be talking about the path to success
online we're gonna look at a little bit
of my history we're gonna talk about
your current your history your current
approach and I'm gonna introduce
something new that I've created that's
very exciting it's an opportunity for me
to work with you on your business is
ultimately my goal one of the things
I've noticed here in YouTube is my
approach with the YouTube channel has
been to give away 100% of the
information literally I wanted to share
everything I know for free to see if
that was enough to get you over the hump
to taking the actions you need to take
and to ultimately grow the business of
your dreams well a lot of people have
taken some action and had some really
good results I've had one guy in
particular he went from generating about
10 grand a month to a hundred thousand
dollars per month in revenue just by
following my videos but there's a huge
portion there's a huge segment of my
audience here on YouTube who has access
now to all of the how-to videos but yet
there's still something in the way
whether its beliefs whether it's
perception whether it's overwhelmed
there still seems to be something
blocking a large segment of the audience
of you guys here from doing the work and
actually creating the results that
you're actually desiring so I decided to
create a new membership program it's a
group coaching program where I am
inviting in you and others from kind of
the audience here on YouTube and my
email list to join me in a private area
where we're going to work closely on
helping you grow your business now the
of the membership program is based on
the fact that there's a group of fake
gurus out there who are creating false
needs they're creating false beliefs of
things in your mind they're planting
seeds of thought that oh you need this
hot traffic method or you need this
fancy software tool and they actually
work together
to where they're launching each other's
products one month per year they get
together every year and they decide okay
you've lunch in January you launch in
February you launch in March and their
goal is to keep you confused distracted
and really feeling overwhelmed as if
there's a new secret you have to learn
to achieve the success you desire this
keeps you in a perpetual state of buying
all of these hyped up overpriced
products from the fake gurus and the
truth of creating a business a
successful business online is actually
much simpler there's two things that you
need to do consistently and that's it
and when you buy into all these fake
guru courses and the M LMS and all those
internet scams it's actually distracting
you from doing the two things that you
need to do to create success online
that's where I've created this little
membership program this kind of inner
circle group where I'm going to be
working with you on identifying and
buffing your specific things and then
when you feel like you've got a road
block you get stuck with something I'm
going to be there just a question away
to be able to physically remove those
roadblocks from you and get you back on
your path we're going to be doing two
separate coaching sessions per month
they could be in the form of
pre-recorded advanced videos there's
already currently two unreleased
previously unreleased advanced videos
inside of the membership right now and
or they're going to be add reviews and
funnel reviews where we actually bring
your funnel and your advertisement up on
the screen and then dig in to figure out
why is this not converting how can we
improve this for you and that's going to
be the process every couple of weeks
we'll get together and we will keep
things moving forward you're also gonna
have access to a community area a
private forum it's not on Facebook it's
not on the biggest distraction machine
ever created it's private it's a very
efficient and elegant little system it
took my team of six people months and
months to create this and that's really
what we've got going on if you're

