everybody who has doubts if it works or
not it doesn't work and ruse is a great
example so he's asking how to make a
product review video if you have to be
on the screen while reviewing a product
or not necessarily and the answer is no
you don't have to be on the screen you
don't have to present yourself in front
of the audience to review the product
there are actually one of the first
product reviews that I did I did without
presenting myself in front of the camera
because I didn't want to reveal it was
one of my niche websites and I didn't
want to kind of you know review myself
that I'm the owner of that website
because I'm not really big expert in
that niche that I was kind of
positioning myself as an expert with
educational articles and you know and
all that so but still I wanted to do a
video review of the product that I was
selling on that website and I shot a
video I shop it was a digital product so
there are two types of products a
physical product and the digital product
that you can review
so when it comes to digital products
what I did personally I should just
screen capture of that product I
actually got had an access to that
product and I just walked through I
actually walked through even from the
moment of payment but it's not the sell
way you don't have to do that yeah I
just reviewed that product and I was
just speaking behind the camera it was
kind of voiceover type of video and that
did pretty well actually got II got a
lot of a lot of views and brought me
saying and still bringing it is ranking
like number one or number two for that
particular product review so when it
comes to digital products you can do
like that when it comes to physical
products is the second type of products
that you can review again you don't have
to present yourself there are a lot of
channels that do product reviews even in
kind of unpacking and wrapping like new
gadgets and phones and all that stuff
and they do they should the product
let's say they put the camera on the
tripod and and they unpacked the product
and they're shooting their hands
basically they they you know taking out
the product and kind of like showing the
product and showing the functionality
and all that and this in my opinion is a
great way they also are commenting on
the product and what they're seeing what
they're thinking and all these things
what kind of review reviewing the
product itself but at the same time
they're not presenting themselves in
front of the camera so you don't have to
do that I would say you don't have to be
on the screen of the camera but I do
recommend you to do a voiceover to
comment the product that you're
reviewing because with text it will be
very difficult and people will not take
it nicely and you know is it will be
difficult because when you are
delivering just information you can do
kind of text or you know sounds
kind of like just text comments on the
screen and there are some videos like
that as well but even then is better to
do voiceover if you don't want to do
yourself you can ask someone or you can
find a gig on Fiverr of voiceovers it's
not as expensive as kind of ordering a
gig of shooting the video of voiceovers
it can be quite kind of low-budget way
of investment to create YouTube videos
for your YouTube channel especially if
your videos are not long you all you
have to do is provide this exact script
what we have to be saying on the video
and then you just put that voiceover on
the video and edit you know the kind of
video footage so that it would match
with the voiceover so it's pretty easy I
