WAKE UP! Conquer Depression and Blast through Internal Resistance



how's it going everyone this is Ryan
Hildreth and today I want to talk to you
a little bit about internal resistance
and how that might be the cause of your
depression for those who aren't familiar
with what internal resistance is it's
when you want to accomplish a goal but
you keep putting it off day after day
week after week sometimes a year after
year you wake up in the morning feeling
worthless you know depressed almost like
you haven't done anything throughout the
whole day
it's that feeling but and it could be
horrible but there's ways to get rid of
this feeling and I've developed like two
simple steps to really battle this the
first one is to cultivate positive
emotions in your life like many spikes
of positive emotion so how do you do
this well one one way of doing it is
conquering fears so if you ever skydive
or like smoke in front of a big audience
you know that exhilarating feeling you
get after that's what we want to
cultivate so we're basically gonna do
the same thing I want you to write down
your fears like stuff you're
legitimately fearful of just write a
long list I wrote down some of mine and
they were meeting new people talking to
pretty girls caring about what what
others thought about me and exploring
new places so when I actively went out
and met new people I you know I built
great relationships I boosted my self
awareness
when I went out and talked to pretty
girls boosted my confidence felt good
about myself when I stopped caring about
what others thought about me my
self-esteem went up you know these are
all positive emotions and you want you
want to cultivate this when I explored
new places I saw what the world had to
offer this is like crucial stuff like if
you're feeling depressed you know like
you can't do anything you need to you
need to write down your fears and within
the next two to three days
try conquering one or two of them you
know cultivate that positive emotion in
your life and I guarantee it'll help you
the second step is to write down your
3-month goal and do something every day
to like work towards that goal a big
goal of mine was
I've been ramping up my business within
the past couple months I teach people
how to make an income in the stock
market and every day I told myself I
need to meet three new people and teach
them a little bit about the stock market
and tell them about my business and not
only is gonna help my business but it's
gonna help me feel better about myself
and and you know like I'll wake up in
the morning knowing that I have a
purpose that day
so yeah internal resistance it's a
horrible feeling and it won't go away
unless you implement these steps into
your life okay so I need you to really
take action within the next couple days
do these things and I guarantee you'll
wake up feeling great and living a happy
life
