hey what's up welcome to my crib here in
Panama City today I'm gonna give you a
tour of my apartment in Panama and show
you how I live and what it's like living
here in Panama

okay so the first thing I got to show
you is this incredible view if you've
never been in Panama City before you've
always wondered what it looks like then
I'm gonna show you this incredible view
Panama for almost two years now and I'm
originally from Vancouver Canada that's
where my fiancee Tatiana and I are from
but the reason why we moved to Panama is
we've always wanted to travel we've
always wanted to live in a different
part of the world we both have online
businesses that give us the freedom and
the ability to travel and so that's why
we're here
and we actually kind of live here in
Panama about half the year and then the
other half of the year we travel so so
far like last year we travel to eighteen
countries and then we get tired of
traveling we're back here in Panama or
we also spend some time in Los Angeles
as well but this right here is Panama
City so it's really beautiful very
modern city very developed and
westernized
I love this view and at nighttime it's
incredible and then of course we've got
the ocean here which is also beautiful
and then over here is a man-made island
the people that put together the Dubai
man-made Islands also put this together
as well but right now the weather is
perfect here in Panama they do have a
rainy season and usually that time I
kind of travel around but the weather
all year round is amazing so I love just
being in a tropical climate a different
culture than North America is and so
it's a lot of fun being here okay so
let's continue the tour and by the way
this is where I spend some of my time in
my morning ritual I like to read out
here journal out here and just enjoy
this incredible view sometimes I take my
laptop and work out here as well now one
thing I do got to mention is that I do
not own this apartment I got to be total
full disclosure with that this is a
furnished rental so the furniture is not
even mine because we travel so much we
just kind of rent furnished rentals at
different times and this is just a
really incredible place that actually
has a lot of space to give you an idea
this is the entire floor that we rented
this is 5500 square feet which is pretty
much the size of a house
if you recall from my last pen toasters
of where I lived in Vancouver Canada to
give you an idea those ones are about
2,000 square feet and so this is almost
three times the size of any other
apartment that I lived in before and
it's insane it's four bedrooms it has a
maid's room has a theater room it has an
office it has it's just ridiculous I'm
gonna show you guys around so this is
one of my favorite spots this here is
the the living room and this is where I
film a lot of my videos lately just
because there's a lot of great natural
light which I love makes it really great
for filming although there is quite a
bit of an echo so it does make a little
bit more challenging for filming
sometimes in a place like this if you
follow me along here this is kind of
like another living room area this is
this this here is actually a poker table
which is pretty cool so I can have some
friends over play some poker this is a
lounge chill area with the TV so really
cool to hang out here sometimes don't
really use all the space of this place
and part of the reason why we rented a
place like this is because Tatiana and I
we travel so much most often we're like
renting you know hotels and kind of
smaller Airbnb is when we travel and it
actually becomes a little bit
challenging when you both work from home
and you're around each other 24/7 and
you know having that extra space for
your office space or filming in
different locations all of that is
actually really useful for us and so
that's why we kind of rented a much
bigger place this time around so come
follow me here this is a dining area
never sat here before once and then this
here is the kitchen so cool thing about
Panama is it you can typically get more
bang for your buck here then you know
other parts of the world it's still more
expensive compared to other parts of
Central America but you know everything
here is US dollar as the currency and so
typically things are a bit cheaper
though specifically labor and so here
this is our kitchen
and we actually have a personal chef
that comes three times a week which is
really awesome makes really incredible
food both tatianna night tatianna and I
have really high standards for health so
it's really great having that and then
we also have a cleaner that comes three
times a week also so little things like
that you know even living in an
apartment like this it'd be so much more
expensive if we were in Los Angeles or
Vancouver so that's just kind of another
perk that you get being here in Panama
is you can actually typically have a
higher quality lifestyle than you could
in in North America and then here is one
of the guest bedrooms having my brother
coming to visit me pretty soon so here's
one room for guests if you follow me and
this here is the theater room Tatiana
and I spend some time here watching some
of the shows we enjoy on Netflix
watching some great movies it's got a
projector which is cool and so it's
really nice when everything goes dark
here and put down the blinds and you can
