now when I look at your site I'm gonna

my opinion on using tips and ideas on
how maybe you can improve it simple as
that I will say don't steal anyone's
niche because obviously the people that
have setting their websites yeah we're
gonna be sharing over the world it's
just not cool and you didn't entering
the niche at you know at least in second
place because someone has already set up
a site and you don't even know if
Tanisha is any good so you don't take
anyone's niches
do your own research find your own
dishes or niches if you're in America
but saying that I wondering how many pet
type sites we're gonna look at tonight
I'm just saying you know that's the
niche that I used in my video and I do
get a lot of people sending me their
sites and they're in the same leash
which is not not really a good idea I've
talked about this before come up with
your own niche do your own research
choose something that's interesting to
you and that you're passionate about and
you'll do much better with your

site that I created all around power
tools not City good-nature it wasn't
specific enough but hey you live in you
learn so I really like the flats in
design I think you know any site that
you build with flats is gonna look good
and yours does a good one thing I'll say
I'm catch my eye immediately is that
this image which is a cool image makes
it difficult to read the text well it's
okay when you hover over it with the red
so it might be worth I don't know adding
some sort of color to it or something
just to bring out the text but that
looks good and here we've got some
content which is good howdy at 360 waves
are short hair
is it better to cut your hair wet or dry
I mean these sound like great articles
they sound like the sort of thing that
people are searching for let's have a
look at this one I'm just gonna copy
this I just want to paste this in a
little quick look at it
in terms of you know is it good for the
the kgr for example so on this
particular term I can see that there's
20 people I'm up search for so well
that's another site we're looking at
anyway second exceeds 20 people a month
searching so it shows that there are
people searching for this kind of thing
I just wanna see if I can see your site
I mean I guess that's a little bit up to
Mystic that you know you got some good
ranking yeah because it can take you
know 30 or so weeks to rank properly but
let's just do a little cagey our
calculation on this so if I do an all I
get the cursor at the beginning effect
I'm on the wrong search term let's go
back here all in title you guys remember
this the kgr yeah there's nine results
in fact you come up really well if I do
a search for ruling title so I think
you've got a chance ranking with that
and possibly just give it a bit of time

so the kgr would be was it twenty I
think it was twenty and then nine so the
calculation is nine divided by 20 that
gives us a kgr of 0.45 which is slightly
over
Doug's recommendation of 0.25 I still
think you've got a good chance I think
is you know a good piece of content to
do and here you go let's have a look at
your content looking good I don't have
any words it is a can't be able to count
them right now what it looks quite long
you've included a video which is nice
I'm thinking it might do better with
just a couple of images this image looks
a little bit too small for this space I
think you need an a slightly bigger
image there to fill space and make that

content looks good you've tagged it a
lot now I don't have tags offer much
benefit when it comes to SEO they're
good in terms of helping WordPress group
similar content together so if you're
using kind of a recommended post sort of
plug-in then the tags are good cuz it
knows which content is related to each
other but yeah that looks good let's
have a look at your mood own side of
things Clippers are looking good I mean
the images are a little bit big maybe
I've got some videos on they look fine
here it's just on that page some videos
on the channel I did a while back around
getting images looking a bit better on
flat so I mean they're fine is nothing

products look good there's a lot of sail
badges going on there I don't know
what's happening you might want to turn
off your blue zone elsewhere you what
commerce sale bad just stop and kind of
stacking up the site looks good you've
got this weird sidebar going on here
which is kind of pushing the content
down a bit it might need a little bit of
adjusting and you've got your disclaimer

you got your terms of collisions you got
your privacy policy let's just check
there something in there yeah all looks
good so I think I'll give you a couple
of things to think about but generally
your site is looking good you adding
plenty of content I mean your 8 pages
worth of content here so yeah really

how your site is doing if you're getting
any traffic if you're making any
Commission because it looks like you're
doing a lot of things right
I mean you've added a bit of Adsense as

