video you are going to learn how to earn
money without an investment specifically
I've got five ways that you can start
making money with zero investment and
that's the big idea here now before we
get into the five actual methods for you
to start making money without any
investment at all there's two little
thing a thousand dollars to invest in a
business which is exactly what we're
saying you don't have in this video but
resourcefulness is always more important
than your resources
what is resourcefulness well it's doing
whatever it takes it's going down to the
library to use the computer if you don't
have a computer at home it's going
essentially in doing late night of
figuring out how to create things if
you're trying to publish content how to
get it done for free if you need a video
editing software it's going to research
the da Vinci software or I believe it's
called da Vinci that's free right going
and finding the free open source
software's that are available those
types of resource fulness are what
successful people use my wife and I
started our entire business that has
made millions of dollars online for
under $100 and what I'm going to teach
little bit of income from nothing and
the goal is to help you build a bankroll
that you would then invest into a real
business so where I said my wife and I
built our entire business from an
investment of ninety five and ninety
five dollars and 40 cents which was a
domain name and a year of web hosting so
this is how to bankroll that I'm gonna
show you the methods you can use to earn
that ninety five dollars and forty cents
but ultimately if you want to grow a
real business something that can sustain
you that you can buy a house that you
can pay off I paid out $50,000 in
student loan debt if you want a business
that can sane sustain you at that level
eventually you're going to need to
reinvest in the business so that's the
big picture here number one is we're
helping you build a nest egg that you
would then reinvest in the business and
number two your willingness to be
resourceful is really truly the thing
it's not the lack of resources it's your
resourcefulness is all that matters on
that note let's get into the five ways
that you can start earning money with
zero investment
one sell the stuff that you have and you
don't use right most people have all
kinds of things laying around in drawers
in closets in garages in attics all over
the place that they're no longer using
personally I think I have four or five
old cell phones that I'm sure somebody
on eBay would be willing to pay me for
so that's the first idea is to go look
around at all of the stuff you have that
you don't care about that you don't use
that might still have a little value in
the eyes of someone else and start
slanging it right this is the the
selling half of flipping things and you
start by flipping what you have that
you're not using anymore
sell it all whatever is not bolted down
go for it so where can you sell things
obviously eBay is one of the options
eBay does have some fees involved but
you can start a listing on eBay for free
Craigslist is 100% free that's obviously
mostly North America there's qgg and
Gumroad or Gumtree or some other ones in
other countries you probably know what's
used in your country and then Facebook
marketplace is definitely a place that
you can sell different items certain
items will work better on different
platforms right very large heavy items
like vive an armoire that you're not
using or a chest of drawers that you no
longer want I probably wouldn't put that
on eBay I would put that on Craigslist
or on the Facebook marketplace etc etc
so number one just go flying stuff what
stuff do you have that you're not using
that you can sling you've had for a
while old collections you got baseball
cards from your kids you got a
collection of comic books of magic in
The Gathering cards like what do you
have that has value like if you really
need to make some money go sell some
stuff that's the number one thing the
cool part is it gives you a little bit
of a taste of selling online because
ultimately that's how people online make
money is by selling things so it gives
you a little taste of that so number two
is kind of a step up on that which is to
go obtain free things from Craigslist
because Craigslist has a free section
and then resell it in other locations
right so this works a lot better if
you've got the wheels if you've got the
ability to go pick up something and
bring it back because most of these
people who are giving things away for
free on Craigslist and you'll often see
things of actual real value being given
away on Craigslist most of these
individuals are giving it away because
they don't want to deal with getting rid
of it right they want you to come pick
it up
in exchange for getting rid of it that's
the whole goal but what you can do is
you can go find these free items that
have value on Craigslist you show up you
pick them up you bring them home you
turn around take pictures of it take
good pictures of it and you sell it on
Facebook marketplace it's a really good
way to go kind of just reorganize what's
in your community by helping the people
who no longer value and want specific
items get rid of it and help it get in
the hands of people who do value and
want that item that is a great arbitrage
move and again there's zero investment
especially if you have a car but I'll be
honest with you like this is where
resourcefulness comes in got a bike meet
a walk got a bus got a bus pass what can
you do if you've got to get there to get
it done that's what it would take to get
it done and that's resourcefulness in
action that was number two so now we
move on to number three and number three
is affiliate marketing affiliate
marketing is a great way to earn money
it is not a fast way to earn money
that's one of the challenges of
affiliate marketing but you can create
lifestyle income that you can pay off
student loan debt and you know you can
buy houses you build real income with
affiliate marketing my wife and I have
been super affiliates for for many many
years we make multiple six figures per
year through affiliate marketing so the
real basics of it now I want to put a
caveat I have multiple deep deep deep
