actually going to show you and tell you
about 12 highest paying jobs that you
can get started with you don't need a
degree donate experience and we're gonna
do it right here on this video hey what

so these are gonna be the highest twelve
these are gonna be the twelve of the
highest paying jobs without a degree or
experience now some of these are gonna
require a little bit of license but all
these are gonna be really just gonna be
gaining experience from this now right
I'm not saying people don't need to go
to college and don't need to have a
degree but what I'm saying is is that in
this I'm gonna show you that companies
right now are hiring based on results
they're hiring based on people that have
experience go through college for four
years you'll learn in a bunch of books
you get out what do you have you don't
have any experience that's what
companies are looking for nowadays and
if you find the right one then you can
jump in there and you can really take
advantage of this okay if you stick to
the stick around at the end I'll give
you my number one right now that my wife
is crushing it right now you can get
started with that it's something that I
wish that I would have started when I
was back when I was 19 20 just getting
out of high school I wish I would have
started this as the highest paying job
right now without a degree for me I went
to college but I was only there for a
couple years just wasn't for me I was
ready to get out and start you know
getting into the workforce getting some
experience so yeah I guess you can say I
was a college dropout so all of these
jobs definitely are going to work for
you alright so I'm going to start off
with the first one it's gonna be a hotel
executive chef now with a hotel
executive chef you're going to work long
hours with this if you'd like to cook
and you like to really prepare foods for
people this is gonna be a great job this
is gonna pay anywhere from a hundred
thousand dollars on up okay but it's
going to be required that you really put
in the time to kind of build your way up
from this you're gonna you don't need
any degree don't need any experience
from this but what you're gonna have to
do is go into a hotel and you're gonna
tell them hey I want to become an
executive chef one day I want to start
working my way up
one of they'll do is just kind of put
you in the kitchen you'll start you'll
learn from the executive chef at the
time you'll kind of be the apprentice
and then you're just kind of work your
way up and then you'll work your way up
to the ladder and then you'll become
that executive chef that the hotels are
going to be looking for so you just bump
your skills up once you get them up then
you're going to get paid that good money
for that all right the next one is going
to be court reporter have you ever seen
those shows on TV where they're the
judge and the plaintiff and the
defendants all that there's always
somebody right there typing on the
computer type it on that little box
right there the the paper comes out
that's a court reporter and all they're
doing is just recording what's going on
in the court don't need a whole lot of
experience you do need detail and you do
need to be able to learn quickly it's in
order to type out what they're saying in
there because it's not a regular
typewriter it's more of a you know it's
a different type of communication type
tool that puts the communication on to
the print and prints it out okay so
court reporter definitely want to jump
in on that now the next one is going to
be a pilot yes a pilot you know about 15
about 20 years ago I went out and got my
pilot's license my private pilot's
license you know I don't have a degree
and I went out and got my pilot's
license you don't really have to have an
experience you just gotta have the
willingness to go and want to become a
pilot now there's a couple of different
avenues that you could do with this if
you become a pilot you can get your you
can get your your certificate where you
can teach people how to it's called a CF
I think it's called C if C if man what
is it certified flight a flight
certified pilot certified anyways you
get to teach other people how to fly and
you get paid for that it's a very good
job and you can gain a lot of flight
hours doing that you can also go in
right into the airline's
you're gonna have to start your way at
the bottom and you have to work your way
up but once you get up in the flat end
to the first officer and the big jets
and then captain you can work you can
make anywhere between 110 thousand all
the way up to like 160 thousand dollars
plus okay so a pilot is a very good job
to get into the next one's gonna be
network an IT manager now with network
and IT manager you gonna be making
anywhere from fifth
three $225,000 per year with this now
what you're going to be doing as an
executive is you're going to be going
into companies and you're just going to
be making sure that their corporate
computer system is is good you're gonna
have to learn how to set up a corporate
system and you're just going to make
sure that it's always running all the
time this is a great job that you can go
in and learn hands-on with other people
that are that have already done this
before and then you can start with a
company and just work your way up and
eventually what you'll do is you can
take over big corporations and big
networks and big IT and just become the
the boss of it all and that's when you
really start to scale up your income
when you become that manager of all the
IT people ok the next one is going to be
a plumber it's very simple it's a very
easy job but it pays very well you'd be
surprised at the account the amount of
money I know a plumber comes at our
house and sometimes he gets he charges a
hundred dollars for like 10 minutes of
work ok it's not a hole it's not there's
not a lot of experience you definitely
don't need a degree with this but you
can get started with that now plumbers
are gonna make anywhere from over you
know like one hundred three thousand
dollars per year as a plumber and it's
one of those jobs you're going to learn
as you go along you're going to learn
from experience all right so the next
one's gonna be construction manager now
I like the construction manager because
when I was younger I used to be in a
construction I used to do a lot of
construction on the roads I would pour
concrete and I would do a lot of that
stuff right there
so as a construction manager you're
going to be able to kind of oversee all
the people that are working on the roads
and doing a lot of the construction work
it pays really well
anywhere from 41,000 to you like
$130,000 for this you would work your
way up you would have to start as you
know just a regular construction worker
and then you work your way up from there
as a construction worker you're just
going to do a lot of the early labor
stuff and then you work your way up from
