today I wanted to show you the hosting

services I use as well as where I got my

domain name and how to set that up how

to set up your website real quick but

first I wanted to give you an update on

what I've been up to as you can see I

launched the stock market mastery

program on Friday was a great launch

successful launch definitely put a lot

of time into that this past month and a

half so where did I have that time to

put in towards my social media marketing

agency well what I've done was I trained

my little brother as a salesperson so

this is how to I'm going to show you how

to successfully scale your sales part of

your business so that you have more time

to work on your agency and more time to

you know put that effort towards other

ventures if you have other ventures that

you're pursuing like I'm doing that

ciliate marketing thing with Tanner and

I was doing my program so what I did was

I trained my little brother to go out

and approach business owners for me so

that he sets up the meetings so that all

I have to do is scroll up to the meeting

and close the deal so we have two

meetings one tomorrow with a small gym

owner and one on Tuesday who was

actually a friend of mine back in high

school who's now a successful real

estate agent so were those are the two

meetings we have for this week and I

think Evan is booking a few more but I

wanted to stress the fact that it's

important to have that because if you

are you know if you are approaching ten

businesses a day imagine having one more

person that you trust and that you've

trained and that is you know good at

very personable and trustworthy to

approach another 10 to 20 businesses you

know you can hit 30 in one day so you

know that really helped me out during

this whole you know filming for my

program and doing that launch because I

really had no time to drive around and

hope hope that the owner was going to be

there at these businesses so really I've

just been having my sales person do that

book the clients book the meetings and

then work on the program but yeah so

that's that's one way that you can

really scale your business this

commission structure that I gave them

was fifty percent of the first month's

retainer so if he gets this client and I

booked them on a thousand dollar monthly

retainer he's going to get five hundred

dollars up front if I book them on a two

thousand dollar retainer he's going to

get a thousand dollars upfront I also

gave him the option to get ten percent

commission from from every month that we

have this client instead so it would be

beneficial if we had this client for

more than five months he'd be making

that ten percent retainer every month so

I give them those options you could you

know offer your salesperson a similar

commission structure you can use mine or

you can negotiate your own terms but

that's just something I did that I

thought was fair and yeah and I told him

also as well you know after you know we

booked a certain number of clients I'll

bring him on full-time and give him you

know we discussed some percentages as

well so that's something you can utilize

too if you're having trouble you know if

you're really busy right now managing

two or three clients and you you just

been swamped with work that's one way

that you can outsource your sales aspect

going door to door or following up and

getting meetings that's one way you can

mitigate that and save some time for

yourself but make sure to hire someone

that's trustworthy that you have a lot

of faith in and that you've you know

you've seen them in action so that you

can determine if they're a good valuable

asset to your business but let's jump

into the website design and the buying

your domain name and all that I want to

jump into that so that you know

we can get those questions addressed so

here we go so what I did you know I

didn't have much knowledge at first so I

really didn't know where to start so I

went to go daddy.com

and I purchased my domain name if we go

back here I purchased my domain name

which was forward revenue Mediacom I

also purchased Ryan Hildreth calm

because I plan on building a wordpress

site for that so you can go to here

manage your domain as you can see and I

bought another one too for my fiancee

but if we go to forward revenue media so

now you have your domain name let's say

you purchased your no domain name of

$2.99 now you need to host it so you can

either host it through GoDaddy which I

don't recommend I've read a lot of

reviews that their hosting services

aren't the greatest so I decided to go

with hostgator they provide very a very

inexpensive service and the value of it

is pretty good

I would definitely that's what I use to

build my website but if you're going to

go ahead and host your domain name on

another platform then you need to direct

your DNS to that that server so what you

have to do is you go to manage DNS you

go to name servers and then press change

and it's going to ask you to input these

two name servers cname 1 cname - and

Hostgator will give you these two

servers or whatever platform you're

using if you're using you know Namecheap

or if you're using something else a

different hosting platform Shopify you

could do that as well but you're going

to have to get these name servers from

them and then direct your domain to that

host platform so that's what I did I

directed my forward revenue media to

Hostgator and then on Hostgator very

simple platform you click on hosting

once you purchase your I purchase

the let's see the cloud cloud baby which

was I think $8.99 per month but I paid

for two years upfront

pretty pretty cheap pretty inexpensive

and then you can you click on the

website builder you know it'll take you

here as you can see I have both domains

directed to Hostgator and then I can

press edit website let's go ahead and

jump on the Ryan Hill juice calm because

that one is blank I haven't done

anything to it

I plan on installing WordPress to make

it more customized but this is forward

revenue media I used the Hostgator

website builder which is this right here

so just loading and this is it it's

basically super simple drag-and-drop you

know if you want to add a page you have

the about us you know you can change the

themes everything for instance let's go

back to the home page we can go here to

add elements and you can add any element

you want if you wanted to add a you know

simple button there we go you could drag

that button right to the middle right

click here if you want an email opt-in

you can you know join my mailing list

boom

super simple dragged out there you know

you could play around with it so I just

wanted to show you how easy it is it's a

very drag-and-drop very simple if you

want to customize the sections you would

go here and then change design and you

could pretty much change anything if you

wanted it to be a schedule or if you

wanted it to be a Contact Us page you

could change those things so I just

wanted to give you a quick overview of

Hostgator and the website builder and

how that works so I hope this video
