it was teller so today I was working out
with some Arab training from some
Olympic athletes here today and one of
the things that that we worked on mostly
was mindset and working on vision and
athletes and we're visualizing the race
toward the end and how they were going
to finish up the rate any time you're
marketing online or doing any type of
marketing or any type of business online
you always want to have in your mind
what it is your end goal it's not talk
about what we're gonna talk about like
writing down your goals here we're
talking about visualizing be whatever
your end goal is it could be that you
want to make more money or you want to
generate more leads or you want to have
your business grow whatever it is you
need to fixate that vision in your mind
and then you focus on that vision
constantly every day over and over and
over again and when you do that it's
just you know everything starts to come
together and your whatever your goals
were just imagine it happens okay so
anytime online just kind of visualize
where you want to be that's what I did
today with these athletes because i had
them visualize where they want the end
part to be you know what do they want
their times and they're raised to be
what do they want their what places they
want to get I mean we broke it down into
each individual thing that they wanted
to achieve at the end and what we did is
we just visualize that over and over and
over again and I had them just in their
mind rehearsed the whole process of
winning the race and all that so you can
do the same thing in business you just
visualize your end goal and then you
just work on that goal and you just see
it and then you just visualize in your
mind and then it'll start to happen okay
