hey everyone this is stefan from project
life mastery com and welcome to my April
2016 monthly goals report where every
single month I give you guys a detailed
update on exactly where I'm at with the
goals that I set for myself at the
beginning of the year now as many of you
guys know this is an ongoing ritual for
me month after month year after year me
sharing my goals and doing these regular
check-ins and updates you guys know I do
this for several different reasons first
and foremost for accountability by me
publicly sharing my goals and committing
to something not just to myself but to
all of you guys as well it forces me to
step up it forces me to actually take
massive action and ensure that i follow
through on the commitments that i say it
creates pressure it creates drive it
creates motivation within myself and i
believe that everybody needs a form of
accountability whether it's doing things
publicly like I am whether it's having
an accountability buddy a coach a mentor
a mastermind group having something that
can help push you to demand more from
yourself than anyone else so I do it for
accountability I also do this for
transparency to share with you guys my
results the progress that I'm making the
successes and failures for you guys to
be able to go back and see the progress
that I've been making throughout the
years you know you guys can go back to
2012 my youtube channel on my blog and
see you know the actions the goals that
I had and the progress I've been making
and so hopefully you guys see from that
that that amazing things can happen when
you set goals when you take massive
can achieve amazing results and then
also to understand that it takes time
you know it doesn't happen overnight but
as long as you set your goals and your
consistent and you do a lot of the
things I'm sharing with you guys on my
youtube channel and you guys just keep
at it you know you guys can achieve what
you guys want in your life as well so
hopefully I can inspire you guys in this
process both of you guys are inspired to
set your own goals and do regular
check-ins as well because you know goal
setting is not enough you also have to
take action and measure your goals and
make sure that you're on track and then
if not make the necessary adjustments to
make sure that you're on track and
making progress towards what you want so
I do this for several different reasons
and I also enjoy the process of this

the progress that I've been making okay
so with that being said hopefully you
guys are taking action with your goals
hopefully you guys are checking in every
single month as well and make an amazing
progress with that being said I'm going
to pull up my goals that I set on my
blog here on my phone and I'm going to
read out each goal that I have listed
here and then I'm going to give you guys
an update on where I'm at with each goal
and like I said if you guys want to

alright so this is for April 2016 so the
first school that I had for the years of
financial goal I will easily make two
million dollars in revenue by December
31st 2016 now I had a really amazing
Month for April as well I'll give you
guys I'm let me pull it up here on
Evernote so for that month of April I
made 139,000 671 dollars and seventy
nine cents roughly maybe a few dollars
off but fantastic month it's a little
bit less than the month before and eight
in march in march i made 150 six
thousand dollars but i'm still somewhat
on track with this school i'm actually a
little bit behind because in order to
generate two million dollars in a year
that's about a hundred and sixty-six
thousand dollars a month so i'm a little
bit lower than that amount then that
average that I'm really after but
usually throughout the course of the
year for me I have certain months
they're really strong really high and
that's usually dependent on certain
projects I have going on maybe launches
or promotions or just certain times of
the year I'm expecting my income to go
up more at the later part of the year
and to have some bigger months to make
up for some of the lower months earlier
in the year especially when i launched
affiliate marketing mastery which is the
online training program i'm heavily
focused on and working on right now i'm
expecting that to be a huge success and
do really well for me as well for many
other people as well working very hard
on that also my amazon FBA business has
been growing the other businesses that i
have been growing i've been building
more of a team or systems more
operations more content all the things
that I'm doing is going to help
contribute to generating that goal of
two million dollars a year I also have
another self development program that I
want to focus on later on in the year as
well so for me you know I focus on that
outcome but I'm more focus on the
process oriented goals which are you
know finishing these different projects
that I have because I know that by
completing them that's what's going to
lead to me achieving that ultimate
outcome of generating two million
dollars in a year okay so that's what
