just got off the phone with Hayden petal
the young entrepreneur I also had a
client meeting this morning
with my brother Evan we set up a meeting
with a local gym and we're running some
Facebook advertisements for them so that
should be good I'm really excited about
that stoked - this is the first gym that
we've worked with so this will be great
Tanner's coming over and then we're
gonna run some affiliate marketing ads
so we should give you an update on that
but I hope everyone's having a great day

video right now talking about goals
goals let's do it alright what's up
YouTube we're down here in the pool room
Skyloft sort of room here in the
apartment but today what did we want to
talk about well we want to talk about
goals but this amazing music in the
background that's what it is yeah well
forget the shaggy we're gonna talk about
goals today one thing that I noticed
about Tanner when I first met him is
that he wrote down his goals onto a
whiteboard which I thought was great
write mine on it onto a calendar and I
would have like three top goals for each
month but he had his goals for the year
and I started implementing that as well
throughout my life so we're gonna talk
about what our goals are for 2017 and
some aspirations we have because it's
good to talk about this but it's also
good to write them down and then take
action and start working towards those
goals so we'll start off with what
Tanner's goals are for 2017 so my goal
is for 2017 the financial ones are
making three hundred thousand profit
but out of the year and that will go
towards buying a house so by the end of
2017 I want to buy a house I want to
have a Lamborghini Huracan and then the
rest of that part will go into savings
just like a comfortable amount of
savings and then some of my other goals
also financial is by December 31st of
2017 be making 40,000 a month from my
Amazon and then at least 10,000 from
another source so be making 50,000
overall by the end of 2017 okay nice and
then kind of my other ones that aren't
monetary are attend a seminar preferably
with you yeah we're still have found one
we were looking at one but it's
ridiculously expensive 10x growth cond I
don't know if any of you are attending
that with you know I think who's gonna
be that Grant Cardone ever it was so
many bunch of good good may be garyvee
ever man from shark tank oh okay
but yeah all in for like three nights
there it was almost $4,000 for the
cheapest ticket and hotel and everything
so I didn't think it was worth it all so
we'd have to fly so some Florida I think
er where was it yeah but so that's one
of my goals also have read 12 books this
year to get that early increase each
year you know a book a month I gotta get
that knowledge from Tai Lopez and then I
think that's all for this year's goals
also provided go on YouTube to get at
least 10,000 subscribers by the end of
the year okay so I think that's very
doable like 750 right now though for
sure leisure mm I'm not - I just
surpassed 2,000 today thank you everyone
that watches the YouTube channel for me
my goals for the year by the end of the
year I want to be making 10 to 12
thousand dollars consistently every
month that would be a great goal
that's very achievable so I I set out to
do that also I want to purchase a
property here in Orange County as you
know if you're from California houses
are super expensive here housing
is very high we have a piece of real
estate in North Carolina and literally
it's a huge house and it costs maybe a
third of the price of the houses here so
I want to buy another house in Orange
County that would be definitely a big
goal of mine because I do want to start
a family
what else twenty-five thousand YouTube
subscribers by the end of the year
definitely I want to have I'm starting
my first Amazon product and I want to be
making a consistent income from that as
well

that a month by the end of here by the
end of the year honestly I'm going to be
modern with the Amazon I think I think
fair by the end of years two grand a
month considering it's not like it's not
something I'm super passionate about yet
who knows maybe I'll be like more
obsessed over than you and I'll be like
that's like one product right your first
product will do that yes I think
purchase pricing at least five paid and

yeah we'll see cuz I love the analytics
so I loved well anything you could just
grow that's why I'm not happy about the
cameras on it's just anything I see
growth and you're passionate about girls
yeah for sure Jim no bang like that yeah
for me to food I can eat I like setting
up I guess set like for instance in the
gym I followed Jim one lers five through
one program it was you know
periodization percentage based lifting
so very like set program I like having a
set path because then I could just
follow it and I don't want to deviate
too far about what being an entrepreneur
is that's true that's true the opposite
almost but it is nice that that you can
have a point rupture and then when
you got figured out to get back on yeah
I think as an entrepreneur it's very all
over the place but you have to have set
processes so that you're the most
productive throughout the day because I
mean you could be sitting there trying
to around a Facebook ad like I did this
morning and it took me forever because
you know I would get distracted and do
this and that but if you have that set
process to where you're gonna get
something done it's gonna be very
helpful in the future the thing I want
to do more this year is travel
I'm already I have a plan to go to
Russia and April I'm going to Maui and
the summer and I'd like to go see the
world maybe Europe Italy so for me it's
like travel and getting a house that
those are the two things I'm looking
forward to what about affiliate
marketing oh I actually I forgot to
mention Island my goal is going to be
five thousand a month from affiliate
marketing by the end of the year Dan so
I think it'll take at least four or five
months to figure everything out for us
get going yeah well I mean if you're
aiming for four or five thousand that's
exactly what I'm aiming for
yes we're we're pretty much teaming up
together to do the affiliate marketing
and figure that out for you guys to put
that on youtube and show you how to do
it so but yeah I mean I think do you
have anything else I think that was all
home for this yeah so I mean if you
could get anything out of this I would
say that you know set some some really
high goals for yourself may be hard to
achieve goals set some achievable goals
that you know are more like small wins
and write your goals down because once
you make them tangible you can keep
yourself accountable everyday and you
know like Tanner did put in on his
whiteboard so when he wakes up in the
morning he's like okay I did the
picture of the Corvette for the longest
time my screensaver headphones I know
it's gonna happen same with the
Lamborghini got a picture of that yeah
but I mean it's so weird because once
you start towards it like I felt like I
had it even before I did because I
gonna happen talk about the only ringing
right now yeah it's just a waiting game
so yeah for me I would just watch a
bunch of YouTube videos like ty Lopez
Gary Vee Christian guzmán de those guys
those entrepreneurs just inspired me and
I knew I wanted to do something you know
not work the corporate job so I mean
that was inspiration for me so yeah yeah
spray them down look at them every day
yep and then make some goals so instead
of just be like oh I want to make this
amount right steps that should be goals
on how to do that so if you want to make
a thousand dollars a month be like okay
let's say to them social media I want to
talk to four businesses a day send out
20 emails to different businesses yup
and make that a goal
so it's a process-oriented goal and not
a results-oriented goal but that gets
you to the result-oriented gold
exactly exactly having those processes
and having the specific step of how
you're gonna get there yeah that's but
yeah I think that uh I think that wraps
