that well one of the easiest ways to do
that is to get local businesses in your
area to pay you money and in this video
I'm actually going to give you the steps
that I use in the actual programs that I
mean the tools that I use how to find
them how to really get paid from these
local businesses and how you can get
started pretty much right now with your
computer get started today with it now
Before we jump into that though if you

right here right now online also there's

all right so let's jump right into this
so local businesses that that you know
these local businesses don't have time
to generate leads for their business
okay but they need lead that's all and
they don't know how to market okay
now I'm not saying you know I'm not
gonna say that you know you have to be
an expert on this all I'm gonna say is
local businesses are desperate to find
leads and I'm gonna show you how you can
actually generate some leads for them
and you can get paid to do that if you
can bring a business quality leads
people coming in their door they're
gonna pay out the wazoo for it okay and
I'm just there's lots of different
businesses local areas that all need
customers they all need leads coming in
one of the and this is what I do for my
local business is Jim's gym owners if
you have local gyms in your area that
are maybe independent gyms or maybe
France even franchise gyms
they'll have owners because it'll be
individual owners they all need leads
okay but they don't know how to market
gym owners I mean they know how to
workout and they know how to you know
get people fit but they have they are
clueless on you know trying to get leads
for their business and they're all
struggling they need more people coming
into their business so gyms are a great
way for local business now you can do
this with a lot of other businesses
restaurants they need leads they need
people coming in there their restaurant
chiropractors another ones they have
they're clueless on marketing they don't
know how to generate leads Dennis they
don't know how to generate leads local
doctors who are general practitioners
they need leads they need people coming
in they don't know how to market okay
that's where you come in and you get to
go to these local businesses and all you
have to say is look I'm gonna help you
generate more leads okay I'm gonna get
more people in your door but you get
more customers in the door more leads
you're gonna make more money and life is
gonna be good and when they make more
money they're gonna pay you more money
and you're gonna have a great you know
great client that you can service
consistently so there's a couple things
you're going to need first thing is the
most important thing is how to get paid
use PayPal to start this off with
PayPal you can sign up and you can
create with what's called a bike a Buy
Now button and all you do is send that
Buy Now button to the local owners when
you're ready to get paid now I recommend
either you can do it by per lead okay or
you can just say look give me $300 not
generate as many leads as I can okay
it's totally up to you you've got to you
got to kind of feel this out with
different owners but other way if you
generate leads for them and you bring in
business for them they're gonna be happy
and they're gonna be super excited for
that so when you go to just go to Yelp
and you can type in like best like I
type in the best ten gems near my area
okay so my zip code and so what happens
is is all of these come up these are
like different like this is kiddie
Academy Anytime Fitness is a local gym
there's an owner of that LA Fitness
gonna be a little bit bigger but these
these other orange Fitness ones are
gonna be total independent Snap Fitness
is going to be independent there's YMCA
that's gonna be independent cocoa Club
totally independent so this is you know
what I would look forward I would try to
reach out to the individual owners of
these again you can use these with a lot
of different industries but just think
of businesses that need leads Jim they
need leads like crazy and they have no
clue what they're doing so what I do is
this so if we're like this cocoa Club
what I'll do is I'll set up a simple two
page two pages for this I'm going to use
click funnels for this you can use
leadpages you can use WordPress plugins
if you want use thrive themes is going
to be good with WordPress but I'm just
going to use I use clickfunnels because
it's really easy to set up so what I'm
going to do is use is I'm going to set
up a simple page like this and I'm give
away free vouchers so the first the next
fifty vouchers who want to get part of
this is I'm just going to grab they're
going to put in their name they're going
to put in their information here and
then they're gonna send that off and
what I'll do is I'll just grab a picture
of the owners and I'll use it as a
backdrop
this okay so people can see who who the
owners are of the particular club and
then when I get done here or when they
hit thank you
then we're going to go to the next page
okay your vouchers in your inbox but
wait call now and schedule your
appointment so when you start doing this
and people start calling they're gonna
this club is going to have the phone's
gonna start ringing off the hook right
because they're going to want this this
scheduled session in their gym and
they're gonna want this free session you
know a personal training session they're
gonna want their free voucher to get in
and get started in the club so this is
their phone's gonna ring off the hook
and there's gonna be people coming in
all the time looking for this voucher
and when you do this these business
owners are they're gonna go crazy
because you're like wow this person
really knows what they're doing but all
you're really doing is you're just
promoting this to your local business
now what I recommend you doing is this
