what's going on guys welcome back to another video in today's video I'm gonna
show you four passive income streams that are making me over fifty thousand
dollars per month and I'm gonna actually show you exactly how I'm making this
money $50,000 a month guys seems like a lot of money and it is a lot of money
but passive income isn't just money that falls out of the sky like a lot of
people think passive income is when you put in the work now and you reap the
rewards later so some of these streams I'm going to be showing you I actually
started working on these three years ago two years ago six months ago and I'm
starting to reap the rewards now so that's how it works but the problem is
on income or finances you know they teach us math English stuff that I don't
use in my day-to-day life and I know people who are even in college now and
have never heard of passive income in fact I never heard of passive income
until I was in my 20s and I didn't even learn about passive income until I was
actually my late 20s so you know this is the reason why I'm doing this video
there so hopefully educate you on how it works how you can get into this and to
prove that passive income is actually true you can do it you can make money
from it you can make a living from passive income and if you put in the
hard work now guys you can reap the rewards three months later six months
later a year later and you can live a life of financial freedom which a lot of
us are now doing thanks to the internet no I'm not going to be including things
like money from my drop shipping stores or my online courses because I still do
work on those in the back end so that is not truly passive income for me right
now so we're not going to be including that we're gonna be including income
that I don't do hardly any work or minimal work on today and I've done the
hard work in the past now if you're new to my video guys make sure you drop a

we're going to start with passive income stream number one which is affiliate
marketing if you don't know how to flirt Marketing is when you take a product a
software or something like that and you promote that and you get a commission
then you might be thinking but hey you have a youtube channel and stuff like
that you can get these affiliate Commission's easy well actually I don't
get many affiliate commissions from a YouTube channel I actually have a blah
where I get a lot of my affiliate commissions from for example
clickfunnels is a software that people use to build
funnels and I made eleven thousand two hundred dollars in the last thirty days
from this particular product and I get recurring commissions every single month
now I got most of those commissions from a blog post that I have on one of my
blogs and it is a review on click funnels and I did this post a long time
ago in fact I haven't touched this blog for a very long time I only log in to
update the blog because I put in the work in the past to get the traffic to
this blog and stuff like that and now it's organic traffic and I just you know
make Commission's from click funnels another example guys is Bluehost where I
made five thousand dollars in the last thirty days and I make this on average
every single month and this once again is from a blog post that's titled how to
start a blog online and what happens with Bluehost is people who are looking
to start a blog go to my blog post and they actually scroll down and sign up to
the hosting that I provide to them and I get a one hundred and ten dollar
commission so there's a two of the affiliate marketing programs that I
promote and I use my blog to actually do that another one guys was called Shopify
affiliates now you know you think him you do Shopify videos in the YouTube
channel actually most of my commissions once again and this month we did seven
thousand seven hundred most of those commissions come from a blog post guys
that I did nearly three years ago now that's right I did a blog post in nearly
three years ago and we are making around about seven thousand dollars per month
from that blog post that was posted nearly three years ago that is passive
income that's a great example right there right did something three years
ago it's still getting traffic today it's still making good money today at
another affiliate marketing program I promote guys it's called get response
and this is an email marketing software and this month we did eight hundred
dollars worth debt and I do get quite a lot of traffic from YouTube for that
particular affiliate marketing program I do it but other affiliate marketing
programs right promote but I haven't added the links we don't make much money
from those and we're probably being here for quite a long time now income stream
number two guys is pretty common and that is YouTube ad revenue anybody
thinking but you have a big you channel well this YouTube channel was
created to build a community the ad revenue is actually a bonus and you know
I am making a lot of the ad revenue from videos that are posted two or three
years ago a lot of them are doing one hundred two hundred dollars per month
and they're still doing it today so this is a classic example of passive income
now currently I cannot tell you exactly how much I make because of terms and
conditions but it is around about eight to ten thousand dollars per month from
YouTube ad revenue and it's just a bit of a bonus and guys you can start a
YouTube channel for free it's not hard I started with zero subscribers just like
you we all started from scratch so that is a source that you can use to create
some income and most of all it's passed and the best thing about YouTube guys is
your content stays up forever so you are getting money forever as long as your
videos there whether it be twenty dollars a month ten dollars a month
fifty dollars a month you are getting revenue from those videos and it's
actually better than real estate because in real estate you had to put up a lot
