energy like I'm like violet because last
week I just created my first of all you
yeah that feels so hot because I'm
trying to use forever and it just wasn't
getting done and just this week just
create done and I feel really good about

I still exercise every day I still
legally I still sleep like everything is
perfect and i don't think i need to you

challenges yeah i would say like just
listen to your body sometimes do like
for me if I want to work or I want any
things I'll do it and then if there's
time to run like oh I don't feel like
doing it I learned to stop resisting it
because I used to like push through log
everything I was like and I beat myself
up whenever else like not productive or
not doing what I wanted to do or say I
was going to do and everything and it
was a city downward spiral when you beat
yourself up all the time right now I
just like accept it like if today is not
a great day or the next few hours I
don't feel like doing anything and when
I just kind of like let go and I don't
have that resistance and I'll find
myself like a little while later I'll
get myself doing stuff again and more so
like just making it not making it wrong
like I used to make it so wrong to like
you nothing I just to make it wrong to
eat fat unhealthy food it was like I
beat myself Bob groups like this wrong
thing res now I just accept it and just
going you know to move on it I guess yes
yeah I forgive myself like one of the
challenges that I thought actually is
that like I took two weeks off train to
visit our second stuff and then now that
I go back I noticed that in a trade bait
I actually longer sleep tight and when I
sleep I would say I set up their top I
thought to wake up at five or six a.m.
i'm going we're going to 10 you know I
get up and i'm like so pissed off I'm
like you know i just took 10 hours in
nine hours and just got this
sucks i'm i got a grill people and what
I notice is that you know what i
shouldn't be for some uploaded because

recovery times mores and it doesn't
matter and i think i learned that from

I feel like I've been getting up so much

that I have that I want to do my
business so I always have all the stuff
that I want to do and if you like I just
want to get it down as fast as possible
so that i can just want a war things
more projects and all the sort of stuff
so i have heard and see to get stuff
done fast get stuff done now um I don't
like wasting time like a very efficient
like even I find like what I hate me
with certain people that are very slow
like I feel like I get frustrated fast
cuz I'm just like I just wanna like dude
it fast but this is do it now you know
like the other day house with my mom and
we're shopping by pillows
for my couch and for me like when I shop
and these sort of things I make
decisions fast but okay I like this all
sounds good the spy let's go right but
my mom and a salesperson it took it like
an hour two hours to do it because it
wanna make sure everything was perfect
the colours matched you found me found
like the right pillows but then they're
like still looking at more stuff and I'm
like no let's just get these these are
fine you know yes and so I find like I
just I don't know I think it's like in
my DNA like I just try to get things
done fast i try to move fast and i just
tried it i did not just hate myself that
way where you may be doing that of that
change what's up are you may be like
that before over that just change
everything um ticket developed it over
time ah maybe not contain completed in
really fast oh yeah if your games yeah
really fast like I type over a hundred
words per minute I know I was a fastest
typer in my school like a fast computer
everything I knew I think is fast I'm

going to go anywhere and that's what are

that you could fast in one project until
it finishes okay I'm very I like one of
my challenges is that either fast in
thousand different ah good i like

me yeah so that's what I'm one of my
challenges and I think that's what I can
notice to just focus on one thing and
just get up running and then move to the
next day yeah and I think it's like is
it's like it asset and some areas of
your life but other areas is not good