I'm focused on if you guys want to see
more of a breakdown in the different
sources of income that I have go to the

you know I make money for everything
from my courses that I sell affiliate
marketing kindle publishing amazon FBA
coaching a lot of different streams of
income that i have and again i released
a course hopefully you guys got access
to it by now but as a branding free
course that I release that revealed the
seven proven online business models that
have made me an internet millionaire and
you guys can get access to that course

do is put in your email address there's
I think maybe nine videos there they
basically share all the different
business models as well as resources
that i put together for you guys as well
as tons of other content that i've
created throughout the years that can
help you guys build your own business
and just share different ways that i
make money online so make sure you take
advantage of that that will give you
guys a better idea of how i generate
this kind of money online and how I run
my business ok next goal let me pull it
up here I got to go back and forth i got
safari open and then I'm going back to
Evernote so it's a little bit of a delay
alright so the second goal that I have
is I'll usually have a 1.5 million
dollar investment portfolio by December
31st 2016 so for the month of April it's
actually a little bit less than it was
the month before i'm at around nine
hundred in you see exact number here
993 thousand dollars in my investing
account and that's just primarily in
stocks bonds reefs that I have ETFs so
that's a little bit less than the month
before which was 1.2 million not because
the markets gone down is because I've
been actually moving around some of my
the money that i have i had significant
amount of money as cash that was there
and they also do some some currency
exchange and so I kind of cashed out a
little bit on that and put it back into
my company also restructuring my company
right now because we just set up a
holding company called life mastery
holdings and I'm gonna be doing more of
my investing from that holding account
and so kind of complicated all stuff I'm
going through the lawyers and
accountants right now but basically
project like masteries now owned by a
holding company because a holding
company is a better way of investing
with and managing all the assets so
basically dividends are going to be
going up to the holding company the
holding company is going to be doing the
investments so I'm actually trying to
start selling some of the investments
that I have with project life mastery
and my overall portfolio has been up so
far this year because the market is
going pretty good it's pretty high so
selling some of those transferring it up
and then reinvesting with the holding
company so that's basically what's going
on there but and I'm going to achieve
the goal 1.5 million with it it's just
kind of temporarily moving around some
money a little bit okay third goal I'll
easily explore blind or new real estate
property by December 31st 2016 and if
the opportunity is right close the deal
so this is a goal which actually is been
a very challenging goal for me because
you know I already own a real estate
property as a rental property but I want
to invest in a place in downtown
Vancouver ideally you know a penthouse
or you know just a high-end luxurious
condo but the challenge is is that the
real estate market right now in
Vancouver is really really hot and it's
just ridiculously expensive everything
and so the price range of what I'm
looking for and the kind of place that
I'd want to buy is around three to four
million dollars so that's a lot of money
my plan is to put down a million dollars
as a down payment
but even then to borrow three million
dollars in the bank that's a lot of
money and typically you need to you know
have reported a certain amount of money
on your tax returns for several years in
a row consistently you gotta have to you
know obviously have really amazing
credit and there's a number of factors
that will contribute in them actually
loading you that amount of money so
right now for me you know you know i can
try somehow try to find a way to make
that work but I don't feel that the
timing is really right in buying a place
in vancouver right now just because the
market is just ridiculous and i want to
buy place downtown vancouver in a condo
ideally because I travel a lot and by
having an actual apartment downtown it
will give me the ability to rent it out
when I travel on Airbnb and have it
furnished and I also want to have a
place that be like a three bedroom as
well which is a lot more expensive
obviously in around two thousand plus
square feet as a three-bedroom will give
me the ability to have a more of an
office there as well and then actually
have my employees and you know i have a
two other people i work with in
vancouver actually having them come over
and work with me and have a better
environment for that so i'm looking for
a place like that and for me downtown is