there or don't nothing wrong with that

its own website you could do a whole
Aleph in its site around dog beds or dog
kennels I'm sure you could especially in
dog training you certainly could you
know I tried to focus wine around
technology which I thought was a bit of
a niche but you know in hindsight it's
probably too broad again but anyway
that's fine it's fine
so my first comment is there's a few
tweaks you need to do here to get the
site just looking a little bit better
we're running Kingdom theme which is
fine and you can get Kingdom looking
good I mean it maybe doesn't have the
panache of flat Sun which is a great
looking thing but you can get Kingdom
looking better and it's a few little
things that you can do to do that now I
have a log in to any of these sites and
probably that's for the best because me
doing any kind of live stuff where I'm
editing stuff it never works
ask gasp who you remember last we got
trying to get it site to run faster and
we were trying to log in and all sorts
of things in it yeah it was just not
happening so the first thing I would
suggest I'm gonna do it just in Italy
and expect in in Spectre that's easy for
me to say just so we can get an idea of
what it would like we're I to play
around with it I would get this logo and
I would make it quite a bit smaller so
you know it's 500 wide that's far too
wide it should be like 250 maybe maybe
300 that's really looking a bit better
this menu is fine but you need to adjust
the padding left or right and I think
you can do this within the customizer in
Kingdom theme I think you can you don't
have to do CSS maybe you do maybe don't
remember top my head but I think you can
do it in the kingdom thing going to
customizer and you should maybe see like
a little pencil or something over here
you click that you can adjust the
padding we can see that it's on 29 I
left when I write and it's pushed
everything down into two lines it just
don't look good don't look it so let's
bring this down I mean let's put this
down to 10 that's the left padding let's
put the right padding at 10 as well okay
we're still struggling to get everything
on the one line so this body needs
reducing just change this to dog crates
or dog cages which ever is the best I
think crates is better cages just sounds
horrible that give us a bit more room
I'm gonna reduce the padding a little
bit more just see if we can now there's
not enough padding it's all jumbled
together so tens about right but you
need to adjust the words or take
something off the menu or regroup it a
new sub menus maybe you don't want your
menu going onto two lines it just does
not look look good I'm just gonna hide
this one here I don't know fucking
that's got real avulsion
nevermind you get the idea it needs to
go on to the one line maybe just in the
font might help as well there we go
that's too small I would I would adjust
the wording to get everything looking
good I think that's already looking a
bit better anything next thing I would
add a slider a revolution slider get a
nice stock image or something of some
dogs or pets or whatever I think I
mentioned the other in the other stream
a little while back that I stock is

honest it's not finished is it the the
products are looking good you need to
add a blog we've also added the rugby
needs to start adding content the
content and your blog is what's gonna
get people to citing is what's gonna
generate traffic and it's what's going
to generate commissions the products
will as well to a certain extent and
boot boutique is testing me tonight
because I've not done any content on
that for quite some time and it still
gets good traffic to the Woo's own
product pages but if you want to really
fly you're gonna need to work on your
book you need to add a footer as well
with your amazon disclaimer links to
product categories or your favorite
products and that kind of stuff so
there's lots to do on the site to make
it look amazing and I'm sure it will win
it when you finished other than that the
site seems to be running reasonably fast
which is a good thing and yeah you've
had some good price so yeah you're
getting there just a few tweaks and it
will be really really good right on to
the next one
some suggestions actual on this one is
just removed the word dog but again you
know if you don't do other pets then if
you're just gonna do dogs there may be a
pet village is not the right name for
the site lots to think about on that one
okay so next one is from shallow sake
brown and this is the site
it's cartoon classic gear.com I'll tell
you what let me hide that text but
that's getting away a little bit in it
there we go
so another Kingdom site now this one is
already looking better the logo is the
right kind of size you don't want a
massive big logo at the top you know
this is perfect kind of size the menu is
nice it's not on two lines a pretty work
on the slider a little bit more maybe
use the slider to link through to
content rather than just kind of random
product photos I mean it's fine for now
but they don't fit the slider properly
and I just think sometimes it's better
to manually do the slider but you know
it's it's fine whatever your some nice
products here and they look good got it
in free comms you know you can pretty
get away before if you wanted but loads
and loads of products possibly too many
on the homepage that's fine you know
what I'm gonna say there's no content
there's no blog and that's gonna be a
problem I like the logos they're looking
good
do they link fruit anywhere I'm just
clicking
okay I mean other than that you know it
looks good you get in there the styling
is fine it's looking really nice you
need to add a footer you need to add a
blog to add some blog content and I've
sorted slider get it looking good use
some great imagery I mean with this kind
of cartoon stuff you can find some great
images
just be careful obviously regarding
licensing and copyright and all that
kind of stuff but you know if you're
careful you'll be fine right the next

