hello it's Alex here now I wasn't
planning to do a video today but I feel
like I need to so a few weeks ago I did
a video all around creating content and
I recommended a company called text
because they were a company that I've
been using and they've been delivering
me content and if you saw that video
you know I shared the content with you
and I said it was all good and I
recommended them and I put a link in the
video and a few of you followed that
affiliate link thank you very much and
you placed an order with Tech's bullet
for some content which is all fair
enough however I started getting some
emails from you guys telling me that
you'd not heard anything from them which
was a little bit worrying I thought
maybe was just a little blip and you
know maybe the guy was ill or whatever
and I don't know gave it a little bit
more time and still you guys haven't
heard from him and in fact he's not
replying to my emails now the guy's name
is Alex Simmons and I say the company is
called text bullet and I just needed to
do this video today because the first
thing is I want to say I'm sorry to all
of you guys that followed my affiliate
link and followed my recommendation and
use them if you watch any of my videos
you'll know that I only recommend
products and services that I've used
myself and I had used them I used him a
number of times I was paying them
monthly for my articles and they were
delivering so I thought it'd be fine but
for whatever reason something has
happened and you know I hope that you
know something horrible hasn't happened
to the guy he hasn't been involved in
some horrible accident or whatever which
is why he's not replying to his email
maybe I don't know all the other reason
is he's just kind of run off with your
money which seems unlikely that really
seems a lot because I said I've been
using him regularly and he's been fine
so he's not like a fly-by-night just set
up the business take your money and run
they've been around for quite a while
and I've used them over quite a long
period of time not just recently but you
know in the past as well so I don't know
what's going on but yeah this video is
first off to say I'm very sorry if you
have spent money with them I suggest you
try and get in touch with PayPal you
should be covered by their guarantee
thing and they should get your money
back for you
if you use the credit card again they
should cover you and you should better
get your money back from them I know
it's a pain to do these things but
hopefully that'll be one way to get your
money back and the second reason for
this video is just to say to the rest of
you if you haven't used text put it
don't use them well at least not right
now because I don't know what's going on
and you know they're taking money and
they're not delivering
if I get any update on this if I hear
from him or whatever and things change I
will obviously let you guys know but I
need it to this video I'm sorry if you
followed my recommendation I'll try and
be more careful in the future
and yeah I I don't know I don't know I'm
sorry
and yeah if you haven't used them don't
and I've taken out of contact with you I
would do a new video on content very
soon where we won't be using text bullet
and we'll be doing something else all
together anyway until next time bye for
