hey guys what's going on big mark here
and I'm back yeah so it's been a wild
and crazy last three days and I just
wanted to kind of go over a few things
and give you an update on what's going
on with my channel the future of this
channel and I even have a backup channel
now so I'll be sharing that with you a
little bit later but but yeah so it's
been a lot of a little wild ride here
it's been a little while since I've not
posted a video well the reason is
because I received a second strike on my
youtube channel and for those of you
that don't know when you receive a
second strike that will enable your
ability to upload videos for two weeks
so looking at the video and looking at
the Community Guidelines strike that
I've got I just couldn't put the two and
two together I really didn't understand
the strike I figured it might have been
an error or something like that so what
I did is I appealed that you to review
that appeal and then they removed the
strike from my account
so I can now upload videos alright which
is kind of interesting because as soon
as they as soon as they remove that
strike they removed a video one of my
most recent videos because there was
something about how it was in violation
of some artificial traffic that was
being sent to that video now if you guys
have been on my channel while you know
that all the traffic all the views and
likes and comments are from you guys
okay so artificial traffic I don't even
know how you would do that unless this
is maybe some possibly some newsletter
traffic when you send out a newsletter
to let people know that you've updated a
video and then they go to YouTube that
might be a source of like external
traffic but that I don't think that's
really artificial so I really don't know
I didn't really understand that I felt
like it I was complying with the terms
and so I went ahead and appealed that
video as well and I would really like to
get that video back online it was just
the video that I posted before this one
and I had a lot of mindset stuff in it
so I personally really like that video
and I really got great feedback from you
guys so hopefully that video will be
back online soon so as it stands right
now I still have one strike on my
account and I only have just about a
week and a half before that strike is
removed so when I no longer have any
strikes then I can go ahead and that
will enable my ability to do live videos
because if you get one strike that will
disable that feature and so that's cool
now I just want to let you guys know
that I'm not upset I mean I it's a
little you know you you kind of have to
take a step back a little bit I'm not
really entirely upset about this because
let me explain something YouTube is a
privilege okay this is a free platform
all right you're using their servers
you're you know I mean video hosting and
stuff like that it's very expensive okay
if you guys ever looked into it if I
were to actually pay to have hundreds of
videos hosted that would be hundreds of
dollars a month okay now so I look at it
as YouTube this is a privilege okay I am
not entitled to anything
I could lose my account you could lose
your account as a matter of fact there
are almost all youtubers at one time or
another will experience a strike it's
just the way it is I've done the
research I went online you know since
this has all been happening I went on I
watched other people's videos and you
would be very surprised the types of
videos that get strikes and the types of
channels that get strikes really kind of
from all walks of life different
categories and and different topics so
different things and so it can happen
really to anybody it can happen to a
small channel it can happen to a big
channel with hundreds of thousands
subscribers or even million subscribers
okay so yeah and a lot of people say
well it could be the haters and you know
it's the clickbait and all that stuff
guys I don't really feel that to be true
okay now if it's the haters I don't know
clickbait almost all videos on YouTube
has some form of clickbait okay there
are videos out there that have
way button much better click babe in my
videos very well constructed and kind of
really really bizarre thumbnails and
different things to get you to watch
those videos okay so I don't see
anything in the community guidelines
related to clickbait okay but however I
would just say watch your titles watch
the different words you use in
combination with other words just
because doing my research I was going on
reddit going on to the online forms and
most of this is BOTS okay
YouTube has their own custom BOTS now
according to them the bots do a really
really good job most of the time however
there are errors okay so don't get all
don't freak out if you if you do get a
strike really look into the video that
you've posted the video that was taken
down and they'll let you have it online
for at least seven days I would appeal
it right away I found that most people
have said that they can have the video
back online and have the strike removed
from the account in about two to three
days and that's basically it took me
about three days or took them about
three days to reply to the appeal and
and the strike was removed okay so just
be wise okay keep things clean I'm
taking a little bit step I'm taking a
step back and I'm what I'm what I'm
doing is I'm just really kind of
watching my titles a little bit more
closely and and some of the words that I
say in different things like that just
to you know kind of go go by the
guidelines as much as possible and so
even though I've been feeling like I've
been doing that this whole time
you never know things can happen okay
you might get a video taken down but
don't worry all right so that's kind of
like what's been going on this last four
days I've taken that's been really weird
to take a few days off and it was kind
of ironic I would wake up but I really
ok I'm not making a video what am I
gonna do now I'm working on some other
different traffic methods and and also
some other income opportunities I have I
have four income streams right now two
of those is YouTube okay
and then I'm working on a fifth one
right now so I decided to just focus on
that for the last four days and it's
been going really well but um yeah so
it's been a little weird just not being
able to post and as a matter of fact
besides the last four days I have not
missed a video there was two days I did
not post at the beginning of this month
or actually last month January and that
was because there was a death in the
family
and so I did not post for two days I
just didn't feel like posting and so but
besides that I posted a video every
single day for the last ten months and
so I'm ready to get back into it and I'm
gonna start creating new videos here I
was gonna crate make this video outside
but we're kind of like snowed in here in
Southern Oregon so I don't think I'll be
doing that gonna kind of wait till that
clears out so I'm probably just go jump
right back on with a computer and start
giving you guys some more tips and
tricks by making money online that's
what we talked about here and that's
what I'm going to stick with now I have
created a new channel which is what I
call my backup channel and I don't have
any videos on that channel just yet but
I will post a link below in the
description for that channel and you
guys go over there and subscribe if you
want to we're going to be talking about
entrepreneurship and mindset and
different things like that and a little
bit different you know something kind of
pretty much what I do on this channel
just gonna kind of take things at a
different angle and it's gonna be under
my full name mark Muncie or Dini
not gonna have that underneath big mark
and then I might even make another
channel after that but then I don't know
I even think one channel is a lot of
takes a lot of time and effort alone let
alone two channels that's going to be a
little crazy but I'll post on the new
channel but maybe just not as much is on
my main channel that you're watching
right now so there you go guys
that's really what's been going on it
happens to almost all youtubers at one
time or another it was actually another
guy in a circle that i chat with once in
a while and he said that he also
received
strike on his account recently and I
think he's actually in the process of
getting that removed so it happens okay
so there you go that's a little update
for you on what's going on on the big
Mark Channel I really missed you guys I
wanted to come back here things have
been going great otherwise behind the
scenes everything has been going and
nothing's been falling apart or anything
everything's been steady and been
steady still getting views and
subscribers on my channel so that's