it and it's all around smart home
technology which is a niche but I
guessing it's quite a competitive niche
if I'm honest but hey you never know it
might be alright
you got some product reviews which is
good let's have a look at one of them
you got your disclaimers and you got
your footer so yes looking good looks
like still do with a few little bit of
work here and there just to get it
looking a little bit tinier but other
than that looks fine um so you've got
I've active smarts but you've got the
new hive active heating smart firm
that's easy to me to say again
thermostat second generation now this is
a review is it a review it looks like a
sort of review yeah yeah it is a review
so you probably want to call it review
just in my opinion is what we're gonna
be searching for they're gonna be
searching for the hive active heating
smart thermostat and then review so if
you want to rank for those kind of
searches you need to add the word review
somewhere I'm just looking in your page
title and there there is no mention of
review so yeah I'd recommend doing that
you've reviews probably not long enough
looking at it there's not enough text
um but the layout and everything is very
nice you're making a good use of the
rhihub theme we have a look at a few
other pages so this is the smart home
hubs you turn some more reviews which is
good and again I think yeah you need to
add the word review to that just so
people know exactly what it is this
one's nice got video and then you've
obstacle yeah affiliate links to there
so people can price compare looks good
looks really good I think you're also
gonna need a lot more content and just
you know be really specific with what
you're writing about if it's a review
add the word review if it's a guide add
guide if it's you know people searching
for what is the best smart thermostat
and do your keyword research and make
sure that you include those keywords in
your articles I don't think your
articles quite long enough if I'm honest
you probably gonna need to make maybe
twice as long but yeah nice eyes got a
good potential keep working on it so