like me who has now built three separate
brands that are each generating multiple
six figures per year this will be brand
number four right I'm working on number
four so I've gone through the process
from zero to multiple six figures per
year three times over working on number
four right now so the first time it took
us about four or five years the second
time it took us about eighteen months
the third time it took us 12 months and
I got a feeling this fourth brand is
gonna be at that mark within a few
months I'm able to compress the time
frame down on how long it takes me to
achieve that ten twenty thirty thousand
dollar per month mark with each of these
brands because I've done it before right
it's like the Sherpa that climbs Everest
and comes back down to help the tourists
who want to climb Everest the Sherpa
who's done it repeatedly knows the path
they know what to look out for they know
the conditions they know the challenges
the pitfalls so the Sherpa can help
guide the tourists to the top of Everest
and that's exactly what I'm trying to do
here for you now is it required no of
course you can just go through my
YouTube videos you can kind of move
forward on your own and I'm gonna keep
putting out YouTube videos I'm not gonna
stop doing this by any means I love this
moment and this time getting to connect
with you here on YouTube but it's it's
just another layer if you want to get a
little bit deeper into my inner circle
if you want to be able to hold
conversations with me and with other
entrepreneurs in similar situations like
you that's really what I'm working on
facilitating here it's kind of an inner
circle access and it's really for those
who are who are extremely committed on
growing their business committed on
doing the things it takes ready to roll
up the sleeves and get to work
to ignore the hype to ignore the BS to
ignore all the shiny objects and really
to commit to doing the work encouraging
each other helping each other being able
to ask questions and answer and that's
really what I'm what I'm working on I'm
really excited about it it's a very
elegant system that's been built by
someone who has absolute mastery in
creating these types of communities so
it's gonna be a distraction free zone as
I mentioned I've already got two new
trainings in there there were three
hours of trainings there's over a
half-dozen written trainings everything
from total beginners if you're just
getting started I've got a new kind of
my best make how to make money online
the fast-track to making money online
courses in there that was nearly 2 hours
of training it is incredibly
comprehensive it's definitely the best
kind of internet marketing training of
its kind out there then I have a more
advanced training it works for people
who go through that first training but
if you're on the 5 grand a month and 10
grand a month and you're trying to get
to 30 40 50 grand a month and beyond
it's the Big Idea training because the
big idea is the core of everything that
you do and you either have a great big
idea that attracts people to you and
attracts customers to you or you don't
and if you don't have a big idea you
have no way to stand out in the
marketplace you have no way to render
your competition obsolete
you're really just kind of another me to
face in the crowd and you'll never be
able to build a long-term successful
business so those are the two new
trainings that I've put together that
are in there but then we've got areas
for people who might be doing local SEO
if you're selling services to local
businesses I have a whole area inside of
the membership that's does that's kind
of focused on that approach then we've
got areas for talking about email
marketing pay-per-click campaigns I
might do a new Facebook advertising
video for Members Only here and I'm
really excited I'm going to be putting
out potentially up to two new trainings
per month in there but it's either going
to be two new trainings or it's going to
be two live question-and-answer webinars
where we do like funnel reviews and AD
reviews so every couple of weeks there's
gonna be something new but not to
mention work and I'm gonna be in there
throughout the weeks my goal is to be in
there at least every other day
honestly knowing myself I'll probably be
in there every single day at least once
per day answering questions because I do
think that sometimes being able to
bounce an idea or bounce something off
of someone who's been there and done
that repeatedly like what you perceive
as really challenging and a big
challenge in your life it's something I
often will be able to look at and
instantly recognize it's insignificant
or instantly know from past experiences
oh yeah you want to go this way about it
because X Y Z right because I've had so
many experiences I've failed it 15 or 20
different businesses to create these
three now four that are profitable so
I've seen a lot of what doesn't work
I've seen a lot of what does work I've
worked very closely with large
entrepreneurs who make millions and
millions of dollars per year in my
abundant circle mastermind groups people
paid three thousand dollars to come hang
out for a few days just to kind of get
my insights on their business but I
didn't want this to be a really high
ticket thing I wanted this to be
affordable for everyone so go check it

program but I really want it to be
available to everyone I really think
there's enough space and enough
opportunity online that a lot of people
can create massive massive businesses
from this so that's kind of my twofold
goal number one is I need to bring in a
group of people to get some activity in
the forums to get the conversations
going to get the mastermind groups
started
so that's side one and then number two
is obviously right I want to kind of
have a price point that makes it a
no-brainer for you so it's kind of a
win-win the price goes up it's
automatically set up in the system
Thursday night at midnight I don't know
what timezone to be honest
so um definitely just jump on it if
you're interested there's already like I
said two trainings that are video
trainings that are quite good in there
I've got a bunch of written trainings
and we're really it's gonna be an
evolution it's gonna it's gonna continue