the place to be in vancouver and ideally
my long-term goal is to be in vancouver
you know six months out of the year and
then travel the other six months out of
the year or maybe you also have a home
elsewhere in the world that i might
spend four to six months as well so it's
really just you know the process of you
know such a big decision right and it's
just making sure the timing is right and
you know sometimes you know you can't
let your emotions get involved when
you're investing in certain things like
this you have to use your logic and
logically it just doesn't really make
sense to buy right now so I've still
been looking I actually reached out to
two different mortgage brokers as well
because I want to get a better idea of
you know if I want to invest in a place
in this price range what you know how
much would have to put down how much
would have to be reporting on my tax
returns as well because most of the
money that I generates in my company
right my company pays me a dividend
every single year and I don't pay myself
as much as my company makes because then
I'd have to pay way more taxes
personally than a corporation does one
of the benefits of the corporation is
you pay a lot less money
axis so it's really just kind of mapping
out okay you know this is what I want
this is what it costs for what I want
and then just map you know the right
strategy that can help me get there and
if it doesn't happen this year that's
totally fine again I'm I'm patient I'm a
very patient well disciplined investor
so I'm going to take my time with this
one and still keep an eye out on the
market see what's available but who
knows maybe throughout the year there
might be a really amazing opportunity
that comes up I might be in a position
for it and then on the side if that time
comes so that's my that's my long way of
explaining that I'm still in the process
of this goal right now okay goal number
four is a business goal I'll easily have
at least a hundred thousand youtube
subscribers on project life master
youtube channel by december 31st alright
so let's see where we're at right now
okay eighty 9229 subscribers so really
awesome YouTube channel has been growing
month after month six to seven thousand
subscribers every month so really happy
to progress to be make them they're
definitely hit the goal of 100,000
probably the next two months or so so
pretty exciting for that um you know
100,000 subscribers is amazing also
actually a really cool thing that
happened on YouTube is that YouTube
reached out to me to invite me in their
partner program so once you establish
your YouTube channel a certain point
they reach out to you and they give you
a dedicated manager for your YouTube
channel so I now have a YouTube YouTube
manager i did a call with them guy that
works for google and youtube and he
basically he just helps me build my
youtube channel so you know he was able
to give me some good could advise
somebody had a little bit of back and
forth you know you helped me with a few
different things and it's just good to
have you know some of that you can reach
out to if anything goes wrong you have
questions you need help with anything so
it's and then that's been my experience
as well I mean even with facebook ads or
google ads or clickbank whatever once
you get to a certain level you know they
give you is someone that's like a
dedicated manager that can help you
build that area so that's a cool little
bonus thing that happened as well
because you know it just helps be able
to learn and get some feedback from
someone else as well okay next goal
okay number 50 easily have least a
hundred thousand facebook fans on
project life mastery fanpage by December
31st all right so a project life mastery
fan page has been slowly growing 67,000
likes right now the Stefan James my
personal fan page we've been marketing
promoting a little bit more I've got an
advertising guy that's been more focused
on the pay per click and running
facebook has to grow it that one's at
ninety two thousand fans and followers
so that's the one that's going to hit
the hundred thousand a lot faster the
project life master one that's just
slowly growing because we're not we're
not doing some advertising to that one
right now so we have a strategy in place
for it but I mean if it doesn't happen
with a project life mastery when it
happens with the steph and james 1 i'm
totally cool for that as well ok next
I'll usually have at least fifty
thousand instagram followers on the
project life mastery page by December
31st all right so instagram has been
growing month after month we are at
28,000 100 instagram followers on the
project life mastery instagram so happy
with the progress there a lot a lot of
the strategies i'm teaching for facebook
or youtube for the blog for instagram
even for twitter i'm actually including
a lot of these strategies my
step-by-step strategies inside my
affiliate marketing mastery course so
I'm really excited about that because
it's really forced me you know creating
this course is forced me to look at and
break down the exact strategies that
