okay this is Ryan Hildreth and today
we're going to do something a little
different I know I've been providing a
lot of value with my videos teaching you
how to do certain things giving you
skill sets tools and tricks to make more
money through different avenues of you
know affiliate marketing social media
marketing Amazon sales but I want to
make sure that you are actually
implementing everything that I'm
teaching you because all this
information is crap if you don't
implement it so I'm going to be holding
you accountable I'm going to be doing
something a lot different I don't think
anyone out there has done this before so
we're going to start today but I'm going
to show you every book that has helped
me throughout my life but I'm going to
show you exactly what I applied and
implemented in my life from those books
so I'm going to give you
behind-the-scenes access to exactly what
I read and how it implemented that into
my life so that you can do the exact
same because we're all the same we're on
the same playing field everyone has the
same 24 hours in one day so I want to
make sure that you are getting getting
the most value from my videos and you're
implementing exactly what you're
learning so in the first book
today's book I'm going to introduce the
4-hour workweek by Tim Ferriss you've
probably heard of this book maybe you
even read this book but you haven't
applied anything from the book into your
life so I'm going to show you exactly
what I learned from this book I'm going
to go over a few things that I learned
and then I'm going to show you exactly
how I applied it into my life so that
you could do the same okay you could
literally just copy exactly what I got
from this book and implement it into
your life and Before we jump on my
computer and I show you exactly how it
implemented some of the skills I've
learned from this book I kind of want to
talk about what this book revolves
around and really I mean it's self
explanatory the 4-hour workweek escape
the nine-to-five live anywhere and join
the new
rich so what this book shows you how to
do is build a business find a market
reverse engineer build a business and
automate your income so can various had
many businesses that he automated in
this book he shows you how to do it how
he was traveling the world only working
four hours a week because he out sourced
all the work for these online businesses
and he shows you how to build the online
businesses how to find a market how to
find a product or service to sell how to
advertise how to build an email list in
just so many skill sets in this book I
want to talk a little bit about those
because you know the most important one
that I learned from this book is
outsourcing your work when I I read this
before I had a business and then once I
created multiple businesses I read it
one more time and that's when it really
helped me because I was able to look at
this book in the perspective of a
business owner so I noticed I had so
much so many things that I was doing
like messaging people you know
advertising building you know building
my email list certain things that could
definitely be outsourced and I started
to outsource those things I hired people
on Fiverr I hired you know an associate
to do the sales for me for social media
marketing there were so many things that
I was doing by myself that really
hinders you from scaling your business
to six or seven figures and the only way
to scale is to start also outsourcing
the things that are you know not as
valuable for your time he teaches he
teaches a lot of that in this book
outsourcing your work there was another
thing that I'm going to show you on my
computer called the dream line worksheet
that's really what I got from this book
because when you have a dream line
worksheet when you fill it out you know
exactly the target daily income and
target
monthly income you need to be making to
live your dream life and like I always
say if you don't have a map you're not
going to know where the hell you're
going so make sure you have a map of
exactly what your life is going to be
what you want to live day-to-day and do
anything possible and necessary to
achieve that to get to that goal and the
only way to do that is to have a map so
let's jump on my computer now and I'll
show you exactly what I mean by this
alright so we're here on my computer and
I'm going to show you exactly how it
implemented the things I learned from
the 4-hour workweek by Tim Ferriss into
my life the first thing I want to show
you is the dream line worksheet okay so
all's I did was I searched the 4-hour
work week dream line worksheet on Google
and the second link here you click on
this and you're going to come to this
dream line worksheet right here and you
could press download okay and I'm going
to go ahead and show you my dream line
worksheet right now okay so this is what
my dream line worksheet looks like okay
this is very important in reaching your
dream wife if you want a nice house or
you just want to be making enough money
to live comfortably and enjoy the
freedom of not working a nine-to-five
then you need to you know put exactly
what you want in your life on this
worksheet and for me you know I want a
nice little house in Newport Beach
Laguna or Irvine area nothing too big I
don't want a million dollar home just
something small because you know
California is really expensive and I
don't want to tie up a lot of cash into
a million dollar home when I could tie
up some cash in more investment
properties in North Carolina or
something like that and be making you