really that that idea of facilitating
community is really powerful because a
lot of us internet marketers we're all
working at home we feel maybe
disconnected our family doesn't get us
our friends don't get us our co-workers
at the normal job don't get us right
they're all doing happy hours and
barbecues and we're sitting behind a
laptop kind of grinding it out on
Thursday nights and Saturdays and
Sundays and in this membership you're
going to be around people who get you in
that way and I want to get us together
in person from time to time to really
kind of establish and build those those
communities and build those
relationships because some of the people
I've met I've been going to conferences
around the world for about four years
speaking at them and attending at them
I've been in conferences speaking at and
attending conferences I think on four
continents
I think Africa and an target only to
conference at continents I've never been
to a marketing conference on and some of
the connections I've made and forged
with people at these conferences have
turned into be like just amazing friends
people I can bounce ideas off of people
I trust who really get the kinds of
things I'm going through I could talk to
them about business but I could talk to
them about life as well and it's really
cool and powerful to have those kinds of
relationships because people in our
local communities generally don't get us
so that's that's kind of the idea I'm
gonna jump in on questions at this point
and really I feel like I want to I'm
gonna hang out like I got I got nowhere
to go
i-i've launched it at this point it's
launched we brought in our first few
members I've confirmed that the the
system's all worked the the shopping
cart and all of it oh my gosh I totally
forgot how much work it takes to build a
proper membership program my wife's the
tech that runs my wife's business were
really relying on tech we kind of put
together years and years ago right so
and every time with my wife's business
it's kind of been like replacing one
component and adding it with a newer
better component we haven't been done
like a full build-out from from zero to
launch in quite a
while and I think it was a really good
experience for me to go all the way back
through that cycle of idea domain name
big idea sales copy shopping cart like
on the delivery system that the
trainings the content everything I
worked 10 12 hour days every day for the
last month to try to get this done not
to mention I haven't stopped the YouTube
machine I haven't stopped the email
marketing machine so I'm not like
removing anything from what I'm doing
haven't stopped supporting my wife in
our main business right like those two
brands are still like the core of
everything that we do and it's just
adding more on and it really gave me a
good perspective of what a lot of you
are going through with your full-time
day job having really just feeling
extremely busy pulled in lots of
directions the sun's shining we want to
get out and play but we kind of got this
deadline and we got this work to do to
get things done because we're called to
do more so that was really good too cuz
I think I'm gonna be able to offer a lot
of insight and potentially access to two
people on my team for their insights on
how to build these kinds of businesses
and these kinds of business systems
really really powerful
I think it's um you know I went straight
to the membership program I don't want a
high ticket anything I don't want income
that does this
I want income that kind of does this and
if I can get a couple thousand people on
at you know between 29 and 99 bucks a
month a couple thousand people that's a
pretty good income for me having a one
location one thing to do over and over
to direct videos to launch per month and
I think that's a it has the kind of
reward for me I'm looking for while also
giving me the opportunity to be of
service in the way that I'm looking for
as well so that's kind of what I'm doing
well I have anything about doing
speaking engagements you've been doing
something you want to know more about
how to pull people into your class
you're providing so Cristina you're
doing speaking and you want to bring
people you may learn how to sell from
the stage is that what you're asking I
think that's what you're asking if so I
mean we could go there I don't really
necessarily do stage selling myself
because I'm much more into the value add
but there's always a way to have a
funnel on the back end okay cool so
really I think it's it's the same theory
of
for me being on stage I would have a
piece of information than I would be
promoting to them and it would be your
book your course your free thing some
free plus shipping on a book potentially
with an upsell but it doesn't mean need
an upsell it would need an email nurture
sequence so it's the idea of if you look
at like building a normal funnel like we
talked about all the time how to get
desired result I think you'd be speaking
to real estate people so you want to
teach real estate people like how to do
video for real estate type thing I'm
just guessing have a free opt-in a free
report that will give them the checklist
like make sure there's there's this
thing that goes beyond what you say on
stage that will give them like the cheat
sheet to make sure they get it right
when they get home because they're in an
event and they want the result they want
to do the thing so have that cheat sheet
have it just add a domain to where the
domain has just the homepage super easy
to remember the the video real estate
cheat sheet or the video real estate
comm type thing and then they can go
opt-in it'll hit their email box and
then you have the opportunity to follow
up and build the relationship and that's
when you invite them in if you notice I
spent two years putting out free videos
helpful videos to try to really really
establish myself as someone who can help
and really be preeminent to give value
first and I feel like that's such a
powerful approach and so many people try
to go straight to the sale and I'm not
saying you're doing that but if you are
the one person on stage who's just
giving freely and giving helpful stuff
and you've got this free giveaway and
everyone else tries to sell from stage
when that person goes home and they
think back about everybody they saw at
this seminar if it's one of those
seminars that has like five or ten
speakers throughout the day they're
gonna be like dude that girl she was
great she gave pure value I really liked
her and I would personally lean or err
err on the side of having that response
versus I made 10k from the stage because
a lot of people that's the only way they
make money is selling from the stage so
it's another one of those opportunities
to stand out by doing something
differently

