hey guys Stefan here from project life
master calm it's the first week of march
two thousand fourteen and I'm gonna
share with you my results from
february2014 and this is going to be a
goals update progress report so at the
beginning of january 2014 i made my
shared it with everybody i just put it
out there and i think i have 20 27 goals
25 27 goals something crazy like that
i've added more to it since but i've
made it into a ritual now to share with
you guys every single month my progress
and each of the goals that i have so
that you can see what goals that i'm
making progress towards what whatever
goals i'm succeeding in or achieving but
also the failures the shortcomings the
challenges that i have along the way as
well and i find that i get a lot of
benefit by doing this by sharing this
with you guys because it helps me to get
back on track get focused again on my
goals make sure that I'm making progress
but also helps me analyze and assess and
measure where I'm at and I think that's
one of the most important lessons that
you can take away from this video and
what i'm doing here is to make sure that
when you set your goals the works not
done yet the works just beginning and
you gotta take action towards them but
also measure yourself on a consistent
basis you have to always be looking at
your goals and seeing okay you know what
am i doing well what am I not doing well
what am i learning from this and make
sure that you get yourself back focus so
that you can achieve what you actually
set out to achieve in the first place
okay you don't want to set a goal just
for the sake of setting a goal you want
to set goals to achieve them and make
them happen and hopefully this video can
also inspire you in some way and give
you that lesson and hopefully you guys
can learn from some of the challenges or
whatever I'm going through in my life so
I'm going to hammer through the goals
right now I'm going to pull them up here
on my phone I get a blog post in a video
that I'll link to you for you guys if
you want to see the original post that I
did at the beginning of the year so you
can see my goals and everything but I
did my January update as well so make
sure that you look back and you can see
the progress that making month by month
and the lessons of them learning the
changes that are making in my life
okay so i'm going to share with you guys
um like I've got pulled up here in my
last month's gold report because I want
to be able to compare last month sorry
january two februari right now we're in
March but I want to be able to have that
comparison so that I can even see my
progress as we go okay so the first
school that I set for this year was that
I will easily be 160 pounds at six
percent body fat and compete in the wbff
on july 26 2014 wbff is like a fitness
modeling competition I basically want to
get really lean put on some more muscle
and look really good for that I did two
years ago one of the best things ever
did now where I met with that so first
where I was last month with that was I
was and by last month guys I'm talking
about January because of getting a
little bit confused this is for this is
for februari even though we're in March
right now but I'm referring to January
in February so in January I 151 pounds
151 point seven pounds at around eight
percent body fat and now for februari
the end of februari I'm unfortunately
around the same I feel like I haven't
really made too much progress in my
weight ok so my weight is very similar
my body fat seems very similar to where
I was the month before and it's kind of
it a little bit frustrating to know why
that is because I've been putting in a
lot of effort I've been working out
really hard my diets been really good
and consistent in everything and right
now just talking to my coach and
everything and we're kind of assessing
things and switching things up and
trying different things and everything
but it's almost kind of getting to the
point where I've kind of plateaued in
some ways where that last bit of body
fat is I'm having a hard time getting
that off so we're trying different
things I feel like I do look better
though than I was the month before just
when I compare myself in the mirror and
take pictures of myself and everything
and I think that um you know like
January what happened was I came back
from a trip you know I was in Bali I was
in California and everything and so I
wasn't my diet was I wasn't able to
measure it was able to track every Cal
stuff because everything that i was
eating was eating out and i was just
doing a totally different workout then I
was then I'm doing now I wasn't working
out in the gym when I was in Bali
whereas now I am so i think that there's
kind of been a little bit of it's kind
of been hard to measure compare what i
was doing before in bali because i don't
have the exact tracking of how much i
was eating the food intake and
everything also since i've been back for
februari i start taking creatine and
some other supplements and everything
and getting to a more consistent eating
rhythm and I know it's creatine you
retain more water and everything so
maybe there's a lot of stuff going on
like that now the wait it's an
interesting thing getting so attached to
your weight because for me the weight
isn't as much important to how I look
you know so you can look you know better
at one weight or worse because your
water intake all that's kind of stuff
fluctuates and changes so overall though
in that area i feel like i've been i've
been taking crazy action towards that my
diets been really good it's just making
those little tweaks now to find out what
i need to do to get that last bit off so
i can get down to six percent body fat
and then so I didn't start putting on
that muscle mass and make progress
towards that so that's where I'm at with
that my workouts have been intense
they've been great I've had people ask
me about my workouts about my eating
what I'm doing there so i'll probably do
another video blog to share with you
guys that but that's where i met with
that one and by the way i'm also going
to have a natural blog post that goes
into everything more detail ok this is
just going to be a quick video i'll try
to be quick but i'm just going to run
through everything but the blog post has
everything more in detail broken down so

read this more in detail ok goal number
two in my health area was that i will
easily complete a 7 to 10 day cleanse
using the total wellness cleanse by
december 31st 2014 no progress made on
that yet that's more a gold i'm gonna
focus more on more during the end of the
year ok finances i will easily be making
thirty thousand dollars per month
consistently by december 31st 2014 ok so
last month was a big month for me um i
made 29
532 dollars in my business all my online
businesses internet marketing and