dive trainings on affiliate marketing if

deep deep deep dive I explain it from
different angles and different
variations but for this video here it's
all about how do you do it with zero
investment right so that is number one
YouTube like you're seeing here when I
started my youtube channel do I have my
phone here my phone's in the other room
I just used my cell phone like literally
I just used my cell phone that's how I
started making my videos once I started
earning my income from doing my kind of
marketing on that I did start to
reinvest in a little bit better gear but
even right now I'm still just on a
logitech webcam right this is not a
fancy DSLR I'm not on a super fancy
camera my microphone is pretty good but
ultimately I made about 250 to 300
videos using the webcam that's on my
laptop
a little cheapo Plantronics headset that
I got four USB wired headset that I got
for 50 bucks
thirty bucks and that's it right in the
cell phone I already had it you can go
buy a new phone I had a three or four
year old phone
I still don't use flagship phones I'm on
a $250 phone and it works great for my
video so YouTube is number one if you're
able to watch this video the odds are
that which you're watching it on has a
camera and you could also create a video
like this so that's how you the game of
affiliate marketing is all about
creating content helping other people
growing an audience with people who know
like and trust you and then helping them
obtain the things that they already want
to buy
anyways that's kind of a path in extreme
short detail so YouTube is one way of
doing that takes time and energy that's
the resourcefulness the other side is
through the written word through
blogging and you can use wordpress.com
now my wife and I we self hosted our
WordPress website as what we bought with
that ninety five dollars and forty cents
was a domain name so it's our domain
name right my site is miles bechler com
and then we have our own hosting which
means we installed wordpress.org which
is a software that's open source that we
install on our server but that requires
the investment that's where
wordpress.com comes in to go to
wordpress.com you can start up a blog
for free it'll be whatever your name dot
wordpress.com is they'll try to offer
you domain names they'll try to offer
you upsells you can say no to all of it
and you can begin publishing written
content in fact you could do YouTube
videos and then transcribe them yourself
and then put them on your blog and
really double the output of content
based on every piece of content that you
create if you want more information on

probably the best long-term option
because once you get a little money to
invest in it growing an email list
hosting your website yourself adding on
some conversion mechanisms like a pop-up
and like opt-in pages you really
actually can grow that same business to
relatively large levels I mean hundreds
and hundreds of thousands is about
millions of dollars a year is possible
through affiliate marketing takes five
years plus three to five years it is
that kind of a game so number four is
offer services locally with what you've
got right what assets do you have and
this could be um kind of mental
experience alas 'its or physical
tangible assets so do you have a truck
right if you do you could pretty much
run a Craigslist ad and start hauling
business one of my viewers Jay Barnum
who teaches other people how to start
moving companies he had a truck and he
needed to figure out a way to make some
money he went down he didn't have a
computer when he pulled this off his
channel just a shout out to Jay is the
seven figure moving Academy so he
actually went to the library posted a
Craigslist ad saying I will move your
stuff call me I have a truck and maybe a
little bit more variety in that ad than
that he got a phone call he got a job he
moved some stuff he did it again and
again now he runs a very successful
moving company out of the Great Lakes
area so it all evolved from the fact
that he had a truck and some
resourcefulness right so maybe you don't
have a truck though I get that so um do
you have a bucket a squeegee and a
sponge because if you do then you have
the potential to go wash windows in your
area you know nobody during the winter
we're in the winter months as I'm
recording this the windows get all messy
nobody nobody likes dirty windows but
nobody likes spending the couple of
hours to clean the windows so you could
go offer that service if you've got a
squeegee a bucket and a sponge right
that is literally enough technically
enough maybe a towel too right to keep
it kind of clean just gets you going
door-to-door selling like that's a great
skill for you to build if you want to be
an entrepreneur long term is how to sell
and that is one way to sell is to go
knock on the door with your bucket in
your squeegee say hey I'll watch all the
outside windows on your house for $5.00
a window you know go count them and you
know like that's it that could be an
approach right there you got a lawn
mower check a hedge trimmer you got
loppers do you have sheers like boom you
could literally go kind of help out some
local neighbors with landscaping do you
know any elderly neighbors do you know
neighbors who just go look at their
lawns like you can literally see whose
lawns need help and you could just go
knock on their door with your lawn mower
at the end of the street saying hey I'm
just going door-to-door I'm the local
kid over here if you're selling these
kinds of services it's gonna help to
have a story right like I'm saving up
for my first car or I'm getting ready
for my next semester at college I'm
trying to make a little extra income
those little bits of story will go a
long time I've talked a lot about story
power of marketing so applying that here
not just you know yeah just just just
have a little story this can be creative
that they're gonna be able to buy into
to feel like they're supporting you on a
story of something good they get a
result that they want which is the
longest done without them dealing with
it but
I'm recording this it's winter so do you
know shovel right there it is like
there's another opportunity for you to
go out and make a little bit of cash