to teach other real estate agents what
you've learned about YouTube you have
learned a lot about YouTube and I think
you've proven that even in what would be
considered like extremely small niches
right like your little corner of the
North America of the the southeast
you're still able to grow a successful
audience even with smaller numbers in
smaller markets that's really powerful
stuff so be bash the the question answer
sessions I'm gonna mix up the hours when
I do them the first ones are probably
going to be North American time zones
the majority of my audience I have a ton
of data I'm like 90% US everything's
gonna be recorded and everything that is
recorded will be posted within an hour
on the membership itself so everything
will be be recordable there and I'm
always going to work to get the
questions first at this so this format
we're in right now I've got the chat
stream going
I haven't even scrolled up to the first
questions I'm just seeing it tick tick
tick this is probably one of the least
efficient approaches for me to do a
really helpful question answer session
so when I do the question-and-answer
sessions I'm going to be having a survey
form or some sort of a form that people
are gonna fill out beforehand and I will
have my list of questions and I will
then go on and I will get through those
questions and then that is going to be
the training and the goal is to make
sure it's efficient because sometimes
I've seen people just ask for random ask
questions right they're like oh he's
live he's asking questions okay um what
about medium articles promoted on
Twitter how does that work it's like you
don't actually you're not doing that
like it was just I don't know sometimes
people just want to ask a question to
see their name pop up in the feed and I
that's exactly what I want to eliminate
so all the questions and answer all of
the funnel reviews all of the ad reviews
are
me kind of pre collecting the content in
order to then create a video that will
then live from that point on so the
other side of that is really I think
it's gonna allow me the opportunity to
go deeper on fewer items versus bouncing
from question and answer question answer
question and answer and that's really
the goal is to get depth in everything
that we're doing because it's one thing
for me to say test this is your new
headline right okay you're there that
okay let's test that it's your headline
but it's another thing for me to say I
think this would be a good test for the
headline and here's why I tried
something like this it was different and
then your people have this kind of a
challenge and when you understand the
what it's like that idea I want to teach
you to fish alright I'm not trying to
just give you a fish like here's your
headline I'm trying to teach you what
makes great headlines so you can start
running your own tests and you can
become an empowered thinker that's
ultimately my goal and I think that's
when it's gonna gonna work

of my my random idea I'm Shopify and

know like it could like you could
absolutely get value from my SEO
trainings and I could help you optimize
your stuff but like I don't do
e-commerce I don't do drop shipping at
all because the margins are just
terrible and so like it's not
necessarily a business model that I've
ever committed to learn the ins and outs
of but it's still based on great
conversion based copy and traffic right
which comes from content so it's the
same theory so theoretically yes but
like I got like I don't know I just
don't necessarily do that so declan's in

you've been you've been one of the
people in the comments who has been
consistently like when when is this
going thank you I'm really glad to hear
that so I just scrolled to the top I'm

