hey what's up the top hat so I want to
talk to you a little bit about what it
really takes to build a business online
you have a brick-and-mortar business or
if you have some type of business that
you're looking to get online or maybe
you're just trying to start a business
online because that's what you've heard
people doing that's what you've heard
that's the way to go in the future and
it really is um you know building a
business online is really the wave of
the future I feel that the jobs and all
that are going to be dying out just
because corporations are going to be
going digital there's just there's more
we've got more globalization right now
you know manufacturing this is gone
overseas and all that so there's all
kinds of craziness so doing the business
for yourself it's so important but what
what does it really take to build a
business online it's not about just
saying well what sort of business and I
wanna make a time money if that's where
you're going to go into you'll fail big
time the in order to create business
online it's important that you
understand its first of all you find
something that you understand you know
and then once you do that you find a
group of people to have a big problem
that need to be solved and you come in
with a solution to that problem that
clearly takes to build online business
okay so if you have some type of
knowledge review has some type of
product or if you have some type of idea
that you want to create don't you say
well I have this idea I want to go put
it to the market you got to go find the
market find the hungry audience refined
of the big audience with a huge problem
and then take your idea craft it and put
it in front of that audience and when
you do that then you give them a
solution to the problem and you look at
all the businesses throughout the world
you look at Apple what are they you know
they solve the problem of you know
mobile mobilization I mean people wanted
to be mobiles and wanted to have their
computers with them but Apple did that
it created that mobilization with them
with the iphone okay you look at what
Microsoft did in the in the early 80s
and 90s they created a very simple
software that people could get online
get on the computer and use it without a
lot of technical knowledge okay so they
they had a they found a big problem and
they created a solution to it they
didn't say well I have this great
about Windows you know let's just throw
some windows up now they created a
solution to a big problem so look it's a
big big companies out there and look at
the problem that they have I mean you
could you know you could argue about
some of the businesses out there that
may not be the best I mean like for
instance McDonald's I mean it's got to
be the worst food ever but it I mean it
they decided they're going to create a
they saw a problem with people that were
active and you're on the go and I needed
food quick so they decided they're going
to put some crap food together and
they're going to they're going to allow
people to go through a drive through and
buy it and there's a segment of people
that that are packed and packing those
lines of food okay so that's that's an
industry that you look at and I don't
agree with it i think it's junk food
right but hey it was a problem that
people had and mcdonald's came in and
created a solution for it so that's what
it really takes to build a business
online it's fine the problem that people
have and then create a solution for them
and get it in front of them and that's
all you have to do and once you do that
then you're going to be successful and
you just have to fine tuning it's just
if you if you find the hungry buyers r
you find above people with a big enough
problem and then you create your
solution you put in front of them and
you're not really getting sale he's not
making money then just fine tune the the
offer that you have to put it in front
of them and once you do that then it
will start to connect because the
problem that will never go away it's the
solution that you create for the problem
that you need to be to craft and get it
better and make it it make it good for
those people that have that problem okay