we've been implementing in our business
to help us grow and attract all these
followers to help promote my products
and brands and do affiliate marketing
and all the stuff that I do so I be able
to map out and break down all the tools
all the resources all the methods all
the step-by-step processes and including
that in the course as well so uh on
track with that which is awesome next
goal is I'll easily have at least 50,000
email subscribers I achieved that goal
last month and so my next goal is a
hundred thousand email subscribers I'm
at sixty three thousand email
subscribers right now so I had a huge
increase of ten thousand last month
which is pretty amazing so definitely
the marketing and the promotions all the
stuff that we're doing is paying off
really helping us
act a lot more people next goal is I'll
easily reach an impact at least three
million people on YouTube in terms of
use and have a total of six point five
million views on YouTube by December
31st so these are kind of like
contribution goals you know I want to
reach this many people and and really
impact a lot of people and where I'm at
with that right now keep hitting the
wrong button because I've got whatsapp
and Evernote right next to each other
and they're both green icon so I keep
hitting whatsapp by mistake okay so in
the month of April 373,000 views on
YouTube rat 4.9 million total views on
the YouTube channel so making progress
which is great really happy most at five
million views which is pretty amazing
and really with YouTube and the blog
which is the next school things go up
and down you know it's like one month
it's up you know it's maybe down by ten
twenty thousand there's so many
especially because I have hundreds and
hundreds of videos on YouTube now and
same with my blog as well there's always
different changes and fluctuations that
are happening with it but overall as
long as like the overall trend is like
this that's the most important thing ok
the next goal is a blog goal now easily
reach an impact at least 2 million
people in project life mastery com terms
of unique visitors and we're okay we're
at 110,000 unique visitors last month
for April which is pretty cool total of
four hundred and thirteen thousand total
unique visitors to the blog or so far
this year so that was actually similar
to last month in in March the month
before that we've seen a huge increase
and I think it's just primarily some of
the strategies I've been implementing
you know even improving the SEO of the
blog some on-page SEO doing a little bit
more off page SEO you know basically
providing more quality links to the site
because those are the things like Google
in the search engine love continuously
from creating high-quality content we
started transcribing the videos as well
so for every view tube video that I'm
creating we use our review com Rev com
we pay to have a transcription made some
of the transcriptions cost
we need to up to a hundred bucks per
video that I'm creating so there's a big
cost of that but by having a transcript
there a lot of people have enjoyed that
because they just want to read along and
they can you know just read the contents
of watching the video or listen to a
podcast but also that helps my my blog
and my content rank better in the search
engines so there's a lot of long tail
keywords that people search for in
Google in the search engines that you
know they're searching for they'll find
my content they'll find my blog and they
can eventually become a subscribers so
that's kind of the overall strategy with
that it's making some of those
investments to put out tons of content
and actually having the transcripts and
you know implementing this SEO strategy
but long term it's going to help project
life mastery grow and attract a lot more
people all right next goal where we at
ok I'll easily publish at least 150 new
video blogs on YouTube and project life
mastery so where we at with that is we
did 23 video blogs for April which is
pretty cool 91 total so 91 out of 150
definitely been on track with that goal
definitely this year so been putting out
tons of content a little bit it's still
shy of one a day which was aiming for
from March I was close to that I was
like really up in my game with videos
and stuff but you know it's not that
easy to do it that way you know as long
as I can still strive for one you know
new video or piece of content every day
that's ideal but you know I understand
it you know sometimes I'm traveling
sometimes need days off and things like
that as well so as long as overall you
know I'm on pace for that goal I'm happy
next goal Oh easily launch key optimizer
two point oh so we launched that back in
January we're working on some new we've
got a bunch of new changes 4k optimizer
for Kindle publishers which is a
software for Kindle publishers right now
that's in beta testing right now we've
got an HTML description editor for
amazon and kindle the press release tool
we're improving that massively so
there's a lot of cool improvements our
program or my brother was away on
