back to my channel alright so on this
video I'm gonna show you how you can get
more subscribers just by doing this one
thing and it only takes like five
minutes to set up okay
now this is not some gimmicky clickbait
d video or anything like that this
really works
something that I've set up a couple
months ago and I tried it out and I got
amazing results okay so I'm gonna share
that with you guys five minutes that's
all it takes you guys can do this to
your YouTube channel now alright so
here's my channel right here I've got
currently eighty-eight thousand and
three subscribers just looking at my
channel analytics and so what we're
gonna do first is just to show you what
I'm talking about let's go over to one
of my videos oh yes
such a handsome guy look at that I'm
gonna just matter of fact what I'll do
is go over to Safari and I'm going to
use a YouTube account that's different
than a one that I'm using right now
because I want you guys to see this red
subscribe button over here and then what
I'm gonna do is you guys know on every
video on YouTube you have the
more stuff that's inside of the
description then you would just click on
this show more button right here and
that just expands it and displays a
bunch of stuff I have my number one most
recommended opportunity for earning a
full-time income and have the link there
and then I have a bunch of other links
here you know that are just references
to whatever the video that I had for
that day and then below this I want you
guys to look right here it says
subscribe for more videos right
subscribe for more videos now why would
I put a subscribe link in the
description of my youtube video because
you know we've got a huge big red fat
button right here right if i zoom in a
little bit you can see how fat that is
and so if that's so obvious and
everybody knows where that subscribe
button is but why would I put one down
here it's because thousands and millions
of people go into the description all
the time you guys
not believe how many people click on the
links in your description
they might just blow by this subscribe
button really fast and just keep on
scrolling down there like and whatever
subscribe I've seen that before in every
single channel that I've been it's
almost like they've kind of tuned it out
it's kind of like banners you know like
in the early 2000s they just just start
it didn't even work anymore everybody
just got so used to seeing those buttons
and banners and stuff like that they
just don't see them I know I don't see
him but so it's the kind of like the
same way with a subscribe button so what
I did is I posted this little subscribe
link so when people come down here it
says never miss a daily video about
making money online subscribe boom and
guess how many people have clicked on
that link right let me show you this
let's go over to my statistics now I'm
over here on my wordpress blog I don't
really have a blog but it's just a
WordPress website and I have this this
little URL shortener that I'm using now
I'll tell you more about it just a
moment but here's the link right here
YouTube subscribe link look at how many
people have clicked on that I'm going to
just zoom in so you guys can see that
number
look at that guys and I created this I
don't know when I create that like about
two months ago or something like that
look at that that is insane so almost
like you know I've got almost 6,000
clicks but then I have like 50 you know
5349 unique clicks okay
people are clicking on the links in your
descriptions guys they are and your if
you're not doing this you're really just
missing subscribers I mean you're just
throwing them off the cliff right I mean
you can get more subscribers by doing
this okay now I'm gonna show you exactly
how to set this up and I'm gonna show
you how you can get a subscribe button
right on your website so if you have a
blog or something like that how to place
a subscribe button so they didn't even
have to go to youtube all they have to
do is just click on that subscribe
button they'll stay on your website and
you've got another subscriber okay so
let me go ahead and just show you what's
going on here okay so let me go ahead
and just zoom out here and what do we
got here oh wait oh it's time to do a
plug just made a thousand dollars today

to do is create a subscribe link so
here's how you do it so I've made this
couple methods that you can use alright
because if you're a new youtuber you may
not have a user name yet so if you don't
then you probably just have a little
channel ID and I'll show you how to get
that ID alright so and let me go into my
pretty links here this is a little
pretty links plug-in what this is it's
for WordPress and you guys can install
it and and it's just going to allow you
to shorten your URLs okay it's a free
plug-in you can I mean they have like a
pro version you guys can use but let me
go ahead over here and click on edit and
then right here you see where it says
target URL this is the actual YouTube
URL that you're going to put in but then
right here where it says pretty late
this is where you're going to put just
whatever you want I like to just use the
word subscribe and then so when they go
down to my subscription they just see
