for yourself when choosing your niche so
many people in the world of digital
at that point of what niche do I choose
you're gonna learn a specific question
that will you ask this to yourself and
you really can answer this and dialed in
that's your niche those are your people
first and foremost I want to reframe
this idea of choosing a niche or a niche
now most people think that they need to
go find a product or a thing or this
segment or industry that they need to
focus on I personally believe that it's
more valuable to focus on the audience
who are the people in this world you can
help create a result in their life now
generally this will come from you having
created the result in your life yourself
and then you've helped other people
create the results in their lives and
once you understand who these people are
and the result that you want to be able
to help them with and the result you can
help them with everything gets easy so
the first rule shift is that it's not
necessarily an ascent niche it's the
audience of people that you're being of
service to is the key so what's that
number one question that really
important question well if you were only
able to get paid after delivering a
specific result for people what result
would that be that you would deliver
okay I want to reframe this and this
comes from Dean Jackson Dean Jackson is
the first one I ever heard to say this
he has the I love marketing podcast he's
a brilliant brilliant marketer and again
the number one most important question
is if you only got paid after delivering
results for people right after creating
that transformation what result or
transformation would that be so this
forces you to think about well number
one how can I help people right what do
you have in your experiences what you've
been doing professionally what have you
been doing for fun etc for enough years
that you can actually help people with
that process and then what can you get
done quickly
what is that kind of fast win that you
can help people with and if you think
about the process of making money online
in terms of delivering results for other
people everything starts to get easy now
it's still challenging to build the
business to create the the traffic and
the conversion mechanism sure it's
challenging but if you already know what
transformational change you can help
other people obtain and achieve in their
life you are way ahead of the pack
so how do you figure this out that's one
of the key questions and I've got a
series of videos that go really deep
into how to choose your niche and we
talked about this at length I mean how
do the link to those videos pop up above
my head right now so if you want to go
deeper definitely go deeper but the real
key is to look within yourself and look
at your past what have you been doing
for the past three years the past five
years the past 10 maybe even 20 years if
you have a lot of professional
experience inside of a specific industry
and you're ready to move out into a
consultant type role what are those
results that you consistently can create
and that you're extremely confident that
if you had to go plug in to a business
or an individual and help them create
the result before getting paid you're
like yep I can do that every time for me
I can help people set up entire
marketing funnels on WordPress every
time I got a video series to do that
that's one of those things I can do
keyword research I can absolutely help
them with that dominate the Google
search engines dominate the YouTube
search engines these are the exact
results that I can help others get how
do I know I've created the result myself
I created it with my wife I've helped a
bunch of individuals do this I've helped
small groups of people do this and now
I'm helping thousands of people through
YouTube do this exact thing right for my
wife it's different my wife helps people
have real spiritual experiences through
audio meditations and audio sessions
well how do we know she can create that
result well she learned how to do it she
did it for herself she helped me go
through the process
she helped others go through the process
one-on-one and then we started scaling
it out to others this is a very
consistent result that she knows
consistently she can create and at one
point in time she didn't know how to
create that result or what that result
was but she went down a path of study of
practice of learning to get herself and
develop herself to the point where she
could create that result for herself
then she helped others created
individually and so on and so forth
through growing it through sale scale
excuse me so now at this point what you
need to do is ask yourself and be really
really honest with the answer to this
question I recommend you write this
question down this is one of those
questions that if you're working your
way into the world of may

or whatever they even are you can teach
me how to crochet a scarf great that's
where you start
maybe you've been playing a video game
for an extremely long time and you know
how to collect all the best weapons and
the golds and the LANs or whatever it is
in the world of that game and you could
take someone who's brand-new to that
game and you can help them grow whatever
it is that they're growing within the
world of that game great that's where
you start because you know you can
consistently deliver a result for your
people because that's ultimately the
value exchange that happens within
digital entrepreneurship and online
businesses you earn income based on
giving helping others achieve result you
don't give them the result you give them
the information how to the steps the
content that leads them to the actions
that help them get the result and when
they're willing to invest in results and
your content helps them get those
results
that's the magic behind a successful
business on line so last time with this
question just to make sure it's super
clear is what result would you offer
people if you only got paid when they
achieved said result if you only got
paid when they got their desired result
what result would you help them with
that question when you get that dialed
in and you know for a fact that you can
go get this result over and over and
over and over again because you've been
doing it personally or professionally
for long periods of time that is exactly
where you want to be and finally if
you're like well I don't know I don't
know what result sometimes you got a
jump sometimes you got to take the leap
of faith sometimes you got to go to the
library and you got to spend 15 20 hours
a week studying a specific area and how
to get the result because you need to be
able to get that result for yourself
first so sometimes that's where it
starts if you're a hundred pounds
overweight and you're ready to lose that
weight you're gonna learn
to get that desired result and then you
study the process that you put yourself
through then you start to help others
get that desired result sometimes that's
where we start is we want a desired
result in our world so we're gonna start
by learning how to get said result
ourselves before we can teach others how
to get that result but there's a lot of
people you might be one of them who've
been doing and getting results for
businesses and clients and individuals
for decades and you already have your
process and you just need to focus in on
that one key result that you can help
people get that will give them a step
towards transformation a little
transformation in their life that's
where you go all in it might be your
opt-in report it might be your front end
product it might be your core product or
even your membership program but it
always needs to be focused on the result
that they are going to get in their
lives and when you get extremely good at
helping individuals and groups get
specific results in their lives that is
the core of an online business that is
extremely successful that is extremely
lucrative that you can hire teams to run
most of it and really stay on a higher
level creating new courses for your
people to help them get even more
results and transformations in their
life that really is the path so ask