vacation for a little bit so they're
back at it working on
it so hopefully actually I think we'll
actually maybe have an update with that
maybe sometime in May next I'll easily
relaunch key mastermind help publishers
grow their their publishing business at
six figures haven't had a chance to
focus on that one yet always they
created launched a new self development
program not focus on that yet right now
either I will usually create a launched
a new online business training program
help people make money online all right
so that's the big goal that's the big
goal that I've been focused on for most
of April I committed to as part of my
100 a challenge I said that I was going
to have this new program this new course
launched by july nine been putting most
of my time and focus on that i've still
been doing some other stuff but that's
like that's that's where eighty percent
ninety percent my focus has been is
creating the content the entire program
for affiliate marketing mastery and i
already released in april what that
program is going to be about going to be
me teaching affiliate marketing how to
build an online business as an affiliate
i'm going to be sharing the way is to
build an online brand is well on youtube
a blog Facebook Twitter Instagram social
media share how to attract people tell
you how to promote and market and I've
already mapped up the entire outline for
it and I also decided to do something
different as you share the progress
share you know what I'm doing what I'm
working on and the whole progress and
the steps that I'm taking that create
the program so that when it becomes
available you guys can actually
participate help me create it actually
follow on see everything that I've been
doing it created and participate along
the way as well so it's been a really
it's been a beast of a project i'm not
going to lie i'm working on it every day
you know it's just the weekend saturday
i was working on the weekend on it you
know recording videos just totally
immersing it right now just focus on
critic content the logo we're getting
that finalized as well um but you know
creating all like map and all the
contents one thing but then also
recording it as well and then I've also
got as I'm doing that I got someone else
that's editing it so I'm paying my
editor to edit all the content getting
everything transcribed all the you know
because I it's gonna be videos it's
gonna be slides it's going to be PDF
report summarizing and transcribing
everything
and then everything's going to go into
the website so there's a big process
usually takes me like three months to
actually create a program and it's like
totally immersive focus um you know I
don't cheap out on programs I my
standards are quality are very very high
and if you guys have bought key money
mastery or my other programs morning
Mitchell master you'll see the quality
of it and how much time and energy and
just the quality of that and so the
quality of this program should be much
better than anything I've done already
just because I've learned so much
throughout the years of teaching people
and helping them and and improving
things and stuff so this is I'm really
proud so far how everything's been going
right now I'm still in Santo Domingo
Dominican Republic and I'm just in a
place on Airbnb in the city and I've
just purely been in focus mode i'm not
going the beach i'm not going out having
fun or anything like that i'm just
purely focus massive action to get the
content done before i travel i'm
probably gonna go to Puerto Rico next
but you know right now it's just make
them that sacrifice you know sometimes
you're going to make that sacrifice and
and lock yourself an apartment and just
take massive action towards a goal till
is finally done and completed and when
you do that you feel so good about
yourself because you know that you did
something that's high leverage an
important thing they're going to be
proud of for many many years it's going
to impact thousands of people and change
people's lives so I take this very
seriously what I do and just the whole
creation of this program this process
and so making that sacrifice right now
but it'll be worth it in the end because
it's going to be a big goal I'll be able
to cross off the list and be really
happy about okay next goal is easily
create and launch the new life mastery
toolkit so this was the free course that
I already created and launched I
achieved that last month and that's
project life mastery com / free course

alright next goal is it launched two new
Amazon products by using the amazing
selling machine for me amazon FBA
business launched one so far this year
haven't started the next one yet I've
been more so focused on doing some
marketing and systems for life master
and nutrition which is my supplement
company and I've already got an idea of
what my neck
product or two are going to be but I'll
probably focus on that a little bit you
know sometime this summer you know again
my focus right now is more on the
affiliate marketing mastery so haven't