watch some some movies and some shows
okay if you follow me here these are
additional guest rooms now one of these
rooms we actually kind of made our
meditation room and it's this room right
here and so here in this room what I
have here on the floor is my pee EMF mat
which stands for pulsed electromagnetic
frequencies this is a mat that I lay on
and it has a lot of great health
benefits to it it helps your red blood
cells kind of separate and charges them
with electrical energy and I do my
meditation here read the Bible here
reading books here sometimes we do
coffee enemas which sounds disgusting
that's really good for your health and
so this is kind of a quiet zone where
he's gonna chill and relax here and I
love these inspirational quotes surround
yourself with the dreamers and the doers
and the believers the thinkers but most
of all surround yourself with those who
see greatness within you very true okay
follow along and here is another guest
room
so one important thing that I want to
mention is that often times you might
watch a video like this on YouTube and
the reason why I'm sharing this with you
guys I'm being transparent in this way
is to hopefully inspire you to show you
what's possible I know that there's some
people out there they might see
something like this and it triggers an
insecurity within them where it makes
them feel uncomfortable it makes them
feel insignificant and that's not my
intention at all in fact for me I
remember when I was trying to build my
business and pursuing success when I saw
other people share their lifestyle and
show what's possible then that was
shifted belief in me to show me that if
they can do it then I can too
and so it's providing new possibilities
and that's really what I want to
demonstrate here for you is that living
in a home like this is possible it's
achievable if you work hard if you
commit yourself to self-development if
you build a great business if you add
value and contribute beyond yourself
then money and success will follow that
as a by-product and one important thing
I also want to mention so this is the
bedroom one other important thing I want
to mention is that even though it's
great to live in a place like this and
you might be inspired by it don't fall
into the illusion or the delusion that
living in a place like this is gonna
make you happy it's not having more
success having more money isn't really
gonna impact your happiness that much
happiness has not come from your
external world it comes from your
internal world your gratitude your
spiritual life always putting God first
humbling yourself to God and knowing
that all of this is only possible
because of a higher power and having
appreciation from that not losing
perspective and just chasing success and
money and significance and and building
your ego to really believe that that's
going to lead to any happiness and I
want to share this with you because now
that I got your attention in a video
like this and maybe kind of grabbed you
in a way by showing something that most
often kind of feeds the ego I want to
let you know that's what's more
important in your life is your
connection to God what's more important
than having a great home like this or
having money is their health and your
physical well-being what's more
important than a place like this is
their mental and your emotional
well-being what's more important in a
place like this is your relationship and
your
your friends and love and that's what we
all really want to keep down inside and
so yes pursue success and find ways that
you can grown and prove yourself an add
more value and you'll be rewarded from
that by you know making money because
people will pay money for your products
or services and the value that you
provide but along the way don't forget
to put everything in perspective and
realize what really matters the most and
so I want to plant that in you and just
kind of share that with you because I've
lived in penthouses I've traveled the
world I've lived a luxurious life but
I've also trained myself to not be
attached to the material and perform and
that's why for me I put everything in
perspective by often volunteering going
to Kenya Ethiopia Ecuador El Salvador
Nicaragua and volunteer to build houses
and schools and to live like the locals
and when I'm around that guess what they
do not have a home like this they don't
even have access to the Internet like
you and I do and yet they're happy
because they have gratitude they have
love they prioritize their family verses
I know people that have a lot of money
and they're depressed and they're
miserable so don't lose perspective of
that bedroom okay I digress this is the
bedroom here we have our bathroom we've
got a walk-in closet amazing view all
around again it's all the whole floor
everything's 360 and let me now share
with you my office this is where I work
most of the time although I kind of
changed it up quite a bit and work in
different spots but this is the office
here and we kind of have you know a
bunch of stuff here in Panama and
storage when we you know come to live
here and everything like that otherwise
everything else like I said is furnished
and we'll be here half the year then
we're off again traveling the world and
living in different parts and there you
have it hopefully enjoyed this tour of
my apartment here in Panama City