the word subscribe right after the link
there I'll go ahead and zoom in you see
that
so never miss a daily video big mark
tv.com subscribe that's all they're
gonna see and now you can paste this
huge link here but it's kind of ugly and
all that I mean I don't know what you
guys want to do so let me show you how
to do this so there's two methods on how
to set this up method number one is when
you use your username so it's gonna be
WWE youtube-dot-com forward-slash and
then your username right here okay and
then after that let me go ahead and see
if I can make this a little bit bigger
for you guys oh whoa what's going on
hold on there or c64 there we go
alright so you can do this guys there's
a couple ways you can do this you can
you can put your username right here and
I'll leave these little codes down below
so you guys can just you don't have to
go on YouTube and find out how to do
this or copy on what's on the screen
I'll leave these codes and these links
down below so you can just replace them
with your own usernames okay so white
here but youtube-dot-com forward-slash
put your username and then after the
forward slash you're gonna have example
question mark sub underscore
confirmation equals one okay now let me
show you what happens when people click
on this link okay so let me go over to
now you're going to try this out you're
gonna have to use like a YouTube account
or a gmail account something you know
you're not logged in or well you can be
logged in but it's a it's a YouTube
channel or you know you don't want to be
subscribed to your own YouTube channel
because it's just not gonna work so I've
got a like a secondary account here that
I'm using so it says right here that I'm
currently not subscribed okay that's why
the button is red so what I can do it
just come right down here where it says
subscribe for more videos so let's just
go ahead and click on that link and
let's see what happens

what's up guys but go ahead and mute
that and here we go
boom it takes me right to the channel
takes the user or the viewer right to
the channel and then the little pop-up
comes on that says confirm your Trent
Yule channel subscription it just takes
them right there so all they really have
to do they can't really do anything else
and the only thing to click on is a
subscribe button there you go so I'll
hit that subscribe to the channel now so
how cool is that and that's really how
it works remember guys look how many
people click on that link almost you
know five thousand people clicked on
that and so out of that many people I
mean you guys know that I got
subscribers I mean come on I mean that's
just crazy so that's really how it all
works so the second method it's
basically the same thing now the way you
guys are going to do this if you don't
have a user name I think you for in
order to get a user name with YouTube
you're gonna have to have a hundred
subscribers okay and then I think you
need your channel up for a certain
amount of time or whatever a month or
something like that I don't know but you
can look all that up and then they will
allow you to create a custom username so
but method number two is where you guys
are going to use your little channel ID
okay now to get that channel ID what
you're gonna do is go over to your
YouTube channel
okay and so I'll just show you up here
it's at the top and it's right up here
so you have your YouTube URL so you have
youtube.com forward slash channel
forward slash and then the code that is
after that okay so I'll go ahead and
select that I'll copy that into memory I
can hold down command C or I can just
right click on that and choose copy and
then go over here to the little notes
and then what I want to do is right here
make sure I got this right yeah right
here this is actually it looks like it's
two lines but you know it's just a big
huge
linked basically so what I'm gonna do
I'm gonna select right afterwards says
channel forward slash and I'm going to
my going off the screen a little bit
okay I don't want to go off the screen
for you guys so what I'm gonna do is
forward slash I'm going to select this
right here you see that all the way up
until the question mark and then I will
paste that code inside of there okay so
I'm just gonna put this down below your
ID goes here okay
so you guys know exactly where to put it
and then on this one up here your user
name there you go so you guys are not
confused you all you have to do is just
go to your YouTube channel or if you
have a user name and just grab that code
at the very top here and you guys are
all set to go now how can you put a
YouTube subscribe button on your website
so they don't even have to go to youtube
and get all distracted by all the videos
and all the advertisements and stuff
well here's how you do that what you're
gonna do is go over to this it's a
little section over here on YouTube it's
like a little kind of like a little
reference guide help guide and it's over
by the configure a button section and so
I will leave a link for this below in a
description of this video you guys can
go over there and check it out this will
allow you to create a subscribe button
that you can embed right on your blog so