know way higher return but we do want to
build equity in a home so my fiance and
I want something small here in Newport
Beach Laguna or a vine for 700,000 20
percent down okay and i'ma show you how
to calculate though that monthly more
inch payment okay also I want to drive a
Ferrari Italia four five eight I plan on
doing this you know either by the end of
this year next year but you we have to
calculate this out because if we don't
know exactly how much a monthly payment
on this type of exotic car is we're not
going to be prepared to take on this
type of financial expense so you want to
make sure you know exactly what you want
what do you want do you want a small
house do you want a big house do you
want to rent do you want to drive a
Prius or do you want to drive a
Lamborghini or Ferrari it's up to you
whatever you want whatever suits you you
put in the dream line worksheet okay
also I put down that I want to put an
additional fifty thousand dollars in our
freedom fund so in the stock market
invested next year so every year I want
to put an additional fifty thousand at
least and obviously the monthly cost of
that you just divide fifty thousand by
twelve and comes out to 4166 now how did
we get the mortgage payment okay whether
you want to rent or you want a house
you're going to have to calculate your
monthly mortgage and how we did this was
I went here to loan calculator I just
typed in loan calculator on Google and
you know this was the first one bank
rent calm okay if I want a seven hundred
thousand dollar house and I put 20% down
I believe that's one hundred and forty
thousand down okay
so I have to have a hundred and forty
thousand cash put down on the house
and then we're going to take a loan of
five hundred sixty thousand dollars okay
this is a mortgage so thirty-year
mortgage loan Act you know we're just
going to assume 4 percent which is safe
you know I know rates are a lot lower
than this but we're going to be safe and
our monthly mortgage would be two
thousand six hundred seventy three
dollars and 53 cents now on the dream
line worksheet
you saw 3000 $73 why did I have a higher
monthly mortgage because you have to
factor in HOA fees okay if you live in a
neighborhood most likely going to have
an HOA I'm just adding a $400 HOA
because in Irvine area it's pretty that
HOAs are pretty hot so factor that in
and you get your you know monthly
mortgage which you can see here three
thousand seventy three dollars okay
Ferrari this is a this is the next step
what kind of car do you want dream big
okay if if you're if the car you want to
drive is you know Toyota Camry Prius
something very economical that's fine
put you have to calculate how much your
monthly payment is going to be on that
car okay but if you want an exotic or
something very pricey you're going to
have to calculate that as well so
assuming that I get the four five eight
four 200,000 out the door okay you can
just make a rough estimate on the car
you want okay
search around on CarGurus see how much
they're going for the one I want is
going to be around two hundred thousand
so my loan amount because I'm going to
put 50 thousand down is going to be a
hundred and fifty thousand dollars okay
that's going to be my loan amount I
don't want to tie up too much cash in
the car I feel comfortable with a
quarter down or third down but we're
just going to put a quarter the loan
term is going to be six years
that's a seventy two months yep seventy
two months
loan and then we're going to do five and
a half percent because that's what I
currently have and just assuming that
rate okay and when we calculate that my
monthly payment is going to be two
thousand four hundred fifty dollars for
the Ferrari 458 Italia okay so that's
how we do it that's how we do it step by
step and this is actionable this is
stuff that you can do today as you're
watching this video follow along and
fill out your dream line worksheet okay
because it's going to show you the
target daily income and target monthly
income that
you need to be making to live your dream
life 50,000 divided by 12 we have that
so now we have a monthly total of nine
thousand six hundred eighty nine okay
and this is in our having section okay
because this is the stuff that I have to
have okay this is your your big expenses
there's a being section which I want to
be fluent in Russian okay and I can hire
a tutor online for an hour a day twenty
dollars an hour times five days a week
that's a $400 monthly cost okay and then
also I want three getaways and mind you
this is my dream life okay this is this
is my current dream life that I want to
be living obviously I'm currently living
my dreams but this is kind of my
elevated dream life that's why I filled
out this worksheet I also want to do
three getaways to the risks Carlton and
Laguna Beach for $1,600 for two nights
three times a year so many vacations
mini retirements he talks about that in
the book as well if you take mini
retirements it's a lot better than
slaving away your whole life working a
nine-to-five and then taking one big
retirement because really you get tired
of retirements okay you see old people
to hate leader lives because they have
nothing to do they're bored but you know
you see old people like Warren Buffett
who has you know Berkshire Hathaway he
has a huge billion-dollar business you
know he's excited every day he's working
on a bigger purpose right so we take
mini retirements because I don't ever
plan on retiring he talked about it in
the book and this is part of that mini
