you want to stay at home you want to

make some money from home and you want

to be able to use Google Maps in this

video I'm going to show you exactly how

to do it what websites to go to how to

set it up how to monetize it how to get

everything up and running quickly so you

can do it right from your home right so

if you have Google Maps which I'm sure

you do you can just go to Google and

just look up the maps and just look for

you know we're gonna look for different

things in your local area but Before we

jump into that though there's gonna be a

you're gonna have a ton of local

businesses in your area and a lot of

these local businesses in your area are

gonna have websites okay and they're

gonna have websites that aren't very

good plus they're gonna have web sites

that aren't mobile-friendly which is so

important these days if your website's

not mobile-friendly you're losing out a

ton of money so when I go to local

businesses and I do a lot of local

businesses in my area is I find out

first of all what their website looks

like because the website is the easiest

fixed and it's the it's the really the

easiest way to get into the door of any

business now once you get into a

business you can expand on it you can do

advertising you can do all kinds of

other stuff you know you could handle

all their social media accounts but

changing their website to make it

mobile-friendly it's gonna be one of the

easiest ways to generate income for

yourself and it's gonna get you in the

door to where you can make even bigger

money so when you go to Google Maps just

look up any type of local business in

your area I deal with a lot of real

estate agents and real estate agents

have no clue they're still using

websites from from ten years ago and

there's they're ugly they're not mobile

friendly you go to it on mobile on a

mobile device and it doesn't it shows

like little tax it's just ugly and so

it's so easy to get a hold of real

estate agents in my area now again this

can work for any local business

restaurant Dennis chiropractor anything

a business that uses a website and you

is mobile to connect with people online

so what I do is I just go to real estate

agent and I just started digging through

some of these websites so here I'm

always looking for like a Coldwell

Banker this one's usually going to be a

bigger website you don't want to do that

you want to look for individual people

so somebody that has their name in their

listing those are the types of listings

that I'm looking for so if I click on

this right here and we go to this

website okay so now it's pulling up you

know this this sites really ugly the

site it's like old it's been around for

a long time and it's not mobile friendly

at all so what I would do is I want to

reach out to Joyce and I'm going to say

hey let's get a new mobile friendly

website set up for you now I'm gonna

show you how to do that so don't don't

panic on me just yet and I'm gonna show

you how to monetize this than just a

second so they just let's just go

through the different businesses locally

so anytime you can come down here so

like Joe Murphy team let me check out

this website oh this is I mean this

one's old you know it just it just shows

the listings right here doesn't have

much to it probably not very mobile

friendly let's go - lets go - always a

so here's another one that's gonna be

somebody's what somebody's name okay

this is gonna be you know again it's an

ugly site needs to be revamped probably

not mobile friendly on this site okay so

this is one easy way to get into

people's the door of any business

locally so I'm gonna dig through this

and find some more listings here like

this one right here this one looks I

guess it's kind of updated with the

picture in the background but you get

the point you're gonna find websites and

there's lots of them out there people

that haven't changed a website in years

and use these an old HTML text just

doesn't look good and you're gonna be

able to go to that company and you're

gonna be able to change up their website

now here's what I do when I go to

new businesses the first thing I'm going

to do is I'm going to most of them are

gonna be on WordPress WordPress is the

free software that you can install onto

a host hosting platform and you can get

this installed now what I'd like to do

is I like to give it any free or not I'm

you know just like a really cheap

hosting account like on Bluehost or

Hostgator and I just dropped WordPress

onto this free hosting account and then

what I do is I come over here to theme

forest and then I go to this WordPress

tab over here and I just find a

good-looking template that I can use so

if I just come up here you can see drop

down menu here it's gonna go right to

real estate now all of these themes

right here are going to be mobile

friendly they're gonna be really

good-looking themes and you can see like

here's the live preview of this theme

right here let's see check it out when

we opens it up see it's very

professional-looking it's very you know

it just looks bright it looks new it

looks looks up-to-date it just looks a

lot hipper than some of these other

websites that are out there and it's

going to be mobile-friendly so if you go

into a business and you say well I want

to help get your website mobile-friendly

what you need to do is take one of these

these themes put it up onto a hosting

account like Hostgator or Bluehost and

then just show the company of the

business that this is what your site

would look like and you can actually

take and you could put their name on it

you could put their phone number on it

can make it look like it's legit like

their website and then if they look at

that and go wow that's really cool you

know I could really see how this looks

then what you can do is you you can get

into their WordPress account you can

upload it you can upload it right to the

hosting account you can give them that

account if you want to it's totally up

to you but you definitely want to show

them some type of preview of what they

could get and then what they're gonna do

is they're gonna pay you to do this now

I would charge a couple hundred hours

for this you know if you're going to

install this and put it up charge a

couple hundred dollars to have this

installed now don't go crazy here

because what you can do is once you get

the your foot in the door and you get a

new website for them then what you want

to do is handle all their social media

accounts they're gonna you know you

should charge anywhere from five hundred

to a

dollars a month for that if you handle

their their ads on Facebook you

shouldn't be you should be charging no

less than $1,500 every month plus they

pay for the advertising okay so get your

foot in the door with changing up their

website and getting it mobile-friendly

now if you look at these templates okay

you got to pay for these templates one

time but you can use this template over

and over again right so this real estate

agent you can do this and go the next

real estate agent and use it the same

template if you want maybe change up the

colors a little bit but you can totally

use this over and over again if you want

to come in here and grab another

template you can like here's another

example let's see here just a point up

so you can see all of these templates

are going to be mobile-friendly they're

gonna look good very professional

let's see what this one looks like this

one looks nice okay so I'm gonna do up

live preview of this one okay so this

looks really nice it looks really

professional there's good-looking photos

here you can actually use this for a

resort if you wanted to but this is

going to be good for a real estate

website if you want to do that alright

so just remember a lot of these real

estate agents a lot of businesses

locally they just don't have a lot of

time to do this you could come around

and you can update their site for them

and once you update the site then again

you want to say hey I'm gonna handle all

I can handle all your social media

accounts for you I can handle all your

Facebook Ads for you and you just expand

from that and you should get a lot more

business by get you getting your foot in

the door because this getting your foot

in the door can be one of the hardest to

really get in but once you get in you

can you can make so much more money

because they trust you they know you got

good work they know that you're gonna

help them out online so a good way to

monetize this you can get a PayPal

account if you want and just send them a

PayPal Buy Now link or you can set up

like a gig at Fiverr

and just like set up a gig like like

this one here says I will convert your

website into a mobile app or a mobile

friendly you could use that okay that's

like a hundred dollars this person right

here is your is your website mobile

friendly ten dollars so I would charge

probably around $100 two hundred hours

for agents

and you send them to straight to your

gig on Fiverr and let them pay for it

and then you can fulfill the service if

you if they want to send straight to

PayPal you can but fiber is gonna be

really simple and very easy to just go

online see who you are see the

information and then buy it right there

so again just remember to go to any of

these eight you know real estate agents

chiropractors dentists any local

business they're gonna need their

website changed over to mobile-friendly

once you change it over to

mobile-friendly you're gonna get your

foot in the door and then once you get

your foot in the door you're gonna be

able to expand into so many other areas

of making income from local businesses

and so there you go that's all you got