right there with your efforts um do you
have six younger siblings did you grow
up with were you the one who took care
of all your siblings great you could
literally go offer babysitting services
right then and there you probably can
even offer those kinds of services on
Facebook in a local Facebook group if
you want but again that story is gonna
help so that's number four
Rhonda number five number 5 is
freelancing so freelancing is really
when you have kind of some skills that
you really bring to the table right it's
difficult to get into freelancing if you
don't have any actual skills but if you
have skills and you've been doing
something specific a specific type of
job for a long time if you're a writer
or a copywriter a content editor for
example a transcription as data entry if
you've been a executive assistant for
many years becoming a virtual personal
assistant is an opportunity for you
video editing if you've got a lot of
video editing if you got graphic skills
graphics design so then you can use and
leverage kind of platforms like fiber
like upwork.com
etc those types of platforms but there's
also niche specific ones like creative
market 99designs for for designers for
writers there's jobs problogger dot-com
on the the problogger job boards so
there's all kinds of different areas
that that works out the big ones are
really up work for example so my
bookkeeper I met her on up work she
stays at home she's she likes working
from home she just wants to earn income
from home and she put up a listing or
actually I put up a listing for a job
and she applied to it on up work there
was no cost for her to set up her up
work account she applied for we talked
on skype and she was the right person
with a job she'd been working for me for
a year and a half now plus and I totally
appreciate her help and she appreciates
having the income and the ability to
work from home and that's how it worked
out right there threw up work and I've
got a large virtual staff of 12 maybe 13
people who work different varying number
of hours per month for me and none of
them paid to get exposure to me and my
job listing right it all came from
resourcefulness so you get that real
real key out of this and that's what I
wanted to share with you is the real
ultimate key on this is resourcefulness
and then when you find a system
that you're able to go hustle up income
let's say you know a lot about retro
video game systems and you just you know
all about the old Nintendo and you know
that the Nintendo Gold Zelda game is
worth this and the normal Zelda game on
the original Nintendo is worth that or
if you know a lot about old books and
you know what our first edition and a
second edition books are worth you can
start to actually parlay your profits
right so if you do your first round of
flipping on free things you have around
free things you find a crate and then
you get a little nest a yeah $200 then
you can start to invest in these things
that you have domain knowledge around in
order to go find the value because think
about it so me I'm in a very small town
I'm in a town of like 10,000 people so
the number of things I can go obtain
locally are very limited so if I wanted
something that's very very special or
specific or unique I'm going straight to
the interwebs right I'm on eBay I'm on
create' I'm looking around for this
unique item um might be on Etsy right
I'm looking around for these unique
items that I want if you happen to be in
an area that you have millions of people
around you you have thrift stores
everywhere and you have the ability to
go walk into these different thrift
stores and while you're listening to
audios on how to build affiliate
marketing businesses you listen to my
content on my podcast type thing right
you're improving your mindset you're
learning how to sell maybe you're going
through some some selling based podcasts
while you're going looking around for
the value out there another thing is if
you're doing the flipping thing it has a
really good app so you can actually scan
items with the eBay app so sometimes we
get a little nest egg on your side you
can down to the dollar store you can
even go down to Walmart and you can
start to look at what's on steep
discount at Walmart and then you can
take a picture of it with that eBay app
and it'll tell you what the average of
that thing is selling for online because
maybe your local Walmart is discounting
something to $0.99 that's actually worth
16 dollars or $12 on the eBay
marketplace because one of things I eBay
does is ships internationally so
somebody from Australia might be buying
an item on eBay it goes to a
international eBay facility and the eBay
ships it internationally that person in
Australia might not have a home depot or
a Walmart near them so that 99 cent
thing for you might be ten twenty times
more valuable to them just because they
can't actually get it but yeah eBay
through their international shipping
centers makes and facilitates that for
you and them bingo you're adding value
to their lives by taking your time to go
look
again that's that's once again total
resourcefulness and at that level you
are investing but that was the whole
idea of this video is once you build a
nest egg with these free ways of getting
things going don't expect that to create
the kind of income that'll pay off debts
and help you buy houses and buy the cars
you really want and live the lifestyle
you ultimately want you do need to
invest in that type of a business but it
is a really good way to get that nest
egg to get the ball rolling to get some
experience to get some sales experience
and just to get some cash flow going be
very smart with your cash flow reinvest
it in those things that have the
potential to turn into a real business
for you you'll be amazed what you can
create again my wife and I our entire
business we created with a ninety five
dollar and forty cents investment and
this point is brought in a couple of
million dollars in revenue for us which
is absolutely astounding took ten years
to get to this point it's been worth it
every step of the way and we've had to
pull off a lot of resourcefulness we did
not have special skills we've learned
everything as we went along and you can
