with a real estate agent we talked about
this yesterday I'm gonna go meet with
him in Newport Beach and do a little
filming there it should be good
hopefully he'll have me run some
facebook advertising for him I'm gonna
also show you what happened to the
Facebook advertising that I ran
yesterday got disapproved twice so I'll
keep you up to date with that let's go
so just got done meeting with a client
who was a good friend of mine and he's a
real estate broker in Newport Beach it
went really well and he even introduced
me to someone higher up in the company
who has a team of brokers so and they
need some help with social media
management and marketing so really good
meeting and I'll definitely keep you up
to date I'm gonna show you that Facebook
advertising that I'm gonna run for him
it's gonna be great I'm gonna target a
specific neighborhood actually community
for him that he's targeting because he
wants to be the real estate agent for
that specific region so it should be
good I'm gonna go grab Starbucks my
favorite Starbucks in Newport Beach
Crystal Cove it's amazing
alright back from a long day Newport had
a client meeting in the morning around
11:00 a.m. then I went to Starbucks ran
some Facebook advertisements fiddled
with the one that was disapproved I
think the major issue was I had the logo
in the photo and it was taking out more
than 20% of the picture so that doesn't
meet facebook guidelines so I tinkered
with that and waiting for approval but
now I'm gonna go hit the gym I just
wanted to talk about leveraging your
network to get more clients right one
client can literally introduce you to 40
to 50 potentially new clients
let's say
I mean for instance the client that I
talked with today a good friend of mine
from high school that I hadn't talked to
in a few years you know successful real
estate agent in Newport Beach you know
I'm gonna do a few weeks of free
Facebook advertising for him and show
him that I can get him you know
instant results I can get him more
exposure especially to the areas that
he's targeting for a real estate so if I
could do that for him
you know he's most likely gonna we're
gonna partner up and work together but
let's say that you know I provide those
results and he doesn't need my services
or maybe he doesn't need my services
right now or maybe it's not in his
marketing budget he can introduce me to
people within the office you know he
already told me there's a huge team and
I ended up talking with the head of that
team that has a big team they're doing
multi-million dollar real estate deals
and I have a meeting with him tomorrow
as well so it's like you meet that one
person and you provide them as much
value as possible and they'll be happy
to introduce you to others
within maybe the same office or maybe a
good friend of theirs so that was really
it was pretty awesome that I got to
basically meet with two clients today
from that one and you know the client
that he introduced me to was you know a
big big client and we're gonna to sit
and talk tomorrow about their marketing
procedures because I guess this real
estate company one of the largest in the
country they're utilizing mostly print
so I'm gonna talk about that how I can
help their help them and maybe set up an
account with Ford revenue media and talk
about strategy and how we can you know
really get their agents more exposure on
social media to just build that trust as
well as I guess they're filming a TV
show for HGTV as well so I'm gonna talk
to them about possibly starting
YouTube channel to host those episodes
as well that they could either easily
bring in six-figure revenue just from
YouTube so and gain that exposure so
really you got to work with providing as
much value as you can to that one client
because you never know who they're gonna
introduce you to today was a great day
tomorrow is going to be even more
awesome I'm going to keep you up to date
and maybe bring the camera to meet my
real estate agent client and introduce
you guys to him so yeah a great day and
I hope that you gain some value from
this leveraging your network providing
as much value as possible you know get
them some results within two to three
weeks for free you know have them pay
for the advertising budget but do the
work for free because this is what you
love to do this is a long-term game and
we want to provide as much value to
these local businesses you know as much
as we can so if you leverage that you
provide value you're gonna get more
clients and it's been it's been a great