part of Kingdom it's built in you can

okay next site is Harry's pantry calm
setting by Harry Patel oh it's another
flat sim site I think I need to do
another video on flats um seems I have
very pop with a theme and my one is
quite old now so mm a lot of pop ups hit
me then and I just in my opinion I don't
think you should hit someone with a
pop-up as soon as they land I mean I
don't know anything about your site I
don't know no I like it where I don't
like it so to ask me to join your
mailing list and before I even know you
is probably a little bit too quick a
little bit too soon I'd give a delay on
that maybe wait for three or four page
clicks or a bit of time to pass well
you've put the pop-up up and then some
reason here there's another pop-up you
don't need to - there's something going
on there you may we've got two plugins
running or something like that just the
one I think the first one look better
than this one actually so I'll stick
that on so Harry's pantry I wonder what
the neesh is there's no indication in
the page title that can probably be
adjusted there because you know you want
to include some keywords in your
homepage page title that reflect what
your website is about home is not a good
indication of what this website is about
you can adjust those we Yoast SEO very
easy to do so I'm guessing it's about
dieting or recipes or I don't know it
seems quite broad if it's just about
food and stuff then that is probably a
bit broad but you've got quite a bit on
dieting so maybe it's about dieting
so real the Paleo diet for athletes have
you done keyword research and stuff on
these things
I mean it sounds like something that
people would be searching for let's have
a quick look I mean it's just I'm gonna
do a quick google search for this see
what we find
okay so there's a book of the same name
there's 70 people a month searching
fruit let's see what the competition is
like I'm gonna do a little bit of Doug
Doug kgr style here so we've got 70
searches oh we've got like 5,000 less
than you're gonna struggle to rank for
that so I think you need to maybe check
out the key word Ghanim ratio playlist
that your follower Channel it's 10
videos made by me and Doug Cullington
who is an expert on the keyword golden
ratio because this is a nice article but
look of it you know you probably could
do with it being a little bit longer but
it looks like a good article and with a
few more images but I think you're gonna
struggle to to kind of rank for these
kind of terms because there's quite a
lot of competition and there's not that
many searches anyway so it's not worth
it so I think you need to yeah think
about your keyword research well done
for creating some posts though oh yeah
here we go I see you're focusing around
different diets I see where you're going
with this but mmm that could be really
broad that could be too broad you know
you could have one site just around the
Atkins diet I'd have thought that might
be you know a bit more specifically but
hey you never know yeah you've got quite
a bit of content well free posts for
this one and to be honest they don't
look very like they're not long enough
and again this is as far too broad I
think in terms of are you gonna rank for
this kind of keyword
I doubt it there's only ten a month
searching for a con - keyword keywords
everywhere whatever it's cool that's
what's cool isn't it queries everywhere
do another all entitled but I think yeah
these are gonna be far too broad
118 yet it's not gonna work unless you
get really lucky but you're up against
these kind of you know authority sites
diabetes or call you Kate Atkins comm
newspapers that kind of stuff went like
this look look at this one that I've
just seen here it can't Atkins diet
cause diabetes ten a month but let's
have a look at the all in title
so again if you're not familiar what I'm
doing it do check out the key we've got
a ratio videos six results so let me
just do my little maps on that it's
point six a little bit too high on the
kg are scammer but you've got more
chance we've going for these kind of
longer searches so yeah my advice for
you on this site so lovely site oh I
looks great I think your niche has got
potential if it may be too broad and
yeah do a little bit more research on
your post and try and get a little bit
more specific the other thing I hate you
shop I see okay the shops kind of tucked
away which is fine you know sometimes
you don't wanna shove products down
people's in people's faces you know they
find these nice you see or omit your
image is that really nice and flat semi
on the last site on the ask flat smart
they're a bit blurry well done good site
maybe think about your content a little
bit more due to more research and go for
some rights more content wait for its
longer and make sure that it's you know
targeting some keywords that you've got
a chance of actually ranking for okay
well I don't know if I'm going to get
through all of these sites tonight I
tell you what what I might do is I'll
carry on again next week because I want
to give everyone a good bit of time

keep someone on your site and it looks
like you disabled the shopping cart
which is fine I mean what I'm interested
in more than anything is the block you
know I'm always interested so
again looking at these blog posts I mean
they look interesting and they look good
let's not look how many words you've got
but I'm not sure whether you've done
your keyword research and I'm not sure
if they're long enough so again look
here it's very similar to the last site
Irish pantry that I just looked at you
really need to do UQ research and write
articles around topics and subjects that
you've got a chance of ranking for of
course you write them around whatever
you like but if you don't match them up
with what people actually looking for
and have a good idea of the competition
it's gonna be difficult to get ranking
on Google and get some good traffic in
Grant says anyone have any idea on the
kind of Amazon plug in these sites use
they all use Wu's own most of them all W
zone you'll find loads of videos on my
channel about that particular plugin we
kind of love it and hate it the WPE
Googlers do we ever up and downs with it
but you know it treats us well if we do
it right so again I think you're gonna
need to do a little bit more research on
the keywords and try and gather stuff
that your chance of ranking for but
other than that I think it's really nice
site this article was kind of longer
when you're writing articles you want to
keep them you know about 1,500 2,000
words that kind of thing or longer the
longer the better
okay let's move on to Bob's site this is
from Bob our 70 girl who I did see in
the chat I think he's still there
probably there is so this is walk owner
com that's a great domain name by the
way good good find and it's using the X
theme I can see that just by looking at
it which is a good theme it's a theme
that I use for wpe go calm I thought
about it a number of times and I know
the Bob is still working on this and
still quite a bit to do but he's done
put together it's looking good it's just
a simple sort of blog site I don't think
it's running WuDunn or anything like
that
purely going to be carrying content and
including links within the content so I
mean the again these look like great
articles looks like you've done your
research I know Doug sorry I know that
Bob watches Doug and he also watches
income school and he watches a lot of
the other guys on YouTube give out great
advice on affiliate marketing and on
niche sites these sites niche sites
niche sites whatever and I bet you know
if I run this through the KGI you'll
have a perfect score Oh Google things
I'm up to something unusual that's a bit
strange I guess I am being a bit unusual
there's not a month but maybe it's it's
better on in the US which is with I'm
sure what Baba's been doing is research
but you're good articles good long
titles that generally means that you're
gonna rank well because they're very
specific they're answering a specific
question it's unlikely that there's many
other sites that are answering this
particular question and you know there's
plenty of content here they're not too
short they've got images and I don't
actually see any affiliate links in the
content which I mean I know you're not
supposed to overdo it with affiliate
links but you need to kind of stick them
in somewhere let's take a look at the
buyers guides I mean look at this you
can talk about walks all day oh there we
go there's an affiliate link there
that's fine yeah also any Eagle says
good looking guy yeah I got to agree I
mean yeah so and you know I talked to
Bob quite a lot and it's a good site Bob
you know that and just keep creating
your content keep watching myself and
Doug an income school and I think you'll
be just fine and you know great niche
because it's so specific and so
especially you know I don't think there
can be many other walk sites and great
domain name so you could work another
site that I'm familiar with is from win