everything that was during January
February turns out to be the biggest
month I've ever had in my life I'm still
kind of in disbelief with it I had my
bookkeeper send me the info and my
income and all I kind of stuff and I had
to go over it because I didn't believe
it you know I didn't really believe I
knew it's gonna be a big month februari
but I didn't believe how much of a jump
that I made but during februari i made
over 42,000 dollars in my online
business and everything and the most
that i've ever made before in a month
has been thirty thousand dollars to so
to go from the month before 29,000 to 42
thousand dollars just just blows it
blows me away you know so I'm really
grateful for that there's a few things
that that change and it kind of
influenced that that big increase of
earnings and I'll document that more on
my blog and share with you guys the
different sources that I have of making
money online and everything if you want
to know more about it but I think
actually even just like I've been doing
a lot more coaching I know that's one
way that I've you know where's the month
before january i don't think i had as
many clients as februari but i've
noticed that since i started sharing
these video blogs and just being
transparent and i'm moving into a
penthouse and my life and people have
you get you guys have seen that have
followed me my transformation from here
to there you know from you know it's
making money before i was doing really
well before but it's just scaled up on a
massive scale to where i am right now
and i think a lot of people have been
inspired by that and a lot of people
have been hiring me for coaching or
wanting to work with me or an investing
in my course and wanting to learn from
me which has been really cool so i think
that this transparency and just sharing
with you guys has just inspired people
to want to change and do some of the
stuff that I'm doing which is really
cool so I'll have more of an in-depth
blog post that goes into all that stuff
more in detail but yeah that's that's
just a bit a massive thing for me and
also the goal that I have for the year
just a reference that is if you'd make
it 30 k a month consistent
a month after month so I don't really
care if i make it you know more than
that just one month I want to be making
it consistently and so that's why I'm
going to continue to keep that goals
because I want to make sure that I'm
consistently making that money I don't
want to just make a bunch of money one
month short term income from coaching
whatever it might be I want to build
assets in my business you know little
products or courses or even a blog
posted videos an asset that can make me
money for years to come it can make me
passive income and that's the mentality
that I have with making money online so
that it's consistent it's just not a
spike in the moment but it's going to be
a consistent stream of income and
revenue for years to come all right guys
the next goal was I'll easily have saved
at least a hundred thousand dollars by
December 31st 2014 so january i think
goes around ten thousand dollars that i
had saved februari I've been able to see
so much more just because my business
expenses are really really low my
lifestyle expenses are way higher than
my business expenses because when you
run an internet business I mean what are
the expenses you know hosting and domain
name and maybe a little bit of
advertising here and there and
everything the biggest expense I have my
business right now is my support team I
hired an amazing customer support team
that handles all the emails that I get
because I'm trying to I get hundreds of
emails every day guys and I just can't
spend two hours responding to those
emails because it takes away my ability
to create content to create these video
blogs and be able to serve you guys at a
better level so I've got a high quality
customer support team that I pay fifteen
dollars an hour do an amazing job but
that's the biggest expense that I have
right now in my business but for the
most part most of my expenses are more
lifestyle related you know my apartments
traveling and doing fun things and just
really enjoying my life as well but
being able to save money is a huge
priority for me and if you watch some of
the other videos that i have and i
talked about how to manage your finances
and stuff i go into that and how you
want to make sure that you're smart with
your money and you manage your money
because that's more important than how
much money that you make because you can
make a low amount of money but if you
good at managing it they're going to be
setting yourself up the right way for
success
I know people that make a lot of money
but they just spend it all they don't
actually save or build their net worth
in any way anyways where am I on
februari I've saved over forty thousand
dollars total for this year so I've been
able to save a significant portion of
money it's just sitting there in my
business right now so that's where i met
with that okay so next goal was I'll
easily have published at least a hundred
video blogs on project life mastery by
December 31st 2014 so I've I counted
earlier i think it's around 17 that have
posted so far for january-february
posted a few more in march which i'm not
counting it's about 17 so far and still
got a lot more to go with that but I
feel like I'm making progress towards it
I found it to be challenging at times to
do the videos as consistently as I would
like because i have so many other
projects going on and so many other
goals which i'm gonna get into but
nonetheless i've been having a good
ritual of at least two to three times a
week releasing video blogs on different
areas but there's so much more I want to
do with that and I'm just I love
creating these videos for you guys it is
a lot of work and everything but I
definitely do enjoy it and I'm going to
definitely make sure that I push really
hard to achieve that goal and I want to
do more now early on then later because
I don't like leaving goals to the last
minute I don't want to have December
roll around I have to do like 30 video
blogs in that month I'd rather get the
bulk load of it done now do all the
videos and stuff that i can now in the
video blog so that will be easier by the
end of the year and then if I exceed
that goal then that's great and so
that's just how I think as well with
goals I don't like to leave things to
the last minute try to get things done
as soon as possible okay guys next goal
is I'll easily launch my new
money-making course by May first 2014 no
progress made on that whatsoever focus
on other projects right now that are a
little bit more priority before i get
into that so that goal most likely is
going to be delayed but it's still
definitely a goal for this year that i
will achieve but it won't be achieved by
me