work ethic it's a good thing it's helped
me a lot even like when I go to the gym
I don't like to talk at the gym I'm not
they're socialized I've got my timer I
set my one-minute rest like I'm just
efficient with that you know but in like
relationships or other ears they were
like socializing didn't accept the
opposite approach you know you do not
want to be fast you want to just enjoy
the moment you know there's no goal or
destination or whatever yeah it's like
what's that about coming that's the
woman sex or something like that like
you want to enjoy it you know you're not
just trying to get it up fast oh no ok
so I think if you guys like balance it
you know like your own stuff for girls
friends like just you just kind of let
go on it's like a different states like
it's more enjoying it oh I guess I need
you take time off like if you're
traveling stuff just enjoying being
enjoy the scenery or enjoy you know
what's around you or breathing and stuff
like that I think sometimes when you're
like really focus working you lose that
you're not breathing you're not um maybe
you're not taking it as much as well so
I guess it is a balance of that it's
awesome yeah you just talked about the
competition I feel like I want to
consider this because i think i'm gonna
launch that's coming for me is this is
that because i won the class all right
it's like colors that because this
because I anything else it's going to be
just war steel like I have an exit the
bus survive and and I have like this
fear that i'm going to like good worse
than I did you know and then people that
I always happen doing so I couldn't have
this fear but I think it's
because I should actually get it oh yeah
so you're going and don't do it for that
like don't do it to win or I don't know
like do it for yourselves but I just
can't help them over there gonna so I go
to negative thank you whoa I do it yeah
it enhances all area every other area of
your life though you know your your
workouts are you are liking the same
maybe more intensity and everything so
it's not more time in a gym or like like
that is more so that
I find the structure to eating but I
find that when you're really disciplined
with your life like working out and
you're eating at everything it gives you
a lot of confidence it gives you a lot
of pride it gives you a lot of like this
power that helps me be successful in
every other end of your life like I feel
one thing my coach told me is that
people that work out consistently they
usually have every other area of their
lives together because the habit of
working out consistently consistently
the discipline of that translates to
other areas of your life so I thought it
for me it just helps any other of my
life when I'm on fire like that the
competition it makes your workouts and
everything more enjoyable I find you're
working out to like calls without this
yeah once all right you're like your man
we always want to have a goal and to
always achieve and leaped right yeah so
you're absolutely right how's your how's
your training on hey you good condition
everything well I do two weeks off but I
think overall I feel really good in fact
I've been actually a vegetarian for like
you know three four months so I eat a
little bit mute but I find my energy is
just shooting at Silverstone my mood is
so much better and like I just had
positive feeling towards others yeah I
feel so good about that and and my
training has completely changed like
before I was being bodybuilding now it's
almost like most of our to balance and
like a fast work and just punching bags
and I feel in a game like 80 filters
like oh how r away would you be are
competing you think why for work six
days it is I think so oh yeah it's the
cotton it's just the matter of a half
such a high expectation of myself and I
things met you go and wants to like be
better than others and fear of judgment
and fear of criticism so I think that's
coming up food which I need to just fish
it out if you you're the one to inspire
me to do the fitness competition like
you made me believe that I can do it
because i had like for me like I am lot
of steer around me because I
you myself look I'm a small guy anything
and I wasn't like his built yes and
these other guys I was like wow I can I
do this or whatever but once I went
through the process I realized like it
was really enjoyable like it was a lot
easier than I thought the competition
itself isn't it as big of a deal as it's
made out to be like everyone they're
like are awesome guys it was such an
awesome community backstage liking it
with all these guys and everything
there's some people that just aren't
even in good shape at all you know I
could compete right now just I can get
us like I would still do like ice
because I look good and everything the
way that I am now so you don't
necessarily have to be like maybe if you
want to win it or or because you want
your last one like and do that again
you're gonna have to you know take it to
that kind of level whatever but for me
I'm trying not to stress out during the
process I'm just doing it for fun doing
my friend jakers doing it so for me it's
just gonna be like a fun thing to just
get in great shape for the summer time
there's so much time like this one's in
July in July like it's more time that I
had been for my last one let me ask you
sniffing what you do wbff because this
is probably in vehicle so which is all
natural yeah so you actually compute
people who look like they've never taken
stairs to know like I actually have my

walk and they help you a little bit so
you're going to help like you have to
have with your peers what the hell are
they doing you actually help you learn
it so I really want to actually continue
I mdf personally but I 10 because I'm
left all factors in 2015 I'll be
obviously mute so right now is that six
years or so I'm still not much like
consider yeah for me it doesn't matter
what it is to be honest like I didn't
care about the competition haha okay I'm
more so like I just also want to get an
awesome shape for myself you know just
having a dead where I have an event yes
it's like the motivation i guess but
it's more so like I don't care what the
competition is it's just like I'm just
doing it for myself to get an awesome
shape you know and I'm just really
aspired to do that right now just
because I just remember like two years
ago when I did it and I got in that kind
of amazing sheep I just felt so good
about myself and so confident yeah I
remember youtube and like I remember cuz
i used to live with you when you're
doing it like you had such an awesome
state your waking up early in the
morning i remember watching videos that
you were doing we want a video that you
had to help you out a lot where you
showed like your your meals yeah yeah
your chicken breast like I glass gonna
stop laid out and for me like that I
know that to help me you did that
writing exactly things that you would be
look what's the well I'm just been
winners like this way like it's really
really really yeah yeah but when is it
that you initially gonna do it once my
man when is your competitions with july
26 okay i'm going to look into a bit is
the f-22 I was not
that's a long but it's like 45 months as
well maybe I could get that one hmm let
me know about that right now because
there's actually a few other ones too