big the hosting could be a problem if
you have Hostgator then raise it with
them change your PHP to version 7 or
above you can do that within your
hosting control panel but yeah this site
is not loading quick enough and that
could be a problem it looks like you've
got too many products here in the
columns as well the text is being cut
off and they're kind of sitting to the
side and reduce the number of columns
you've got in these kind of slider
things the logos a little bit too big
for me
that's just my personal opinion but I
think it would be better if it was like
that
this is on two lines which is one of my
real bugbears
so again you want to reduce this padding
a little bit down to ten probably oh
okay that already looks better a few
little tweaks here and there and you can
just turn your site from looking a bit
yeah - that looks nice and yeah you need
to work on that slider Tom's going on
there the images aren't loading it's
being slowed because you put some really
big file sizes into the slider which can
cause a problem
so I'd sort all that out get a site
running fast but let's have a look at
the content you've been adding up so
you've added later products which is
fine and you're adding some content now
you've got four posts so far so you need
to add some more and again the same
thing that I've been saying all night is
I don't know if you're researching I
mean it's a great kind of catchy

it's kind of interesting it makes me
want to read the article but it's not
gonna be what people are searching for
so you know keyword research someone has
mentioned answer that public in chat
that's a great place to do some keyword
research but again check out the
playlist in my channel or on Dougs
channel it's it's on both ten videos all

research tools you know if you get the
keyword research right then the rest is
a lot easier because you have some great
ideas for articles you'll know that
people are searching for the stuff
you're writing about and you also know

again but again did you do your keyword
research and things on this Stephanie
because I'm thinking that something like
dog crates for Giant Schnauzer would
probably be more along the lines of what
you kind of need to do and so it's not
talking any volume but that wouldn't put
me off I would still write this article
but maybe dog crates even it still I'll
also come into Google and you know just
starting seeing what's coming up Giant
Schnauzer guard dog puppies sighs you do
an article there about the size of them
that'd be interesting
I'll even close as far as coming back up
here and doing a little search for like

for you to create content and you know

first thing I'd say again is your page
title needs adjusting just having home
and the name of site is not good enough
you want to include some keywords it was
just a little line about what the site's
about the other thing is you're not
running SSL so most hosts now provide
free SSL if they don't then you can
still get one with CloudFlare there's
many videos on my channel about SSL so
you do get your SSL installed it will
help you rank on Google now it looks
like your niche is just kind of kid
stuff which i think is a little bit too
broad bit too broad if you think of some
of the other sites we've seen tonight
like the barber clippers like Bob's
walks like they're very specific niches
just doing kid stuff is a bit broad I
can see that you've added some articles
you've got free on this so far you're
gonna need to add quite a few more in
order to get some momentum behind the
