what's going on welcome back to my
channel on this video we're gonna talk
about music I love music and it's what's
really funny as I've never really talked
about music on my You Tube channel at
least I don't think I have even about
making or putting music on your YouTube
videos and getting music that is
actually legal to use and free ways to
do that I'm going to show you some
recommendations that I have what most
people do and a really easy way to get
free music for your videos on YouTube or
whatever you want to use the music it
doesn't really matter and then I'm also
going to give you my highest
recommendation towards the end of this
video but let's go ahead and just jump
in here so one of the very first and
most obvious ways to get music for your
videos is to use the YouTube audio
library which is just like right there
in your dashboard of your YouTube
account you can just come over here and
then start listening to the different
tracks and different things so what I
have to add the music after you upload
your video what you can do is you can
just browse through the audio library
and download the music to your hard
drive and use it while you add it your
videos okay before you upload it to
youtube so this is really cool now the
the way to get here is just to go over
to your YouTube channel I have this is
the the new studio YouTube beta but what
you can do is just come right down here
where it says other features and then
there's gonna be a little like a little
menu or a little window pops out and
then you're gonna select audio library
from that little menu here a little
shortcut there and that'll take you over
to this page now let's go ahead and
preview some of these just come over
here and just click on a little play
button and then a music just begins

okay I'm going to show you the most
recent tracks that have been uploaded
and all that stuff and what's also cool
is they actually have sound effects that
you can use in your videos so if you're
editing your videos you're looking for a
particular sound or something like that
then just come over and click on the
sound effects tab and then after you do
that you can just type in like a keyword
or something on or like laser or
something like that let's go ahead and
enter that okay to see what this sounds
like
so that's alright so what we can do here
on the free music tab you guys are gonna
want to just search in the you know
depending on what type of music that
you're looking for so let's just say
something like hip-hop or something like
that so I'll type in hip-hop and then
I'll just press enter on the keyboard
and that's going to search for the
tracks that are inside of the hip-hop
category okay so let's pick this up you
can also fast forward just use this
little timeline here and you can click
around and fast forwards the tracks if
you want to skip the intro is pretty
cool I don't know I just been on this
like hip hop kick thing lately so but
everything's hip-hop techno oh yeah this
guy's pretty good Otis McDonald yeah
check out some of the tracks by this
guy's pretty good so whenever you're
ready all you have to do is just click
on this little arrow here it says
download it's over on the right and
that's going to download it to your hard
drive so you guys could start using
these tracks in the production of your
videos so how cool is that and you don't
have to worry about copyright strikes
and all that stuff okay so let's get
over to the next one the next one is to
go to the no copyright YouTube channels
there's tons of them all over YouTube
and one of them here is called vlog no
copyright okay a really good channel if
you're looking for more stuff like you
know dance EDM electronic dance music
and stuff like that a really good
channel let's go ahead and preview some
of these tracks just to kind of give you
guys an idea on what

you know I mean and sometimes you know
with these free vlogging and free
youtube channel sites you know I mean
you might find that you know a lot of
these tracks you know they might sound
very similar okay it's maybe because
it's coming from the same artist or
something like that so they kind of have
a similar vibe okay so what I'm gonna do
is leave links below for all of the
different websites and YouTube channels
that we're gonna be talking about on
this video so make sure to look down
below in the description so you guys can
get all this but that's a vlog no
copyright which is the name of this
channel pretty popular channel so I've
got almost 600,000 subscribers the other
one we're gonna check out here is the
audio library that's just what it's
called audio library this is copyright
free music that you guys can download
this one's been around for a very long
time it's probably the most popular one
1.8 million subscribers and a lot of the
music that's on this particular channel
most of you have probably have heard at
one point or or time or another let's go
ahead and I'll just preview a pretty
popular track here and most of you have
heard
oh yeah
yeah I have heard this on so many videos
let's see here's another one here let's
go ahead and preview this one and see
what it sounds like I've heard a lot of
people use this track even some people I
know have used this track oh yeah so
that's that's the audio library I go
through here guys for this channel
you're gonna have just a wide variety of
different tracks a little bit of you
know drum and bass dubstep hip hop dance
it's all right here so go check it out
let's go and go over to the next one
here now there's one music for creators
now this one's kind of unique it's
really good for like really light kind
of mellow really laid back type tracks
that you can use in the background of
your videos and so I think if you go
through here you can find some that can
really fit you know maybe some type of
like you know maybe some beauty channel
or maybe like even like a very kind of
like a health and wellness type video or
something like that very kind of
relaxing type tracks let's go ahead and
check this out
a lot of piano a lot of like you know
nature sounds and things so yeah really
really good stuff here let's go ahead
and check out this one
see that little big guitar in there

