site project this here is just a
behind-the-scenes vlog session I haven't
been on livestream for a couple days as
town and I had some free time people are
out doing stuff and I was doing some
work and doing some reading and stuff
like that just normal things so this is
purely like a behind-the-scenes session
a vlog and treat if you will and I'm
just going to show you some of the stuff
that I'm working on now the reason why
is this is just like the daily grind
like we like to think that our you know
sort of mentors or people that we're
looking up to particularly people that
like work for them ourselves like like
me or our you know digital nomads or
entrepreneurs like it seems like pretty
glamorous and stuff but today I you know
went to the gym like I normally would
back when I had my day job anyway a lot
of times I would wake up at like 5:00 or
6:00 in the morning to go to the gym
before work anyway right so that's just
a normal thing and then here's the more
you know slightly alarming thing I'm
going to get over I'm working at the
kitchen table here again we had some
relatives it was just slightly a mess
and yeah that's a jigsaw puzzle of my
late dog so all sorts of just normal
things going on here
and what I want to show you is just like
the normal stuff that that I work on
because it's not as glamorous as you
think in fact a lot of it is really just
like doing work and when I show you some
of the specifics you'll think hey that's
super boring you know a lot of the
mechanics are boring but that's just
part of the work that I have to do so a
lot of this stuff that I did today was a
scheduled email or I wrote and scheduled
an email to be sent to a few people on
my email list for niche type project so
that is writing
so I had to write a few hundred words
and then you know format an email and
Aweber and then send it I have to check
over one of my VA s work so I have a VA
doing content management she's new in
the role she's very good but I need to
check over her work so that's quality
assurance then I basically needed to
send a couple messages to my mastermind
group so I owed them some information
that I needed help with personally so I
laid out my situation asked their advice
and hopefully in the next day they'll
get back to me so that's you know just a
normal thing I have questions about how
I want to move forward the guys in my
group have known me for years and they
you know I value their opinion and they
know me and they know like if I'm trying
to buy it off too much or something like
that and then the thing that I'm doing
right now is setting up landing pages
for upcoming webinars over the next four
weeks the reason why this is important
is because I'm launching my course
coming up soon it's called five figured
niche site and I have a couple of
affiliates not many just some actual
personal friends of mine that are
affiliates and I just need to make sure
that they have all the information they
need and that kind of stuff and then I
needed to schedule a YouTube video so
very monotonous
in the part where you know I'll be
honest this perhaps is just me
procrastinating a little bit I mean
literally I'm like just setting up a
template and landing page here and then
I'm just like changing this stuff here
right so I'm just changing the text and
I'm changing the copy here and it's
literally like the same stuff that
people do to update a website so I'm
literally using a template and like
thrive architect here used to be called
content builder and I'm literally just
like changing the copy and I'm changing
like the link I use
in our jam so I'm over here in
webinarjam
pulling the link that I need and then
pasting it over here so that my
affiliates can send people to webinars
should they choose to so really this is
like just a normal grind right there's
work to be done it's not like glamorous
sort of stuff it's just like typing some
things out and it's just publishing them
that's it and then I send the emails to
communicate you know the portion of the
day that I left out this is actually
like super important and it got me
thinking one of one of the students that
I work with reminded me of like the
grind he was talking about just
affiliate marketing and the grind of
like doing the work and he's starting to
get like more traffic he's making his
first revenue super-exciting but I mean
another portion of my day is spent on
some coaching so like a day like today I
won't scroll in too close but you'll see
you know there's there was a 15 minute
meeting with someone just a consultation
on affiliate marketing in general and
then to our coaching sessions right
there and most of the time I talked to
the people longer than you know the
allotted time you know I try to
over-deliver in most cases but you know
essentially it's talking about affiliate
marketing which is fun right it's fun to
talk shop a little bit and it's actually
super exciting to have students that are
you know starting to get more traffic in
fact both of the guys I talked to you
today are you know starting to get more
traffic on their side and they're
starting to make more money they are
they're connecting things and it's very
exciting for them especially like
ramping up to the retail season where
you know revenue can go up by you know 3
4 10x depending on like your traffic
sources and stuff like that so I'm
digressing but I actually need to go
back and keep making those landing pages
by the way let me know what you think of

I can't do more sort of
behind-the-scenes especially when I
record on the YouTube app YouTube app
which I'm doing right now
there is zero editing I'm recording
directly into the app it will upload and
then that's it
so if you like these they're actually
pretty quick for me to shoot and it
gives me a chance to reflect on what I'm
working on potentially right depending
on what I'm working on
or it provides me a way to not work on
what I'm supposed to be working on so
let me go back to that and thanks for
