a good day now I'm going to get to the
top three things that I need to get done
today I always like to plan the night
before the top three things that I need
to get done mastermind livestream making
some notes for the affiliate marketing
course and uploading a vlog on the
YouTube channel that's why I'm filming
right now Evans taking care of some of
the administrative stuff you know
posting for clients I'm pretty much here
just getting stuff done here come check

sitting right there I usually have some
maybe a YouTube video or two playing
some notes that I'm taking so that's
pretty much the setup right here and I
get the windows open to get some a
little bit of sunlight alright we're off
to tanners I got the tripod and the
backpack with a computer in it and don't
forget that power Crunch bar

a little ramps right now about our goals
the last goal video we did we've hit
pretty much every single one of those
goals right Tanner yes
all right so it's time to make a new
goals video so let's do it
all right so in the last goals video we
did which wasn't actually on my old
apartment talked about some of the goals
we wanted to reach I think Tanner's was
he wanted to get a Huracan what on house
of that wanted to make $300,000 he hit
that in one month
my goal is still the same for YouTube
subs 25,000 by the year I think mine was
I wanted to make six figures so I think
it was a hundred thousand I just hit
that and it's been four months into it
or three months since we set those goals
but now my goal by the end of the year
is to hit I'm going to say three hundred
thousand profit I wanted to get you know
a really nice car I got the GT 350 so
that's kind of knocked off the list so
I'm setting a new car goal by the
January 2019 I'm going to get the
Ferrari 488 300
it's going to be red red yes red gonna
get a nice body kit for it I also want
my first investment property because you
know I've been deciding lately that I
might want to just hold off on getting a
home for Tatiana and I I want to get an
investment property somewhere in a
different state maybe another one in
North Carolina yeah we hit so we hit our
past goals and it's kind of time to set
some new one a lot of mine are going to
be for 2018 okay
let's start with this year so currently
at about eight hundred thirty thousand
profits this year my goal was a million
that I said right after I hit drain a
dozen or million now
up--it to two million while i should hit
a million this month part of the house i
have to wait until at least after
january that's going to be early 2019 is
to buy myself the house and then in 2019
i also want to buy my first multifamily
apartment complex wonder that's here or
somewhere else I'm not sure definitely
want that probably buy two or three next
year my guess is I'll probably keep the
Huracan until late 2018 maybe early 2019
most likely I'll probably get an
Aventador SV area comp feel and what the
money is looking like as you guys know
been working on a project I have really
bored enough but going to start going
hard on that I want to launch my new
business called elf energy my new
business by end of the year up and
running and going announced do you guys
show you what it is and then really grow
that far as numbers I have no idea
we'll see early next year no really
fitness goals I'm at the point where the
progress is so small anyway maybe bench
405 when I'm bulking okay not get obese
this year we could want nice yeah so
mine are mostly longer-term goals well I
guess the year two years is not really
long term I definitely want an
investment property next year sometime
car obviously the four eight eight
January 2019 probably is the best time
they're so new right now they're like
three hundred thirty thousand and I
definitely want that car to take some
depreciation before I go buy a newer
used one you know by the end of the year
I want to make three hundred thousand
well I'm going to I want to do a lot
more influencer outreach for my channel
for my you know for my personal brand I
want to connect with influencers that's
always been something that I wanted to
do because I like hearing people's story
right like when I brought Tanner on to
the channel to introduce him to you all
I was very fascinated with Tanner story
and I wanted him to share that with
people I think that's something that I
really want to work on because that's
more of my calling you know that's more
of what I'm interested in hearing other
people's stories to motivate others
because like your story motivates me I'm
sure my story motivates some of the
subscribers family goals maybe baby yeah
who - no I want to wait a few more years
for that but definitely want to buy a
house by early 2019 I want my own home
so I don't have to pay rent to
investment properties in a home
depending it might be a single-family
house
somewhere in North Carolina my other
goal is to get my real estate license
okay soon and then two years after that
got my broker's much shorter term goal
we need to start doing some Meetup
Tanner and I were just talking about
maybe doing a cars and coffee for all of
you so that we can meet you guys I send
you a car and coffee yeah car and coffee
no I
it would be good just to come out and
meet you guys a network and see what you
guys are up to so exotics and education
yes yeah we had t-shirts or something
I'd give them to you but we don't we
don't have t-shirts that might be
something that we have to work on
t-shirts possibly I don't know give us
some ideas to comment down below what
kind of t-shirts
what kind of slogans or mottos you want
to hear that you frequently hear us
saying who has a girlfriend and you'd
wear a shirt that says looks good and
then has an arrow next to it for girls I
like that one I hope that this goals
video kind of helps you make your own
goals because I think it's important to
envision yourself being at a search
place because if you can't have that
vision in your head it's harder to get
there because you kind of don't know
where you're going to go I wrote down a
you know perfect day itinerary two years
ago emphasizing on what I wanted my life
to look like and I'm currently living
that life now I have to write another
one go hang out with Ty Lopez yes true
Lamborghini I would kind of set my goals
decent yes but then I didn't think I'd
hit them and then I killed them somehow
every time and I still feel like oh crap
something's going to happen I'm not
going to hit it I feel it again which
probably happened watch I just said to
nail chronic three mil can walk just
gonna have I don't believe it but you
know happens every time so with the car
think I would every time I'd like feel
like I was driving it at luckabee like
oh there's the livery neo like hard
hard-core but like yeah it just happened
naturally just like at the gym I kind of
envisioned myself looking a little bit
leaner you know a little bit I could see
the six-pack coming in you'd see the
muscles getting a little bit bigger I
don't know it's just like you kind of
envision yourself going somewhere and it
just helps you and motivate to you get
to that place make sure you're keeping
your vision strong and you write down
your goals so