got a little kick in there - not as
quite as let's not like balls to the
wall or anything like that it's a little
bit more laid-back so go over there and
check out music for creators really cool
channel sometimes I'll just go on there
and just listen to the music but
something you could you just even put on
a playlist and have it play the other
one here is no copyright music this is a
NCM pretty popular it's a free audio
library that you guys can use you can
you know now I'm not going to go into
the whole process on how you guys are
going to extract this music from YouTube
some of that is against the Terms of
Service and they don't like you doing
that you can simply just go into YouTube
and figure out how to download different
tracks and things just by watching other
YouTube videos but I'm not gonna go into
all that on this video but but yeah so
for the NCM channel right here really
good stuff for a lot of hip-hop you know
dubstep you know cut a little bit more
harder-hitting tracks on this one I'll
just go ahead and pick one out here at a
random and we can see what it sounds
like guys also down a little video here
alright let's go ahead and pick out
another one it's really kind of a hit
and miss you know you guys just you can
spin you can blow like hours just
listening to music and school it's
almost like I throw the fit pop so go
check it out that's NCM no copyright
music free audio library and so I want
to let you guys know a lot of people
don't know this but you can actually go
over to SoundCloud that's over at
SoundCloud comm this is just a music
hosting free platform that you guys can
use it's kind of like YouTube but just
for music ok so if you got if you
produce music or something like that
you're a creator you're a musician you
can upload your music for free and a lot
of people do that it's been around for
me in a long time now over ten years
but what you're gonna do is that there's
so much music on here a lot of people
will actually let you use the music
commercially a lot of people don't know
this so here's how you do it just go
right up here to the the URL box and
type in SoundCloud calm and then go
forward slash and then type in search
okay and that's gonna bring you over to
this page right here and then so right
here where it says search click on
tracks and then come down here and click
on to listen to and I'll go ahead and
zoom in a little bit so you guys can see
this so right down here just click on
tracks and then click on to listen to
and then it says to use commercially
because that's what you want to do so if
you're placing this on your videos and
then you're posting your videos on
YouTube well that's commercial alright
so you want to make sure you have the
rights to use the music so just click
right here where it says use
commercially and then what you can do up
here on the very top is enter a keyword
so for an example I don't know like okay
we're on my hip-hop thing here so let's
just go ahead and enter in hip-hop and
then I'll press enter and then now you
can just come through here and start
listening to these tracks and then just
make sure that right here where it says
under filter that the to use
commercially is still selected there so
you guys are filtering properly we can
just come through here listen to these
tracks
okay you find a lot of interesting
tracks on soundcloud that's for sure but
that soundcloud you guys can just search
for almost any kind of tracks and in
different genres and categories okay so
now we're gonna move into the paid
solutions and don't get scared guys
because I think you guys are gonna find
amazing music from these websites now
premium beat this is over at premium
beat calm really really nice music here
really professionally produced in
engineered music really good quality
several different tracks here to choose
from you guys can just come up here to
the very top and click on music and then
over here you can select and filter by
genre mood the you know how fast the
music is that beats per minute the
duration you can even filter by certain
artists and also the different
instruments that they use now the music
is really really good it's like super
high quality yeah this so let's just go
over here and check out one of these
tracks real quick

