back to my channel this is unbelievable
guys 100,000 subscribers in nine and a
half months on my youtube channel I
don't know what to say I am totally
speechless it seems like just yesterday
I said honey I got 200 subscribers on my
youtube channel and I don't think this
is for me I thought about quitting guys
at 200 subscribers I took me months to
get a hundred subscribers what's gonna
get you from 1,000 to 10,000 a lot
easier than going from zero to a hundred
I mean it's like a steep climb even more
like it's like this and then it starts
to but right now I want to give you some
tips some of my coolest tips that I have
never shared with you on my youtube
channel now I've talked a lot about how
to get more views and subscribers on
YouTube I'm gonna mix things up a little
bit on this video so here we go
I want you guys to have a strong intro
something powerful you know they say it
takes five seconds on YouTube I disagree
it takes three seconds to get people's
attention your watch time matters
okay the more watch time you have the
longer you can keep people on your
videos the more views you're going to
get the more subscribers the higher the
rankings and YouTube the more exposure
you are going to get have a video intro
routine get to the sound and the pop
right at the beginning of your video 3
seconds guys whatever you got to do just
say blah whatever what's up you know get
in people's faces clap 4 times if you're
going to be a youtuber if this is what
you want to do and a lot of you guys
don't want to do YouTube that's totally
cool but for those of you that have your
YouTube channel you know you're trying
to grow it and get a bunch of views and
subscribers and all that cool stuff well
you don't want to be a viewer because
what's the viewer doing the viewers kind
of like
you gotta have some pizzazz you gotta
use your hands and everything guys it's
really important stuff here something
that the viewer is not expecting a
pattern interrupt we've got video we've
got audio there's a lot of things we can
do we can use our hands we can use our
sound it's all right here take advantage
of this space that you have right here
you can also start with the question so
hey you guys want to make some more
money ask him a question you want to
learn how to change a tire on a Toyota
well you came to the right YouTube
channel always confirm your content so
when people get to your video because
they already know you know why they
clicked on it it might say hey how to
change your tires on your Toyota so they
clicked on the video well you got to say
it again what's up guys you want to
learn how to change the tires on your

we're gonna change the tires we're gonna

tires on this Toyota right now you guys
got to do whatever you got to do to get
them to stay on your videos okay you
want that watched I'm have more energy
the camera reduces your energy like 50%
if I'm talking to you like this this is
a little bit more energy than I normally
have when I'm on my computer but you
guys are gonna have to ramp it up a
little bit more the viewer is like
sitting back going like this right tired
had a long day at work boom what's up
welcome to my channel what's going on
guys you guys got to bring it to the
table okay the clap your hand whatever
you got to do whatever you got to do
lapping it up but I'm not being but I
mean this took off my channel when I
started getting up in the face of people
right now I'm not saying it's all about
that we talk about content providing
good value and all that good stuff more
energy you have to you know run in place
if that's what you want to do you know
do some jumping jacks whatever it has to
be bring it to the table because this is
YouTube it is competitive because if
you're not putting out the energy
somebody else is you guys got to stop
your excuses and you have to just be
more vulnerable and not worry about your
imperfections guys I could go on all day
about different things about myself that
I don't like my teeth are crooked on the
bottom you guys probably already know
that you see my videos all the time yeah
it bothers me I'm probably gonna get it
fixed right can't get my hair right I
got pimples or something on my face I
gotta fix it or whatever I mean
don't worry about perfection don't worry
about your vocabulary your spelling you
that's one thing great about YouTube is
I don't have to rethink about my
spelling because I'm just talking right
if you stumble over your words just
leave it in the video just leave it in
the video guys I'm serious don't ever
think that this is not for you you know
like I said when I had 200 subscribers
which took me months anybody would have
quit I was making a video every single
day I told my wife you're just gonna
have to give it more time you're gonna
have to provide more value more content
and make more videos and provide more
energy more energy to the table and
start getting start clapping a little
bit start banging on the microphone a
little bit you've got to tear up YouTube
break it break YouTube and like always
consistency is key because YouTube wants
to see that consistent content they're
gonna reward you for that and the more
videos you have on YouTube the more
people are going to see your videos the
more content out there floating around
the more views and then that translates
into more subscribers so there you go

skills a little bit more and all that

and different things that I do are going
to be pretty much the same but guys get
out there and crush it because you guys
are awesome you're powerful you are
amazing and you just have to loosen up a
little bit and stop getting all uptight