it does vary a lot you want to know
what's better one-time payment or
recurring
payment I like recurring payments that's
why I set this membership up to be a
no-brainer price for a very limited time
if you get in and then you leave in the
price is higher you have to come back at
a higher price so you get grandfathered
in and my goal here is to create a very
consistent cash flow stream that's why
I'm not selling a thousand dollar course
it'll have these ups and these downs and
big spikes I don't want big spikes
I want income that I can invest in real
estate with that I can really truly
count on and I think membership programs
are the best way to do this which is why
I just built a membership program write
my actions speak very loud so I think
that that's one thing to consider is how
can you create a group membership
program for your playing piano program
because that will get you when it's
built correctly and you're delivering
great value and it's a the users seat is
a good value it's gonna give you awesome
kind of residual recurring income right
it's money that keeps showing up every
month and that's that's really powerful
that's what I want I want to work once
and then really set myself up and then
get that residual income that's what my
wife built my wife and I built with her
membership has been amazing it's been
very freeing cool so I'm gonna scrolling

there's some some odd things being done

can do is to become their own economy

there's a lot of people in our world
searching online for help with all kinds
of random problems from how do I fix my
drone how do I hit the golf ball better
how do I ride my horse better there's so
many of these niches that are completely
underserved and available for you to go
create ten grand a month income streams
from and the more people I can help go
create these ten grand a month income
streams then I'm helping their entire
families be protected from any weird
economic hiccups but it's helping their
communities right when you become your
own kind of economic machine within your
community like I go to the farmers
market every week I'm buying everything
I can from the farmers market right I'm
supporting the local families in my
local communities they spend money in
the local communities and it's like I
think that entrepreneurship is actually
one of the biggest answers for a lot of
the problems we have in our world today
and this is my way of seeing how I'm
best able to serve in that in that sense

real way to contact me outside the forum
I answer some of the comments here in
YouTube the number of comments I'm gonna
be able to answer in YouTube is going to
be going down at this point because
obviously my attention is gonna be
inside of the inner circle but like I've
really hesitated to do private coaching
because it takes so much of my time and
my mental energy and a lot of the
questions that you have several dozens
hundreds of thousands of other people
have that's why I try to do everything
in the public eye and now I've created
this kind of little membership group
where it's a semi-private situation
obviously the other members are able to
see what's going on but really there's
this private area I've thought about
adding on $1,000 a month or $2,000 a
month private section to where if you
kind of get up to that level you would
be able to have a private
for him with me and you and I would be
able to discuss in the forum something
private that would obviously only be
available to members inside of the
membership program I would probably only
be able to bring on like five or ten
people with that kind of a situation and
and that's something I'm thinking about
it's something I have thought about I
actually have the infrastructure in
place to do that I just don't know if I
want to do that because everything I do
in my life right now I'm looking for
scale
I won't scale if I'm putting out a video
I want to make sure thousands of people
can see it right now so I don't love
social media is because I get you get
throttled on Facebook you get throttled
on the social media as your post will
only live for a few hours maybe but when
you put out a great blog post per se
that thing can live on the search
engines for years and years some of my
best videos are still producing more
views than the new videos I did last
week right so it's it's that idea of
everything I do I want to get maximum
results from my energy invested and one
to one is the lowest amount of results
potential from my energy invested so
that would mean it would need to be the
most expensive variation of my time
which is something that um
I'm thinking about but yeah so latisha
how do you pay a paypal credit card are
the ways to go so Brett if you don't
have a funnel going yet that's exactly
what we're trying to get you doing is
literally building that because this
means that you're either still consuming
content you're still like looking around
for the ideas instead of doing the work
the goal of the membership program and
that fast track make fast track to
making money online training that's
already in there it's really designed to
help you realize what activities you
need to do every day so you can block
everything else out and do that because
if you don't have a funnel right now
well you could have one by the end of
this evening if you turn off this live
and go build it out based on my DIY
sales funnel video series so it's the
ability for us to get together in a
small group and me to be like okay did
you do the work today
now go do the work right like oh well
what about this okay that's not that's
any significant did you do the work

go do the work and there might be a bit
of that kind of tough love inside of
there but that might be exactly what a
lot of people need I'm always gonna you
know be a friendly face and I'm my goal
is to be an encourage and to really help
you but um there is a point in time when
people get lost in the thoughts
like well what if I got a chatbot that
then did this and I heard a guru say
that over there it's like and remove all
of that from your brain and go do the
content and the conversion and I lay it
out as clear as day essentially how to