now with premium beat you are going to
pay $65 per track that you use this is
really good if you're gonna be using
this same song over and over and over
again like if you have an intro of a
youtube video intro or an outro and you
just use this song it might be a good
idea just to person purchase the license
just straight out and so you guys can
just be safe and clear of anything if
maybe something happens in the future or
whatever but the tracks are really
really good some people might prefer to
go with premium beat to avoid maybe you
know doing like a subscription service
or something like that maybe they just
want to go and purchase one track but if
you have videos you're posting videos on
a regular basis you have longer videos
where you're gonna have like background
music through like a 10 or 15 minute
video you're gonna need to get a hold of
a lot more music and buy sixty five
dollars each if you're gonna pay for
payback for each track that can get very
expensive so here is my solution and
this is my number one most recommended
place to get some music right now high
quality it's over at epidemic sound and
this is at epidemic sound calm as soon
as I started using the music from this
site right here I started getting people
all the time hey mark what kind of music
is that like hey what was the name of
that track you know where did you get
that like people just started coming out
of the word work asking me like where
I'm getting my music and that wasn't
really always the case when I was using
the free music on YouTube so the tracks
on here are that good okay so we're just
gonna go through here and preview some
of these tracks and then I'll get into
the pricing and some of that in just a
few minutes so let's just go over here
and check out some of the tracks that
I've used some of the ones that you guys

that it's going to check that out

about mindset and something like that I
will put this type of music in the
background or I'll use it as like an
outro to my videos as well and I get
compliments and people ask me about it
all the time so yeah really really good

here another one I've been getting a lot
of people asking me what you know who's
the artist where do I get where can I
get that music it's this one right here
it's called mind games I think I used it
on my video yesterday

these tracks are so good like I could
actually just make a playlist or just
play the whole album and download an
album and just listen to it while I work
on a website or something or whatever
I'm doing or you just put it in the car
and listen to it I mean they are that
good
yeah really nice tracks very
well-engineered very you know nicely
mastered and everything for the web so
yeah so epidemic sound I've went through
so many tracks already on their website
and I've just found like almost all the
tracks I listen to I'm like oh that
sounds good
oh that sounds good so I'm able to just
be more productive because it doesn't
take me that long to find the track that
I'm looking for although you know if I
were to go to like maybe a YouTube
channel where there's free tracks and I
don't have to go through a lot more
tracks to listen to the ones you know to
listen to something that I really really
like and the thing about when you pay
for a service such as epidemic sound
which I'll be getting into here just a
moment the thing is is that you're going
to be having you're gonna have music
that a lot of people don't have I mean
cuz I know we've all went to other
videos on YouTube and that we've played
we started the video and then we hear
that same song over the same track that
everybody else is using and I mean it's
all right you know but wouldn't it be
cool to have something more original to
up the production value of your videos
but also have something a little bit
more fresh so when people listen to it
they just get that little bit better
vibe and that more of an emotional
feeling towards the video because the
music was something new and that's kind
of like what I'm doing and so I went to
epidemic sound and I was very surprised
to find that you can get a subscription
right now starting at $15 per month this
is and there you could fully monetize
your videos there's no copyright claims
or royalty fees whatsoever there's
thirty thirty thousand tracks and sixty
thousand sound effects that are on this
website you get access to all of that
for only $15 a month guys I don't know
about you but that's a no-brainer to me
you know it's cleared for YouTube you
can use this on Facebook Instagram
Twitter you can use it on live videos
whatever you want you don't have to
worry about getting copyright claims
okay so yeah $15 a month
it's a creator subscription you guys can
go over there I don't currently have an
affiliate link at the moment I might in
the future but but right now I'm just a
subscriber to epidemics sound and so I
it's my highest recommendation I really
like the music and just for $15 a month
guys I love it I just I don't even think
about it it just I can use as many songs
as I want if I create a video that's you
know 15 20 minutes long I can just have
that background music going throughout
the video and I can upload and mix
several different tracks during the
editing process and I don't have to
worry about nothing so this is really
cool they offer you a free 30-day trial