there and then as you work your way up
you get to gain more experience and then
you bump yourself right into that
construction manager spot which is great
because as a construction manager I'm
the remember the guy he would just drive
around in his
or yell at all of us and he'd get paid
for it
I didn't mind because I was young and I
was having a good time Construction is
really is a very lucrative business you
get paid very well as a construction
manager or as a construction worker for
that the next one's gonna be virtual
assistant ok virtual assistants are
going to make anywhere from one hundred
twenty thousand dollars on up this is
something that you can work from home
you can use your computer you can use
your phone okay you're gonna have to be
on call a lot of times and it could be
late at night it could be early in the
morning but this is something you
definitely could be working at home you
don't have to have a lot of experience
with this you'll learn as you go because
the company or the individual that
brings you on they're gonna teach you
how to do everything
alright so okay so the next one's gonna
be distribution & Storage Manager
they're gonna make anywhere from ninety
two thousand dollars on up now what this
is is there's a lot of warehouses now
with Amazon blowing up all over the
place a lot of big you know ecommerce
stores they got a warehousing they're
getting set up all over the you know the
really the world and you become a
manager of these warehouses you get to
go in and and make sure everything is is
you know flowing in products are flowing
in projects are flowing out making sure
everything all the workers are good this
is something that you can start off as
just a regular you know working in this
you know working in the warehouse and
then you can work your way up as the
store manager so you don't need a degree
you don't really need experience you
learn as you go see a lot of these
companies that I'm a lot of these jobs
that I'm telling you right here is that
companies hire from within and they hire
from within too because of the
experience that people have put in okay
a lot of times companies aren't really
going and looking for people that have
two college degrees they're looking for
people inside of the corporation and a
lot of times inside these corporations
that you work for you start off at the
bottom and you just kind of work your
way up and then you become the manager
of that and that's what you would do as
a distribution and store manager alright
so the next one's gonna be fire chief
yes
fire chief so if you become a you know a
fireman and you go out and put out fires
eventually what will happen is you'll
your way up to the fire chief which is
going to be controlling all of the you
know the fire houses of fire trucks
firemen that are out there putting out
fires they're gonna be responsible for
making sure that everybody gets to the
destination
everybody gets back everybody's safe all
of that good stuff but as a fire chief
you're gonna make anywhere from forty
two thousand two hundred and ninety one
hundred and nineteen thousand dollars
per year you know working that but you
will have to work your way through the
ranks you'll have to start maybe the
firemen and work your way up okay but if
you stick with it long enough you will
become the fire chief for your area the
next one is going to be a small business
owner now the reason why I put small
business owner in there is because
there's a lot of benefits from this I
guess I myself as a small business owner
there's a lot of tax deductions that are
great with small business owners that
the IRS allows you to take off your
taxes with business expenses and things
like that with advertising and and
buying computers and all that you get to
deduct that from your expenses so as a
small business owner you're going to be
doing things like maybe open up a
franchise or starting something that
you're passionate about and creating a
product around that and they become that
that owner there's something you're
gonna have to work your way up it starts
off slow and it builds up but eventually
it'll start to take off and as small
business owners I mean you can make
anywhere from eighty-two thousand
dollars on up per year with that so the
next one is gonna be air traffic
controller if you like flying you like
the appeal it maybe you don't mate maybe
you want to be a pilot
and you don't really want to go through
the schooling and all that air traffic
controller is a great business to get
into with air traffic controllers
there's a lot of centers around the you
know the country you have the towers at
the airports there's also these
different centers around the country so
when you fly from one city to the next
you get you know you kind of get bumped
around to different people in different
centers around the around the country
but you're talking to all the pilots all
the time and now it could be a stressful
job but it pays really well I mean we're
talking one hundred fifty eight thousand
dollars plus as an air traffic
controller this is a really good job
because you're really just kind of
sitting there and you're looking at it a
screen and you're
gonna make sure you maneuver all the
planes you know on to their destination
as they are flying but you have to
really be aware of what you're doing
because you don't want to have two
planes collided in air okay and that's
something that goes along with that but
air traffic controllers you don't need
any degree or experience you'll learn as
you go as you continue to to move up now
the number one highest paying job right
now and this is something about my wife
is crusher now is a real estate agent
okay real estate agent requires no no
degree it requires no it requires no
experience really all you have to do is
just go take the test you become an
agent and now you can go out there and
start selling homes my wife shows homes
around here in the millions here in
Florida and when she gets a three or
four percent commission on a couple
million dollar home it's a big check
okay and this is something that I wish
that when I was nineteen twenty I would
have got my real estate agent it's
because it opens up so many of our other
avenues of you know that you can get
into with real estate development
brokers and on all of this other stuff
so if you're young and you're just
getting started do real estate agent if
you're older and you have to find a new
career real estate agent is going to be
the place for you now remember as a real
estate agent you're gonna make anywhere
from thirty two hundred and you know
seventy thousand dollars per year but it
does require you to work the numbers you
do have to contact a lot of people you
do have to get a lot of leads you do
have to do a lot of showings before you
get that one listing but once you do and
it and then it closes boom it's a great
income source for you so there you go