let's just say you have a blog and every
blog post that you write at the bottom
of the blog post you can put this little
youtube subscribe and say hey if you
enjoyed this post that's cool I got more
stuff on my youtube channel
well hey click on this little you know
click here to subscribe you guys can do
that so what you're gonna do the first
thing is you must get your channel name
or ID in the fastest way again just go
over to your YouTube channel and go to
where you know whatever your main
YouTube channel is and the same thing as
the link just grab that code at the very
top you know just after Channel forward
slash and then every
thing all the code that's after that
there we go and then I'll go over to
configure a button here so I'm gonna so
like Google developers and then just
paste that code and just to make sure it
knows who I am I'm gonna put it says
layout okay so there I am big mark imma
go ahead and just move this over so you
guys can see it so I pasted my channel
code right up here and then where it
says layout you guys there's two
different layouts that you can do so the
full layout is going to include your
channel name and then a picture of you
alright if you don't I mean that just
gives a little bit more of a title or
description of what the heck they're
clicking on but if you don't want to do
that you can just click on default and
then it's just going to be that just the
subscribe button alone and then you can
put your own text on your website or do
whatever you want so for this example
what I'm gonna do is choose full and
they also have a theme so you can choose
like the dark theme if you have a
website with a dark background or you
can just choose the default which is the
white background now you can choose to
show that it's the subscriber count' or
you can hide it so maybe if you're a new
youtuber and you don't really want to
quite show your subscriber count' yet
then you can just hide that so that's a
cool option now here's the code right
here I'm gonna show you how to embed
this on to your web page when you embed
the code up here it's going to place
that code down here so let me go ahead
and just just select this entire code
everything right here scroll up a little
bit so right here where it says script
and all this right here so select or you
right-click and just choose copy or you
can just hold down command C or that's
ctrl C on windows I think okay so here's
a blog post it's just a regular blog
post it's like the first post that is
installed or when you install WordPress
it's the first post it's just it's just
called hello world but anyway right
below that is the area where you're
going to write your blog post for your
web page so what I'll do I'll just put
it here or whatever I'll just put
subscribe
to my youtube channel okay and then I'll
do a couple spaces so a couple returns
and then what I want to do is go over
here where it says text and that's going
to take me into the code part of the of
the post and then I'll just make another
space after that and I'll paste this
this YouTube code in here or Google code
and that's going to include a little
script there and then once I do that I
mean I'm all done here so what I'll do
is just click on visual and then you
should see this little like little weird
gray box but that's okay every
everything should be fine now the next
thing you can preview this post by just
clicking on preview changes so if you
have WordPress you know how all this
works and here we go guys right here so
here's my post subscribe to my YouTube
channel and then right here now I'm
already subscribed on this particular
channel here it knows that I'm
subscribed so here's what I can do just
to show you what this looks like let me
go ahead and click on update so that
means that I'm saving my changes to this
post on my website and then I'll come
over here to Safari and I'm just gonna
paste that URL right up here okay so let
me go ahead and zoom in I'm on the page
right now subscribe to my youtube
channel and here's the button right
there okay so I can just click on that I
don't have to go to youtube I don't have
to go to youtube I all I have to do is
just looking at the wrong camera matches
one of those days I don't have to go
onto YouTube I can just come over here
and click on that and stay on the blog
so how cool is that so I hope you guys
found these helpful little different
ways it just takes a couple seconds to
get up and running I'm gonna leave the
codes and the links and everything all
you guys are gonna have to do is just
fill in your own username and your own
ID in these areas and then you can just
copy the text on my channel if you want
to I liked all I put was these little
arrows here and it says subscribe for
more videos never miss a daily video
about making money or a I don't you know
a basket weaving or whatever your
channel is about I you can just put that
right here and then include your little
link there if you don't have
if you don't have this pretty links
plug-in on WordPress or if you don't
even have WordPress or a blog don't
worry about it just include the link
here down below in the description of
your videos and I think you guys are
gonna start to get some better results
and more subscribers okay