retirement so that monthly total comes
out to $400 a month okay let's go to
page two don't forget about page two you
got to fill out your I know this is
small you probably can't see this but
education intuition I said 20 bucks a
month on books car insurance that's
going to be pretty high okay it's going
to be like 400 bucks
i telephone 260 and this is factoring in
expenses with my fiance as well so if
you have a said significant other
put those expenses in there as well this
is both of our car insurance water
hundred dollars public transportation
400 that's like yeah you know gasoline
gasoline is right here fifty bucks
groceries four hundred fifty dollars and
eating out three hundred dollars okay so
don't skimp on this be real be real when
you're filling this out because it's
better to overestimate than
underestimate and not have enough money
for your dream life so let's go back to
page 2 or page one okay factoring in all
my expenses all our expenses plus
everything that we want to have the
target monthly income is going to be
thirteen thousand one hundred forty-one
dollars okay so we have to be making
thirteen thousand one hundred forty-one
dollars a month to live the dream
lifestyle that's actually not that much
okay before I knew any of this before I
knew about finances back when I was like
18 19 years old I would I thought that
you had to have millions of dollars
millions okay be making a million a
month to live a lifestyle like this but
you really don't
okay thirteen thousand one hundred forty
one that's very doable especially if you
have a partner you guys you guys split
it you know you're both contributing to
this monthly income it's not that much
my monthly income is obviously seen my
past videos of my monthly profits which
is you know three or four five times
this so this is very doable this is very
doable target daily income this is the
one I care about because I look at
things on a daily basis like how much am
I do I need to make per day four hundred
thirty two dollars okay so this is this
is crucial right here now you know how
much you need to live your dream life to
drive the Ferrari to add the nice house
to you know
have these mini retirements or whether
it's you want to just make enough money
to not work a nine-to-five and just
enjoy we're going to living a humble
lifestyle whatever it is whether you
want to travel the world six to 15 times
a year you know whether you want to live
in different countries you have to you
have to map out exactly what the cost is
going to be your target daily income
needs to be okay so mine is four hundred
thirty two dollars a day very doable I'm
going to achieve this lifestyle this
dream line worksheet and I want you to
do so as well I want you to achieve this
with me so what I challenge you to do is
fill this dream line worksheet out go

okay what does your dream life look like
how are you going to get there how are
you going to get to this target daily
income are you going to be having
multiple businesses maybe doing
affiliate marketing personal branding
and social media marketing
do you have an Amazon product that's you
know bringing in a portion of this
target daily income per day okay what
are you going to be doing to making this
type of money so this is a very very I
love this streamline worksheet if you

transfer money into a TD Ameritrade
account and sign up for an online tutor
okay these are the steps actionable
steps you need to take today after you
fill out your dream line worksheet
tomorrow schedule an appointment with
the real estate agent scheduled
appointment to look at the four I put
for a day but I meant four or five eight
research top three stock opportunities
and then schedule my first tutoring
session tomorrow okay so this is all
actionable implementable steps that you
can apply in your life from this book
okay such a crucial
to actually implement what you're
learning because if you don't implement
what you're learning you're just wasting
your time reading a book that you're
never going to apply and I want to do
these book reviews these summaries to
show you exactly how to implement these
things into your life maybe you don't
want to even read this book and you just
want to take what you learn from this
video and start taking action go ahead
and do so this is a perfect way to you
know figure out your dream dream lies
how much it's going to cost you and what
you need the actions you need to take to
get to that target daily income or that

outsourcing your work if you own a
social media marketing agency or you're
doing you know whatever it may be your
personal brand you have been you're
doing email marketing whatever it may be
make sure that you outsource some of
your work that's taking a lot of your
time you know that's not as valuable

services on there like website design
you know copywriting things like that
things that maybe you're not as skilled
in and you can better serve yourself by
paying someone a very low premium to do
it for you so you know I would go on
Fiverr there's plenty of websites upwork
concur I like concur to shout out to
Alex Becker but concur is nice because
if you like your services let's say it's
a website design you really enjoyed your
website you can promote the person who
built your website and get an affiliate
commission for every time that you
recommend their services you know and
someone clicks your link and gets their
website done by the same guy that you
got yours done by you're going to get a
little commission so these are
actionable steps I hope you enjoyed this