of capital to create passive income that's you know no that's what a lot of
old-school people did they'd purchase real estate but that's not really you
know a great passive income now you need a lot of capital when you can go and
start a YouTube channel or start a blog and you can make more money doing that a
passive income stream number three guys is one of my favorites now this is a
software that I created about two years ago now this software I don't really
talk about it much on YouTube in fact I don't think I ever have I don't promote
it anywhere I don't use my personal brand to promote this particular
software I'm not going to give away too much details because we make good money
with this and it works very very well I hired a team to build this for me and I
now have a team that runs us a cost me around about four thousand dollars a
month to run the software however this makes me on average around about twenty
four thousand dollars per month and the kicker is guys I do not touch this at
all I have the team that does everything and the traffic source once again is
traffic from Google I have not done any paid traffic I've not used my personal
brand to get traffic to this particular product and maybe have a little bit but
not much most of the traffic to this software is
coming from Google traffic and it is completely passive I have not touched
this for a long time the software updates get done brought by my team the
support gets done by my team it's all done by my team and I passively get the
money 13 every single month and then the rest
is in my pocket but like I said I put in the hard yards a long time ago like it
took us around about a year to create it and then we did some testing and then
you know two years ago or a year and a half ago we finally released it and we
finally started to get traffic and make money to that particular software so you
know software's are a great way to make income it really depends on the traffic
source you use because we use Google traffic and stuff like that it is
passive and it keeps coming and keeps coming if we were doing paid traffic it
wouldn't actually really fall under the passive income category because you're
putting in at work and stuff like that and you're continuously putting in work
to promote that software but this is very passive if it's being very passive
for me and it brings me a monthly income of at least $20,000 plus per month and I
haven't touched it for a very very long time guy now passive income stream
number four is something that I have been doing for a long long time I'm
talking years and years and years but I started doing this with a small amount
of money and then as stocks and my advice when investing in stocks is to
invest in a fund that has a multiple amount of companies in it so I'm
invested in a fund that is the top 50 companies of New Zealand and I get paid
a 4% dividend every single year now I have over a hundred thousand dollars in
this fund and I get around about if I calculate out the dividends I get around
about three hundred and fifty dollars per month from this you might be
thinking but hey you have a hundred thousand dollars in this fund I actually
started putting $20 a week into this fund when I was younger and had no money
I put 20 bucks a week 20 bucks a week then I upped it to $50 a week and then
now think I'm doing like a hundred two hundred dollars a week and it
accumulates and accumulates and accumulates over time and when I
actually get paid the dividends every we get paid twice a year I actually
reinvest it back into the stock and it just builds and builds and builds and
builds and a fun fact over here in New Zealand the stock market made more money
than capital gains in the last year while in Auckland and so the stock
market is a very good way for anybody to start creating passive income but just
remember stock market is something that you I'm
not talking about day trading day trading is a horrible thing to do if you
don't know what you're doing I'm talking about investing a little bit of money
into stocks now and reaping the rewards four or five years later now the stuff
that I mean we get 4% per year I'm not sure if I mentioned that you might be
thinking 4% that's not a lot of money and it's not if you're only putting in
you know five a thousand dollars into these funds but you want to just keep
putting in this money guys a little bit each week or each month and it can be a
retirement fund or it can just just it's just passive income that's coming in
that you know sometimes you forget about it I sometimes forget about it and then
you'll log in after a few months anybody hey well I've made like a couple of
hundred hundreds of dollars you log in four five years later you might have
made 10 grand and that's just from dividends guys stocks go up as well the
stock that I'm in right now has gone up considerably
in the last five years so I have not only got dividends I've also had an
increase in the stock and got money that way as well guys so that is probably my
go-to if you have no online experience and stuff like that
I recommend right now you start putting a little bit of money away into some
sort of fund in your country that has multiple company isn't it you want to go
for one that has like you know top 50 companies or something like that because
they're relatively safe in order to put all your money into one company because
as that company goes down so does your money if you're in the top 50 of one or
two companies go down you've got all of these other companies in there so the
stock price it stays relatively stable now those are for real income streams
guys that I have used to make over $50,000 per month and I make around
about $50,000 per month on average with these income streams affiliate marketing
YouTube a driven you my software and stocks and anybody can go ahead and do
this if you put in the hard work now and you you know you you know this stuff
guys I worked hard for this you put in the hard work now and then you reap the