is you go to you go to business that
Facebook and what you want to do is you
want to take the picture of the local
gym or take a picture of the owners of
the local gym or maybe takes picture of
somebody working out and then what you
want to do is create a small ad just to
the zip code of the area that you're at
so what I would do in this is I would
take I would do a where is the top 10
GM's right here so I'm gonna take the
zip code here three four two one one and
I'm gonna run an ad just to this zip
code er here business Facebook will let
you do that you can run an ad strictly
to the zip code okay you can you can run
an ad you can take the zip code and and
with Facebook you can say okay run this
ad 250 miles around this particular zip
code Facebook is quote mean they just
have so much data on everybody that it
allows you to come in as a business
manager and run these small ads so what
you're going to do is in that zip code
you run these small ads to your your
landing page here here let me go back to
here yeah so you're gonna run a small ad
and you're going to send it straight to
this and your ad is basically gonna have
this in the titles get started today for
free only fifty Vout fifty vouchers
available and just change the wording in
to your your local business but you can
do this and then send it to the Thank
You page and then have them call the Jim
right then and you start to you'll start
to generate leads for this business okay
so you may have to start off with just
setting this up okay if you're brand new
and you're setting you may have started
off setting this up start generating
leads for them and saying hey look I can
generate all kinds of leads for your
business but but here's my feet you know
thousand dollars or five hundred dollars
whatever it is once you start showing
them the leads coming in don't don't
show them any of this stuff and the
reason why is because they don't really
care about any stuff all they care is
about their phone ringing off the hook
so don't even don't even explain to them
what you're doing here just say look I'm
gonna get your phone ringing off the
hook I'm gonna generate leads to your
business that's all they care about they
don't care about anything else they
don't care about whether you are a
marketing genius they don't care if you
graduated junior high okay they don't
care
business owners could care less who you
are or what you do all they care about
is generating their phone ringing and
getting leads okay so think about this
when you're working with business owners
okay if you start showing them all this
marketing gurus and stuff that we're
talking about here they're gonna get
thrown off and they're gonna tell you
this ain't gonna work out all they care
about is you picking up that phone and
people coming into their club when you
start getting tons and tons of leads
coming in you you are sitting in the
driver's seat and you can go and you can
tell these business look either you want
to pay me a tons of money right maybe
you paid me a few a couple hundred bucks
but you got to increase your pay here
and I'll start generate tons of more
leads for your business okay again just
remember all they care about is results
they don't care about any marketing
stuff that I'm showing you here all they
care about is the end result so you
don't even have to worry about showing
on this stuff they don't they don't care
all right these business owners
it's it's it's it's just they don't
really care about any of this right they
want their phone ringing off the hook
and they want leads so all you have to
do is just find the local businesses set
up your little marketing okay go to
Facebook business run a small little ad
campaign on the zip code of that gym
okay because those are going to be the
people that are in that gym that they
want to get inside of there when you do
that then people are going to get the
voucher they're gonna respond to your ad
and these are going to be quality leads
because they're going to be local
they're gonna be interested in the
product which is gonna be a gem they're
looking to work out so you have people
that are going to be the leads are going
to be local they're gonna be interested
in working out and they're gonna want to
get that voucher so they can get into
the club when you start putting more and
more people inside of a gym like this
you're gonna be you're totally gonna be
the hero I told you when this happens
and and you start generating tons of
leads these owners are gonna go
absolutely crazy for you when you're
first getting started it may take a
little bit more work to get your first
one but once you get your first one then
all you do is just you start leveraging
that success to these other owners like
you can go to this this owner right here
and say look I helped out this you know
cocoa Club I generated you know thousand
leads for their business okay I can do
the same thing for you let's set up you
know let's set up a time let's get you
going you start having success with this
club and you start leveraging all these
other ones because all these gyms are
competing against each other they want
leads they want people coming in if they
got to compete with somebody else and
you're helping them get more leads
they're gonna want in on the action they
don't want to get left behind so you
come in as the genius so that's all you
have to do you can generate endless
amounts of income okay but you got to go
out there and get these these owners and
get leads for them get their phone
ringing and you will start to see great
success in your business so just set it
up get it started start make taking
action make it happen for yourself and
you will you know life will be good
because you'll start making the income
that you want and you'll have a real
business because now you can service
these companies on your local you know
your local companies if you want to get
