okay so if you tried SEO and you've
tried to rank your sites into Google and
it's not really working for you're
trying to get more traffic to your
website and things aren't really working
for you as far as SEO we'll stick around
to the end of this video because I'm
going to show you SEO tricks tips and
start to get ranked better inside of
Google and we're gonna do it right here
on this video hey so what is up my name
is Tyler Pratt and thanks for stopping
by so SEO ranking on Google it's been
one of those things that's been around
for such a long time everybody seems to
want to start ranking in Google why
because Google has all the traffic when
you get ranked and into the first page
of Google for any keyword you're gonna
get the majority of the traffic and this
is organic it's free traffic that's why
everybody's trying to get ahold of it
you know for me I I started an SEO a
very long time ago actually before
Google was even started Yahoo was the
big search engines at the time and all
you had to do is just stuff your website
a bunch of keywords and you can actually
hide the keywords we would hide the
keywords at the bottom of the page and
Yahoo would just come your page they
would do a you know a search on your
page and they would see all your
keywords and said they would rank your
page on to boot on to Yahoo well what
happened was Google came around and said
you know what it's not a very good
system so what we're gonna do is we're
going to rank websites based on the
amount of traffic that's coming in to
Google and so everybody has been trying
to figure out how to do this and so what
I want to do is give you really three
steps really three very good tips it's
gonna help you with your SEO so the
first thing you want to do is you want
to focus on content okay so content is
gonna be the key to anything you do so
if you have a blog a website content is
gonna be the key but content just
throwing content out there is not really
going to be the end-all but you have to
go down and niche out your content
because there's so much content on the
internet right now that you have to
really niche it down so example like
this is fitness you got a fitness
website and you say like for you know
let's say four ways to lose weight
alright so four ways to lose weight
there's probably a ton of content niches
out there as pie
content related websites out there
there's probably a ton of you know
videos like that out there so what you
want to do is you want to do something
like maybe instead of four ways to lose
weight you want to say five specific
vegetables that'll help you burn more
fat in the next thirty days okay that
would be very niche down what you're
going to be doing is you wouldn't be
very broad you would niche it down into
very specific vegetables inside of
fitness you know the fitness niche so
very specific five vegetables that are
going to burn off fat okay so that would
be a very niche downside so anything
you're doing find a something that you
can just totally niche it down and
create a piece of content around that
because what's gonna happen is you're
not going to have as much competition
with keywords and Google's gonna say
okay this is a very good niche website
we're gonna give you a lot more you know
SEO and organic traffic from the SEO
rankings alright so next thing you want
to do is you step two is you want to
optimize your titles and description
with your keywords now you don't want to
stuff your keywords but you want to make
sure that if weight loss is the keyword
that you're trying to go with you want
to make sure weight loss is in the title
and in the description of you know of
your your website okay because if you
have a WordPress website you can
actually have a title you can have a
description and then you can have
obviously the content so the description
is actually what's going to show up and
then in the search results when somebody
types in like something like weight loss
they're gonna see the weight loss in the
title and they're gonna see weight loss
in the description underneath the title
so you want to make sure you have both
keywords in there that doesn't mean you
know you don't want to just stuff a
bunch of keywords in there it doesn't
really work but you want to make sure
that when somebody is typing in to
Google that they see the key word
they're actually typing in if it's if
you're doing like camera reviews make
sure you have Sony camera review in the
title or in the description so when
somebody comes there and they actually
type in Sony camera review they're gonna
see that keyword in the title and in the
description they're going to be more
likely to click on your link then you're
gonna all kinds of Google traffic for
that okay so the third thing you want to
do is you want to make sure you use
google console it's a free program that
you can go to just go to go
type in Google search console what it's
gonna do is going to help you to improve
your search results and all its going to
do is it's going to give you all the
data about your website it's going to
show you the keywords that are working
it's going to show you the pages that
are actually getting the most traffic
and then what you do is you take this
data and you just start to multiply it
so if you have just a couple of if you
have let's say you have a hundred
keywords and there's like ten of them
are actually getting most of the traffic
that's what you want to focus in on it's
just that those ten keywords and then
you go from there so those just those
keywords that you find and those are the
ones that you're gonna create more
content around you create more blog
posts more videos around that just
around those keywords but you have to
use the Google search console to let you
know what data is working for you if you
have certain pages that are actually
working for you they create more content
around those pages because Google is
saying this content is good it's
matching your audience we give you a lot
of Google and we give you a lot of
organic search results with that and
then you can get a lot more traffic so
that is how you're going to rank better
inside of Google by using those three
tips if you use those go out there and
then you can apply them to your website
you can apply them to your videos also
with YouTube and then you're gonna get a
lot more organic traffic hey so I hope
