there's not going to be
a lapse in that and they're excited for
that and they've been rewarded by you
know giving them now and I've created
software and now they'll have even more
value with the Kay optimism both so I'm
excited to have ki optimizer a build
with everyone and everyone to be able to
take advantage of it and benefit from