really been thinking about it as much
okay next goal is out easily be making
least ten thousand dollars per month on
Amazon through amazon FBA selling
physical products so really awesome news
my business has been growing life
mastery nutrition we're at around eighty
five hundred dollars for the month of
the month of april so made big progress
is there around six thousand a month
before now up to eighty five hundred
dollars i'm actually creating a youtube
video sharing more cuz i did a youtube
video last year sharing how is making
twenty-five hundred dollars a month so
this one's going to be on eighty five
hundred dollars and how I've been able
to grow the business insurance some of
the strategies and and and how to build
an amazon FBA business so really happy
with that especially because again like
the amazon FBA is like part times you
know it's a couple hours a month that i
have time to even think about or even
focus on it because i'm so busy with
like the 30 other goals that I have here
so I'm happy to progress one big win has
been having someone work in that
business for me part time and do some of
the things that I just don't have time
to do anymore my time has just become
more valuable that it just doesn't make
sense for me to do those things so I'm
or you know one thing I always preaches
to work on the business not in the
business I'm working on the business and
I'm kind of like the you know the
contractor is overseeing things and I'm
trying to help utilize my team and other
people to focus on and do certain things
for me so a lot of the strategies we've
been implementing is worked and again
it's just slow and steady progress you
know it was slow at the beginning and
just you know it's always slow at the
beginning of any business but as long as
you keep at it things grow and you know
over several years it's going to be a
big business next I'll usually hire
someone to run my Amazon business we
achieved that last year or last month Oh
easily hire an SEO person on my team to
help SEO optimized my blog achieve that
goal as well last month okay let's go to
health and fitness goals I'll use a
complete compete in tough mudder and
whistler by june thirtieth so that's
booked for june twenty-fourth in june
twenty-fourth of june eighteenth ax
mighta got mixed up but
spoked in June in Whistler right now
formulating a team right now really
excited for it I've been training every
day every day doing my cardio and then
also going back to the gym to do weights
so been getting a lot of great really
good shape as well in the process which
I'm happy about definitely a very
feeling very confident about that goal
next goal is to complete a 15 day juice
fast haven't focused on that yet they'll
probably a little bit later in the year
travel lifestyle and personal
development goals I'll usually travel
for at least three months in the process
of thats actually been three months now
so i actually achieved that goal so
that's another goal to knock off the
list obviously travel in a 10 a
brotherhood mastermind trip so
brotherhood is an exclusive mastermind
group i'm a part of you got to be a high
income earner to be a part of it and be
referred into the group so I'm yeah I've
got a trip to the Grand Canyon coming up
in May here so right now I'm inmates at
the end of the month we're going to
Grand Canyon we're hiking kayaking it's
going to be like a bonding mastermind
business trip so looking forward to that
Oh easy a 1020 Robbins business mastery
by December 31st so I've taken action
towards this I just signed up last in
April for business mastery in August in
Las Vegas it's my first $10,000 seminar
investing $10,000 in the seminar but
again I always tell people it can't be
afraid to invest in yourself you can't
be afraid to you know anything that will
improve your life or improve your
business you got to go for it and and
that you know practicing what I preach
I've invested in tons of coaches and
mentors and seminars thousands and
thousands of dollars on myself tens of
thousands if not over a hundred thousand
dollars on myself over the just over the
last few years alone but this is
definitely the biggest investment and
one chunk that I've ever done so pretty
excited for this because I think I'm
ready for it and a lot of this stuff i'm
going to learns can help grow project
like mastery add more value and take
things to the next level Oh easily
attend date with destiny with my
girlfriend December 31st so that usually
happens in December so having
or plan that yet I'll usually read at
least 20 books by December 31st think
I've read eight so far let me just
double check okay yeah ebooks total just
finish the book in April the compound
effect I read the book first time mutter
which is a book that first time cough
matter so basically had some good tips
on how to train and prepare for tough
mudder right now I'm reading the book
ask Gary Vee by gary vaynerchuk and it's
basically a compilation of his
askgaryvee show where he answers a lot
of questions about social media
marketing and business so that's a
