do is kind of play it by ear we're going
to go down Crystal Cove and Newport
Beach we're going to look up local
on their instagrams and see you know if
they're posting daily on their Instagram
and Facebook and if they're utilizing
Facebook advertising and just see where
we can improve with them kind of how
we're going to approach these businesses
instead of you know sitting in your
house and looking up who's paying for
Yelp advertising and stuff like that
we're just going to play it by ear go
down there show you what we're doing
impromptu you know choose a business and
go approach the business owner

route over it's no tub is the beach and
while I need to get into here yeah we
got to get ready for that tan life in
the summer

alright so we just arrived let's take a
look at what's around here okay okay we
have a Bellagio spawn salon Casablanca
Bridal right so there's a few stores
here we got Blue Fin that's a restaurant
sushi restaurant see pizza Babbitt's
their flag so there's tons of businesses
here so basically what we're going to do
is look up every single one of the
businesses in the center we're going to
go on Instagram right now and we're
going to show you and we're just going
to see how their digital marketing
strategy is right are they posting
consistently social media links on their
website like little stuff that we can
help them out with are they utilizing
Facebook advertising usually you can
tell especially if they're not
consistent with their Facebook posts Ola
geo what are they spawn salon they come
up right here the third one down so
we're going to click on that it's just
the location I want to make sure that
they have an actual page they're
definitely tagged in a bunch of photos
right okay here it is there we go right
Salon Bellagio they have how many
followers they have 796 not that many
they're following more than they
actually have followers but they have a
lot of nice posts on here
we'll kind of scroll down right you can
see they have lots of nice posts let's
see if they're consistent phone number
their email directions gray their
website very low engagement only like 20
to 50 likes per photo this is a place
they could definitely be utilizing
Instagram better to get more leads in
sales
most people are communicating on these
platforms so this is definitely a
business we can help out at least with
their Instagram and Facebook we could
run some advertising for them on both
platforms so you ready Avenue to go in

quick rundown about what happened locked
in there it was a little busy there's
three people in line and there was two
so shi'ites up front when one of them
had free time I kind of explained to him
what what I could do for their business
they said that I should talk more to
their manager about it so they gave me
their managers card directly as I was
walking out I was like well I thought
feels totally unproductive I look to my
right and there is a designer store
right next to it I have found so many
different problems with their social
media two days ago that was their last
post the one after that
is four days ago on their website all
their social media links are all the way
at the bottom and they're not even at
the front page look at their front page
is nothing nothing not even a quick link
to their webs to their social media
nothing did you like can you purchase
anything or let's see shop yes you can
okay
that would be something that we can
capitalize on a paralyzed on by running
Facebook ads to their products all right
so you're going to go freshen yes I'm
going to go right now

cars all messed up we stopped coming at
lunchtime man why is that every manager
is out on their lunch break right now
and it is insane how many associates are
interested in what we're trying to
provide here all this stuff that we we
have under our belts and the managers
aren't even there straight link to the
managers phone and email going to use
this for our advantage it's always good
for these moments even though that all
we got was two business cards to numbers
and to emails straight to the business
owner I mean yeah we didn't get to talk
to the manager but I'm gonna have an
opportunity to show her what I can do
she's not going to be able to turn me
away because I got her numbers here at
Crystal Cove and then joy got some work
done now we're going to take a little
break

to finish up this video I just want to
talk about remembering where you came
from and where you want to be right
having that vision of where you want to
be because I remember when I was
literally working paycheck to paycheck
as a server of the San Jose banker
school paying for rent and there was one
week where I didn't want to ask my
parents for help for money and I was
literally starving I literally I didn't
have enough money for food and I didn't
want to have to ask my parents because I
was doing everything on my own and
that's that week when you know I didn't
have enough money for groceries it
really put things into perspective and
reminds me I remind myself where I was
at that point and that I never want to
be there again so that's why I'm doing
all these things
you know Christian entrepreneurship and
I'm building a six-figure agency and I'm
doing my Amazon products and I'm
investing in the stock market I'm
creating and stuff like that so you know
that just remind yourself where you came
from and where you want to be right I
just came back from the beach right now
I got to enjoy two hours of the beach
kind of come up with some creative
content ideas of new business ventures
that I'm thinking about and I wouldn't
be able to do that if I didn't put in
that work to get here so just remember
where you came from I'm sure all of you
you know have had a point where you
struggle you know everyone has adversity
in their life and it's all about using
that adversity to get ahead right and
motivate you to get further in life if
you can take anything from this video I
hope that it would be to just remember
where you came from and always have that
vision where you want to be so that you
can work relentlessly until you get
